Kate Gosselin has been desperate for fame and attention ever since her reality show Kate Plus 8 was canceled. Well, now she's got it!

Recently Kate has been the subject of an unsavory tell-all book accusing Kate of child abuse among other damning things. Amazon was forced to pull the book after lawyers for Kate insists it is filled with invalidated, untrue information – and information which has been obtained from illegal means. 

Author Robert Hoffman disputes those claims, insisting the material for Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World was procured legally and with thorough investigation. Robert claims he interviewed dozens of people connected with Kate and found her computer hard drive in the trash. 

Well now sources are alleging that Robert, who happens to be friends with Jon Gosselin, got all his information from one source – and once source only: Jon!

A source tells RadarOnline that Jon schemed to expose Kate in the book and worked with Robert to funnel him information. "Jon made copies of Kate's hard drive and gave them to Rob as a sort of backup plan in case there was anything he needed in there while they were going through their divorce," a source claims. 

Robert insists that is not true.  "Regarding Jon, as stated clearly in the book, he had absolutely nothing to do with personally giving me any information whatsoever for the book. You should reach out to him personally to answer any questions about him."

KATE ACCUSED OF CHILD ABUSE! 

RadarOnline claims they have verified Robert's information and found much of it to be true. Um… yikes! And Robert insists he left out even more damaging information about Kate – and says all his information is completely factual. 

“The other 90 percent of the material that I possess will not be published, ever, but you can be sure that if I'm falsely accused of anything and drug [sic] into court, or called a liar by Kate Gosselin or her lawyers, this information will come out then, including photographs,” Robert explains. 

"There is so much more that hasn't been revealed. I also have physical and photographic evidence to back up my claims in the book."

Jon is still refraining from comment, but I'm pretty sure I need to be reading this book immediately. Call me, Robert! 1-800-RealityTea

Moving on, Kate is also refraining from commenting. Instead she's sticking to the same on schtick of complaining about her marriage in the press. Hasn't this woman realized that's not going to get her another reality show?

Katie Couric must have owed someone a serious favor, because Kate appeared as a guest on her talk show Katie, where she insists reality TV had absolutely nothing to do with her becoming a controlling nightmare bitch her marriage ending. 

"A lot of people try to pin reality TV and say, 'My gosh. It ended in divorce. Big surprise.' We went through a lot. The signs were always there, and obviously having eight kids in a short span of time didn't help that," Kate shares. "And I'm not at all blaming my kids, I'm just saying. . ."

So, Kate thinks too many kids in too short of time exacerbated the dissolution of her marriage to Jon? Sorta sounds that way! 

Kate continued, "I know the red flags were always there. So looking back, had you never heard the names Jon and Kate Gosselin, I'm certain that I would be in that spot now. It's hard because like any mom I just want the best for my kids."

And apparently what's best for her kids, according to Kate, is for her to be dating. Which means she's still pimping that dating show idea. 

"I know the kids have a desire for me to be dating," Kate told Katie. "For whatever reason it comes up at dinner like every single night, and they bring it up."  Wait – isn't Kate already dating her bodyguard Steve Neild?

KATE ACCUSED OF HAVING AFFAIR WITH MARRIED BODYGUARD! 

"I think that they miss that man role in our house, and the more hands on, full-time sort of feel. So for them, you know I had the frank discussion the other day, I said it's not something I can go to the store and buy," Kate shared. I think they just want her to stop complaining about how her life has been ruined and get something else to do. 

Oh and what a surprise! Kate talked about her possible dating reality show. I mean, it's no coincidence at all that she is using her children as a segue to discuss her never-ending TV aspirations. 

"After a few years in realizing my barriers to dating and all of that and loving TV and the experiences . . . I just feel like honestly, yes, that was my idea. I would do it [so] it could be watched by families and my children," Kate says. Yes – this show is for the good of OTHER people. 

 "But I think that it would be fun because that would allow me to sort of meet people, have fun, show my fun side — I do have one. I'm not always barking orders! And so to sort of do that, I do, I think it would be really fun."

So, yeah I'd rather croak on rotten spam than watch Kate make-out on TV. And if she thinks anyone on earth wants to watch her on a dating show – she's wrong. Nope, they'd much rather read that tell-all book. Again, Robert, send me a copy ASAP.

This just in, Jon Gosselin issues a public apology to Kate Gosselin.  This happens just one month after Kate is on record saying they’re living peacefully. Either hell froze over or the Gosselins are in cahoots once again; these are the only two options I’ll believe.  I mean, they could simply be acting like adults, but that would be so out of character.

Jon tells People that he and Kate are getting along now and he’s sorry for the way he acted after their vicious divorce. “I was passive-aggressive,” he says. “Then I’d get mad, but I was the one who wasn’t communicating.”  Now, they’re communicating freely – and even openly giving each other compliments?  ”I’ll call [Kate] up and say, ‘Mady’s sick. What do I do?’ And she’ll tell me,” he says. “She’s a great Mom. We just have different parenting styles.”

After the divorce, Jon ran around the country acting like a big-name celebrity, partying and having relations with many women.  Now he says, ”I am sorry, because I did stuff I wouldn’t want done to me.”

Life is very normal for Jon these days.  He says he has changed and has a different perspective on life.   He lives in PA again, he works for Gameface Int., and he’s dating only one woman, single mom Liz Jannetta.  ”I used to talk to Rabbi Shmuley Boteach (Michael Jackson’s rabbi) a lot when I lived in New York,” he says. “He said, ‘There are two things you can do with your fame – sell out or take it and use it for good.’ I didn’t grasp that at the time.”

Jon has no immediate plans to return to TV; however, he will consider it for the right gig.  ”I’ve been offered a lot of stuff,” he says. “Crazy stuff. It wasn’t the right fit, then or now. I don’t want [my kids] thinking I take every show just to make a buck.” Good plan, since Kate already fills that role.

Last month, Kate announces she and Jon made amends.  Kate pitches a show, but no one is interested.  This month, Jon apologizes and plants some seeds.  Next month, they’ll be pitching their idea for Jon and Kate: Life Goes On. Gag me.

TELL US – Would you watch any future TV shows involving either Jon or Kate?

Surprise! We knew there was a reason that Kate Gosselin suddenly emerged again to give interviews this week – even gushing about getting along with her ex-husband Jon Gosselin - and it wasn’t just to spread the joys of couponing with the masses.

Turns out Kate is trying to shop around a new/old show, but nobody is biting! During the interview with Today she claimed that the kids were missing filming and that “they” were all hoping to do a new project: “We’re hoping – our TLC contract is over – so we’re hoping to move forward and do more fun projects. Fans are begging, ‘They’ve grown up, they’ve turned eight, what are you doing?’ and so we’re hoping to put that out there for them.”

According to Naughty but Nice Rob’s sources, the networks aren’t interested in Kate and her brood. “Once you have a show canceled, it’s almost impossible to sell the same idea to another network. TLC is the non-Hollywood network and the perfect home for her. If they no longer want her, I’m not sure which other network will.”

Kate is pretty bummed out that the networks aren’t beating down her door to work with her. A different source shared with Rob: “Kate had no idea it would be this difficult to sell another show based around her and her family. It’s hard to be on the cover of magazines one week and just a few months later not have people return your calls.”

Maybe if she had a new spin on it, but I just don’t see this happening. If Kate can’t even get a handful of these “fans” on a cruise ship, how is she going to pull in enough viewers to keep a new show afloat? Maybe she and Jon could get back together. I might tune in for that mess.

It has been two years since Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin separated and roughly two months since their last Twitter feud.  After many years of abuse, eight kids, a hit TV show come and gone, and a very nasty public divorce, are Kate and Jon finally going to act like adults and be civil to one another for the sake of their children?  According to the insufferable self-involved star, yes, they are.

She tells Ann Curry of the Today show that her relationship with Jon is more peaceful than ever.  In her signature spin to make herself look like the devoted parent picking up the pieces, she says, “He’s been really positive and more available and it’s just less stressful. I feel like he’s working with me and the kids notice it – and that’s good because I’ve always wanted peace for them.”

Is it too late?  Can Kate and Jon join forces to repair the damage they’ve done to their brood?  Most importantly, will it last?  If it doesn’t last beyond, say, next week, the rest doesn’t matter.

Speaking of the kids, Kate also confides to Ann Curry that the kids truly miss being on TV.  Kate adds, “So, with our TLC contract now over, we’re hoping to move forward and do more fun projects.”  She’s either completely delusional or she’s raising eight little future ‘Real World’ stars.  Either explanation is believable.

Kate neglects to mention how her new buddy, Jon, feels about the plan to get the kids back on TV.  I suspect we’ll read about it on Twitter in the near future.

TELL US – DO YOU WANT TO SEE EITHER GOSSELIN BACK ON TV?

Well, those 12 people who signed up to cruise with former reality star Kate Gosselin this August are going to be realllly disappointed. Royal Caribbean announced today that the event has been canceled.

The president of the cruise line shared with Radar Online that all of the fans who signed up for the big trip featuring the former Kate Plus 8 star have been refunded their money. “Yes, that event has been canceled. We just didn’t get the turnout that we desired and mutually we agreed that if we didn’t get it, we would cancel. All ticket purchasers have been notified and everyone has been refunded. Some have chosen to continue on with the cruise, but everyone was given the choice.”

They also said that Kate felt so bad for the superfans who signed up that she contacted each of them personally to share her regrets over the cancellation. “Kate asked for everybody’s names, addresses and phone numbers and reached out to each one personally.”

You know those dozen gals are unpacking their infamous Kate Gosselin hair pieces and watching reruns of Jon & Kate Plus 8 to ease the pain. Man, I miss Kate’s old hair!

It’s time to check in with the Gosselins, who seem to have taken to dissing each other on Twitter!

While Kate Gosselin has tried to take the high road in recent interviews when it comes to her ex-husband Jon Gosselin, it does appear Jon is fair game online!

The drama between the reality tv exes reignited on Friday, March 23 when Kate decided to slam a local company she and Jon used to do business with on Twitter, accusing them of using her name for a product without her permission. Jon, then apparently, called the company to apologize, according to a posting by the company on their Facebook page, which appeared to make Kate even more irate!

A fan then tweeted to Kate: “I am a divorced mom and try not to diss my ex for sake of my daughter. Why do you diss Jon so often. not sure how that helps.”

IS KATE GOSSELIN HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH HER BODYGUARD?

Kate responded with: “If u knew what I know, u’d b AMAZED at my restraint! I don’t say neg stuff oft, but wrong is wrong & It should not b rewarded!” Yikes. Kate has since deleted the tweet, which was caught by Radar Online.

Jon, then got in on the action, tweeting: “Awesome day today, looking forward to the weekend. Long & interesting week, haha. so fortunate to live a simple life now! drama free.”

But, Jon got a bit nasty when a fan asked him if he and Kate missed each other. Jon responded: “Hahahahaha, best joke of the night, r u kidding me, really?” Ouch. Jon has also deleted his later tweet. Doesn’t appear the bitter feelings between these exes will be ending anytime soon!

Meanwhile, the National Enquirer is reporting that Kate, whose TLC show Kate Plus 8 got cancelled last year due to low ratings, continues to desperately try to pimp get her plus 8 back on our TVs!

The latest alleged attempt by Kate, is trying to get some of her kids on Lifetime’s hit Dance Moms, which just happens to film in her state of Pennsylvania. In fact, the Dance Moms studios are within driving distance of Kate’s home.

“Kate is obsessed with keeping her family in the limelight, and she’s been in serious talks with the Lifetime series’ producers to incorporate her daughters into the show,” a source told The Enquirer. “She thinks ‘Dance Moms’ is the perfect vehicle for getting her girls back in front of the TV cameras, and hopefully will lead to bigger opportunities for all the Gosselins.”

Kate is of course denying the report, recently tweeting, “Anything you read in the natl enquirer is lies..Especially one with my name and dance moms together! Seriously? You had to ask?”

If Dance Moms were even interested in having Kate’s kids on the show, she would have a hard time with that since Jon has stated in the past, he no longer wants his kids on television.

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE LATEST TWITTER WAR BETWEEN JON & KATE? DO YOU BELIEVE KATE IS TRYING TO GET HER KIDS ON DANCE MOMS?

Appearing on Dr. Drew‘s Lifechangers (exactly how many shows does this man have?), despite the rumors that she is dating bodyguard Steve Neild, Kate opened up about being single and ready to mingle! I hear Match.com is working for people, Kate! “I am lonely,” says the former Kate Plus 8 star. “I clean up the house, put kids to bed, and there I sit. Ideally I would find that person – I don’t know if I feel ready for that.”

Kate admits it’s really difficult to have a love life in between raising eight kids and talking about couponing. “The odds are so against me, one mom and eight kids,” Kate admits. “I think a lot of my friends, who are being constructive, say, ‘Gosh, who are you going to meet that is going to be able to deal with eight kids?’ My answer is always if they can deal with eight kids in our situation, it probably will be the person.”

While Kate’s love tank may be empty, she says things have improved with ex-husband and former nemesis, Jon Gosselin. The two are actually getting along! “He basically lives his life and I live mine. It’s more peaceful,” Kate revealed. “Possibly he’s working now and so he feels like he’s living a regular life again and maybe a little happier with himself, so that boils down to peace between us. The kids are now okay going there.”

“I feel like he’s trying again. That’s good. The bottom line is the kids come home basically happy and that’s all that matters,” Kate says of Jon’s recently improved parenting skills.

Meanwhile, Jon, who recently split from his long-term girlfriend Ellen Ross, reveals he’s enjoying being a single dad! “Being a single dad with no interruptions has really brought me closer to my children: I really feel being a single dad has improved my self-awareness and well-being,” Jon tells Star Magazine.

And when it comes to possible trying the knot again in the future, Jon admits he’s nowhere ready for that. “I still have a lot of work to do on myself, and I am an extremely busy person, between work and the children,” he told Star. “My family is the most important thing in my life. I will strive to make it better for them every day.”

Weeks after a report stated the former Kate Plus 8 star had a new beau in her life, Kate is now denying she is seeing anyone.

Talking to OK! magazine, Kate, 36, dismisses the gossip as “fabricated and totally false.” She stressed: “Unless my running shoes, kitchen utensils or wrapping paper are considered ‘dates,’ I have not been on any.” Aww poor Katie! At least she has her bodyguard Steve Neild to err, you know, “protect” her!

The mother of eight is, however, keeping her chin up as she reflects on the year 2011 and reveals her resolutions for the New Year in her latest blog for Couponcabin.com.

“The main thing that the end of a year causes me to do is to reflect on what I’ve learned that year,” wrote Kate. “The year of 2011 for me was a year of gaining complete independence, and learning to look for solutions in every situation instead of focusing on the problems.”

“I don’t typically make New Year’s resolutions because I’m not one to make drastic changes just for the sake of making them or just because the calendar starts over,” blogged Kate before going on to share her super exciting resolutions! And no, stop being the b-word wasn’t one of them! “However, I do aim for certain things as I organize and prioritize my life all year long. For example, I make goals to fix or finish certain projects around the house, goals for giving the kids certain life experiences and fitness and career goals for myself.”

Kate reflects more on what she learned in the last year: “I also learned to step back and survey the situation before acting on something. For the most part, this has worked and overall I feel more peaceful and more confident that I can handle whatever life throws at me. I’ve also noticed my kids are becoming problem solvers, too, which is very encouraging!”

She adds, “I’ve always said that I don’t live apologetically; I live passionately! A great way to do that is to learn from the past and make it better in the future.”

And finally, the mom of eight also recently revealed she wants back on TV her own fitness show!

Last weekend, Kate took to her Twitter page to let fans know that her own fitness show would be a dream come true! “A fitness show would be a dream come true,” tweeted Kate, who recently ran a marathon. “Not for me only but a way to reach ALL moms who desire fitness but don’t know how!”

No word yet on whether or not her plus 8 would make cameos on the said fitness show.

According to HollyBaby, Kate has been on several dates with a mystery man who is possibly her boyfriend! “Kate has been set up on many blind dates,” a source reveals. “But finally one guy has caught her eye.”

“He’s not in showbiz but she met him at an event. The two have been quietly seeing each other but she hasn’t introduced him to the kids.”  While Kate is on the dating scene again, the former star of Kate Plus 8 may have ulterior motives because HollyBaby is also reporting that Kate is jealous of her ex-husband Jon Gosselin‘s relationship with Ellen Ross!

Apparently, the Gosselin kids “love” Ellen which has Kate steaming with jealousy! “Kate’s kids are starting to ask about Ellen and talk about her to Kate,” a source discloses. “They think Ellen is so funny, and they ask Kate if their dad is going to marry Ellen.” A photo of Jon and Ellen is below!

“Kate can’t stand that the kids like Ellen,” the source added. “Kate wants the kids to not think of Ellen as a stepmother, it drives Kate crazy. Kate doesn’t like the kids getting close to her and she refuses to accept Ellen.” Well, perhaps Kate can get over her preoccupation with Ellen by focusing on her new man!

ARE YOU HAPPY FOR KATE THAT SHE IS FINALLY DATING? DOES KATE NEED TO ACCEPT THAT JON HAS MOVED ON AND IS SERIOUS WITH ELLEN?

After being caught on what seemed like a romantic date without Kate’s eight, In Touch Weekly is reporting that the two looked quite cozy during an intimate dinner last month. “They were smiling and laughing,” an onlooker reports. “They definitely looked like a couple.”

Kate has long denied any romantic relationship with Steve, telling the Today show: “There is no affair. There never has been an affair;” claiming they are just “very good friends.” However, viewers of her former show Kate Plus 8 can attest that there were certainly some sparks (remember the pizza meltdown of the final season? yikes!)

Even her ex-husband Jon Gosselin has added to the rumors that Kate and Steve are a little more than just friends. “I speculate, but I don’t know — that’s a general feel,” Jon told Good Morning America. “You know, almost like when they were traveling together, I felt jealous. Here I’m Mr. Mom. And then there’s some other guy traveling with my wife.” And he was wondering just what kind of protection Steve was providing for his then wife! “Whether it’s protection or not, it’s all in — it’s in the back of my mind.”

Indeed, an insider is telling the mag that Kate and Steve definitely have a relationship! “Kate and Steve take long, lingering walks and even stay in the same room when they travel.” On a recent trip to Chicago the pair was definitely acting like a couple, and Steve also accompanied Kate on a recent trip to Australia! “Kate doesn’t hide her feelings for Steve,” the insider adds.”They’re not ashamed of their relationship.” But perhaps they should be!

For those of you who are thinking ‘good for Kate for finding a man!’ think again as Steve is actually a married man (who is often spotted sans wedding ring)! Steve’s wife of 20 years, Gina must not be too pleased by the amount of time he spends with a woman other than his wife. When In Touch attempted to contact Gina for her opinion on Kate’s relationship with her husband, she hung up! “She must be outraged,” a friend informed the mag.
