“I wish Jill [Zarin] the best. I wish Kelly the best,” Bethennytold the audience. “Honestly, it was an experience that I’ll never forget and the year with the first five of us is definitely very nostalgic.” A video of Bethenny discussing her time on RHONY is below.
Well, because Kelly is still apparently very concerned about Bethenny and because she really doesn’t have anything else going on wants to keep her name in the press, she is responding to Bethenny’s comment with some niceties of her own.
Oh reality television stars… you never cease to amaze me. One of the greatest things about reality TV is scathing, over the top, out of control ridiculous cat fights, arguments, and behind the back insults. It’s what differentiates reality from reality TV. See, I would never call someone a “dumb drag queen” … but in the wilds of reality TV, anything goes!
Reality Tea has compiled a list of some of our favorite reality TV insults. Below is some delightful footage of our hardworking stars doing what they do best – acting nutty and getting paid to do so! Let the memories come flooding back.
On the season premiere, Countless told her new co-stars of Ramoana’s threat regarding her children. The maven of manners also demanded an apology for last season’s drama during a party. I find her public admonishment of ol’ Crazy Eyes a tad hypocritical, given there is, according to LuAnn, a time and a place for everything. For example, you don’t talk about losing a parent over drinks with friends. It’s poor form. However, making others uncomfortable at a party is completely acceptable behavior. In her Bravo blog, she explains it all…and with words we serfs can understand. CLICK THE CONTINUE READING BUTTON FOR THE REST!
If you thought the Real Housewives of New York was going to get less dramatic following the firings of Jill Zarin,Alex McCord, and Kelly Bensimon, you’d be wrong. Rather than getting classier, the show is probably going to look a lot more like the menopausal, passive aggressive version of Bad Girls Club. The show premieres in two weeks and already, the ladies are taking shots at each other in the press for truly pointless things like their premiere parties.
Rob Shuter of the Huffington Post, who love him or hate him, does appear to have a direct line into the RHONY world, reports that the upcoming season will be Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan versus the rest of the gang, which isn’t surprising. As far as Countess LuAnn, she remained more opportunistic, as she usually is, and stuck with the new blood, and the anonymous cast member tells Rob “The Countess, who has tried to stay neutral in the past, was forced to choose between the new ladies and her old cast mates … and picked the former.”
If you’d like to resemble the above photo, the book tells you to eliminate “sugar, oil, alcohol, salt, caffeine and nuts” and to chew gum. Kelly also advises to chew “8 times instead of 4.” In other words, the same old dieting advice you have heard about 5 million times before with a little extra psychosis just for fun. Other groundbreaking dieting advice is drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, get enough sleep and exercise daily.
Other reality stars caught out and about this week: Kelly Bensimon, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Jason Hoppy, Ramona Singer, Holly Madison, J-Woww, J-Lo, La La Anthony, Reza Farahan, Tia Mowry, Evelyn Lozada and more!

Kelly Bensimon is back to doing what she does best – acting crazy in a bikini!
Kelly recently vacationed in South Beach, where she donned a string bikini and frightened beach goers and photographers alike, but that didn’t stop her from flaunting it as an advertisement for her new book, I Can Make You Hot. Is there a chapter dedicated to obtaining the perfect leathered skin? I kid, I kid – Kelly is in great shape.
Kelly promises the book has nothing to do with Real Houswives of New York, from which she was famously fired, and it won’t include any gossip from the show. Which, pretty much means I won’t be reading it! Instead Kelly’s newest tome will focus on something else she does well – making mistakes! The book is all about her past oops moments and what she’s learned from the experiences.
I imagine it goes a little something like this: Chapter One. It was a mistake to join a reality show knowing I’m insane. It was an even bigger mistake to not suck up to Bethenny Frankel like everyone else did. It was the biggest mistake ever to get into an argument about processed foods while eating gummy bears. Even worse I had a huge screaming meltdown over dinner when I started hallucinating about Al Sharpton. That’s the last time I’ll eat those dried mushrooms I got at the farmers market, trying to prove I don’t do refined sugars! I should have known that it was a bad idea when the guy selling them charged me $50 and told me I’d get a ‘real sugar high’. Danggit! Do you think people hate me?
Anyways, Kelly is excited to share her mess ups with you and tell you what an amazing experience it was. “It’s been really fun writing about all these mistakes I’ve made over the years. Everyone thinks they should write about how great they are, and I always think it’s more charming to learn about all the mistakes that I made and maybe you can learn from them, too,” Kelly told CeleBuzz.
Kelly’s advice book hits stores in April. Pre-order now! Even more exciting – more photos of Kelly running around in a string bikini. Photos below!
