As if the Kardashian family isn’t overexposed enough, the Queen of Talk, Oprah Winfrey herself, felt compelled to give them yet another platform from which to spew their ridiculousness. Thanks a heap, O. Couldn’t you just stick to book clubs and giveaways? UsWeekly reports on the interview’s highlights.
Questioning Kim about her blink-and-you-missed-it wedding to Kris Humphries and career catapulting sex tape with Ray J, the reality mogul oh so eloquently replies, “I’ve obviously made plenty of mistakes in my lifetime, but I’m not the type to sit and beat myself up over it. If a real lesson was learned, I’m so okay with having experienced that.”
CAUTION! Before you read what comes next you may want to arm yourself with some sort of trash receptacle or barf bag. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
Oh good gravy! Those Kardashians will never go gently into that good night, will they? I guess I have to take some of the blame for still writing about them, but what can I do? Patti Stanger, everyone’s favorite Millionaire Matchmaker, recently spoke with HollywoodLife.com about the whole Kimye phenomenon. Of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s fauxmance romance she exclaims, “This is a good, good fit for her and I hope that Kris [Jenner], her mother, gives the blessing because I think they’ll end up getting married. I really do. I think he has known the family long enough to know what the problems are. I love it. KK babies all the way! I think that they both made a mistake at one point in their life. They understand each other and they were friends first. Friends are the best foundation for a really good marriage.”

They won’t go away, so I am doing my best to embrace them. Who am I kidding? Given the allergic reaction I seem to be having, that must mean it’s time for our daily dose of Dash. First up? A glorious baby shower hosted by Queen Bee Kris Jenner.
As you know, Kourtney is bringing yet another Disick Kardashian into the world, and her mother graciously hosted a soiree this past Saturday to toast the impending birth of Kourtney’s daughter. Life & Style reports on the event. I’m sure of course we’ll all get to see it when it airs on one of their many reality shows. These folks don’t do anything without cameras present, right Ray J?
A source tells the magazine, “Kourtney’s shower was so nice! Her mom and sisters were there, of course. They talked, laughed, and played games. There was a bar and lots of different types of foods and desserts, including sushi and little sandwiches. She seemed happy and excited earlier in the day before the shower. Her son, Mason, was there, too.”
“Lehr & Black did Kourtney’s shower invitations,” adds another ‘insider’ citing, “They were beautiful.”
Welcome, y’all! It’s your daily dose of Kardashianasty! For those of you who actually expected Khloe Kardashian to shy away from the small screen after bowing out of Khloe and Lamar, think again. HollywoodLife.com is reporting that Khloe would like to try a different television genre. A family insider tells the site, “Khloe wants her own talk show. She had been working on different ideas for a show and Kris [Jenner] was the one who originally came up with the idea.” Wait, what? Pimpmomager Kris wants her daughter to be a talk show host? Well knock me over with a feather, I’m shocked!
Are they or aren’t they? Do you even care? Of course Kim Kardashian can’t stay out of the media for three seconds, so naturally she is milking her romance–or fauxmance?–with rapper and d-bag (I love you, Taylor Swift!) Kanye West.
Apparently, a source close to Kim’s husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries, is speaking out to Hollywoodlife.com about Kim’s newest conquest. Or would it be Kanye’s newest conquest? It’s hard to have competing famewhores…things get confusing!
Kris’ friend tells the site, “Whether or not they are in a real relationship, it’s a publicity stunt to sell records on his part and more importantly for her, to divert people from talking about her divorce. If anyone deserves each other, it’s these two. They both love publicity and material things.”
Adding speculation to this whole ‘we’re madly in love’ charade, Kim has been photographed several times very publicly leaving Kanye’s apartment. In fact, there’s Kim in the above photo just coincidentally leaving her new beau’s apartment wearing his lounge pants and being like ‘Oh, paparazzi! Where’d you come from?’.
The insider claims that Kim and Kanye’s recent public displays of affection and NYC slumber parties are certainly planned by the duos publicists, citing it is “no coincidence they started the same night his new song dropped.” A song, I might add, that won’t be making my iTunes playlist…I will, however, be downloading Maria’s version of Nyquil.
What song, you’re asking? Of course you’re not asking that–everyone has heard that Kanye’s new single Theraflu references his love for Kim (by name!) and threatens to have Jay-Z kick Kris off the New Jersey Nets. The source continues, “I’m convinced they are the ones who have been tipping off the paparazzi to take their photos everywhere they go so that they can get the publicity. Someone who is calling the paparazzi can’t be as desperate about her divorce as she says she is.”
Kris Humphries isn’t the only Kris who has a “source” close to the story, though. Surprisingly, however, both Kris insiders are in agreement! Someone close to the Kardashian Kamp reveals, “It’s so calculated and of course, Kim’s mother, Kris, is all behind it. Look at all the great PR they are getting. I must say they make a perfect couple. They both love the limelight and can’t get enough attention.”
“This is also a big f–k you to Kris Humphries. I kind of feel sorry for him because Kim is acting like [she] never ever shed a tear for him,” adds the insider. “I don’t understand why the Kardashians think this is a good move for Kim. But believe me everything that family does calculated.”
Kim Kardsahian, likely went into her divorce with Kris Humprhies expecting nothing could go wrong; that perhaps Kris, like herself, could see they were not suited for each other and they would both go their separate ways–with the pre-nup firmly in tact–and everyone feeling sorry for Kim that she married a dud. Unfortunately, Kim’s hubris didn’t allow her to see the forest for the trees. And she didn’t expect a hurt and furious Kris, feeling fooled and taken advantage of, to fight back!
Kris is continuing his quest to expose Kim for the lying fraud she is – and that is terrifying the increasingly depressed and unhappy star. The ex-couple is headed to court on Monday, March 12th for the beginning stages of their divorce trial!
One thing Kris is fighting for is his reputation restored; the NJ Nets forwards feels his portrayal on Kourtney & Kim Take New York has besmirched his reputation and forced the public to see him as someone he is not. And Kim is fighting to keep her secrets from being exposed!
“All he really wants is for his name to be cleared and for the Kardashians to be honest about their malicious intentions and manipulations,” a friend tells Life & Style (via their print edition). “He wants people to know he isn’t the guy they made him out to be. If they’re unwilling to do that, Kris is prepared to fight.”
And proving that he’s not backing down, Kris’ Minnesota-based lawyer, Lee Hutton has been approved to represent him in LA – and Kim is not contesting that! Kim is trying to do everything in her power to make this go away quickly and quietly, approving Kris’ requests will speed up the process.
Kim is extremely worried about this process dragging on, and she’s very afraid of what Kris’ team will drag up! “Kim is terrified to face Kris,” her friend reveals. “She knows he wants to humiliate her the way he feels she’s humiliated him.”
“Kris’ team is looking for every excuse to force her to take the stand,” Kim’s friend adds. If Kim takes the stand, she’ll be forced to be truthful, because if she lies under oath that would be perjury and she could be arrested. Kris wholeheartedly believes that Kim’s public image is based on carefully constructed lies. Because it is.
Luckily for Kris, all the negative publicity and self-centered behavior has shown Kim in an extremely unflattering light, and she is scrambling desperately to restore the public to her side. Kim’s pathetic attempts to seem like a good and honest person have been mocked by the media and former fans have turned on her as well. Kim has even tried turning to church to restore her popularity!
“This is torturing to her,” the friend insists. “The longer this drags on the more despondent she becomes. This is the worst time in her life.”
Even Kim’s family is fed up with this nonsense! “It’s hard for them to be sympathetic,” a friend reveals. “Her family is sick of her complaining, and without their support she’s starting to really fall apart.” Well, perhaps if Kim wasn’t so obsessed with her image and hadn’t built her self-esteem around popularity, she wouldn’t be crumbling because the media is no longer her best friend!
“Kim is emotionally devastated,” a friend explains. “The backlash has destroyed her.” The unhappy star has apparently turned to emotional eating and is now starting to gain weight! “Kim wakes up every morning in a nightmare that just won’t end!”
While Kim sits at home alone and depressed, pretending life is fine; Kris’ career is booming. He’s had a great season and is proving to the world that he moved on.
Kim’s family is frustrated that her actions have affected their income and worry this could permanently destroy everything they’ve built. Additionally, If Kris is successful in proving “fraud”, the prenup the former couple signed would be invalid and Kim could be forced to hand over half of her fortune. And oh, wouldn’t that be fantastic!
She is so desperate to stop Kris, Kim is practically bribing him! Kim expected Kris would ask for $2 million dollars in the settlement, and was prepared to shell out, but now news has emerged that Kris wants more – much more! Kris is seeking $7M from the star – which is less than half of the reported $17M Kim pocketed on their sham wedding!
According to TMZ, Kris apparently issued an ultimatum through his attorney, stating she either write a check or they’re headed to court! Apparently, Kim isn’t ready to pony up just yet. Kim’s camp is contesting, claiming Kris made an estimated $1M through wedding related publicity and deals – a number far smaller than the money she allegedly earned. And arguing means she’s treading on dangerous grounds.
Kris feels he’s entitled to that money because the Kardashians used him to grow their fortune! And he is looking to prove it in court! Kris believes “that there was a malicious intention by the Kardashians to use Kris and to make money and benefit themselves from him ,” a source shares with HollywoodLife. “He wants them to publicly admit that they never intended for it to be a real marriage.” I’m guessing he will also be subpoenaing some bank statements!
Although, the source is quick to point out Kris’ demands have little to do with making money. “Kris isn’t mean, he doesn’t do things to others and it’s not about the money,” and Kris plans to donate most of the proceeds from the divorce to charity!
Is anyone else really excited to see how this all pans out. A public trial would be the juiciest thing to hit reality TV since…well, ever!

IS KRIS ENTITLED TO MILLIONS FROM KIM? WILL SHE SHELL OUT TO AVOID A PUBLIC TRIAL? CAN SHE EVER RESTORE HER IMAGE?
When Kim Kardashian decided to file for divorce from Kris Humphries after a mere 72-days of marriage, I’m sure she never, ever, anticipated the fallout. It’s pretty much nuclear at this point for the 31-year-old reality star, as almost every aspect of her life has come plummeting down around her. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it), things are potentially about to get much worse for Kim!
But first reports are circulating that the desperate for love and attention Kim is shacking up with NY Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez. Is there a professional athlete Kim hasn’t boinked?! No wonder Tebowrejected her!
According to the blog TerezOwens, a source reports that Kim was “secretly” dating the NFL player while she was in NYC filming the first season of KKTNY and now that she is done with old Hump things are once again hot and heavy – still in secret, of course – since Mark has a real girlfriend (reportedly model Kate Upton)! “Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and flings”, a source reports. “Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone!”
So are the two serious? “Kim’s just in it for the sex”, says an insider close to Kimmie. “She has her hopes set on a bigger ‘star’ than Sanchez. But for now, he will do.”
Kim is, however, denying any sort of relationship with Mark. Taking to Twitter, Kim claims the rumor is complete BS. “Dating rumors are always fun when u don’t even know the people your supposedly linked to! Who makes this stuff up!”, she wrote. And just in case you’ve forgotten, Kimmie Kakes denied she had a sex tape just weeks before it was “leaked.”
Moving on to Kimmie’s drama with Kris. If you recall, shortly after Kim filed for divorce, Kris retaliated by seeking an annulment claiming “fraud.” Because Kris filed for the annulment, Kim is now legally unable to end her marriage until a judge rules whether or not there is “clear and convincing evidence” that fraud occurred!
Currently there are no divorce talks taking place according to a Humphries family insider, since neither party wants to compromise or withdraw their petition. If Kimmie isn’t careful she could be headed for a very, very public divorce – like televised public. Oooohhhh… some real reality TV from the Kardashians for a change!
Family attorney Vikki Zeigler tells HollywoodLife exclusively that if Kim doesn’t start negotiating with Kris, she will likely find herself in court early this summer. Which would necessitate the many Kardashian family members (and Scott Disick) to testify! Since California has an “open policy on popular court cases,” television cameras will be allowed in the courthouse to capture every minute of Kim attempting to convince a jury that she went into her marriage with the purest of intentions.
Kim’s attorney, the famedLaura Wasser, is attempting to move the marriage dissolution to mediation instead, but Kris is resisting!
Kris believes he has evidence that proves fraud took place and is adamant he thought their marriage was real! According to an insider Kris is certain “Kim had no intention to stay married to him and she just got married to make money. He and his team wouldn’t go forward if they didn’t believe that they could prove this [in court.]”
“Kim was filming scenes saying that she was dissatisfied with her marriage during the week of Sept. 8, which was barely three weeks after the wedding,” says the source. “His team believes that the season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York was developed with the theme of divorce, without Kris being made aware of it.”
Claiming he never knew Kim was feeling unhappy in their relationship, Kris says “he was never in the scenes where they discuss Kim’s unhappiness and he never caught Kim talking to her sisters about being unhappy.” On last week’s season finale Kris was seen searching for Kim while she sat in her dressing room furtively sobbing to her sister. Kris seemed completely in the dark about Kim’s feelings.
“When the pair wasn’t filming, Kim was normal and affectionate to Kris”, the source explains. Additionally, it seems E! edited a scene of Kris to make it look like he was the one talking about divorce.
Kris’ motivation for an open trial is his desire for the public to see the truth about Kim and her dishonest behavior! “Kris wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage”, a source tells Reality Weekly.
He believes he was fooled from the get-go and cast unwittingly to play a role as the groom to garner Kim attention and a huge payout! “Kris feels he was set up by the Kardashians. He wants to be able to tell his side”, says the insider. “When he married Kim, he thought it was forever, but he realized Kim wasn’t in love with him and now believes he was merely a prop.” Remember, Kim allegedly made an estimated $17M in endorsements, TV specials, photos, and product placements all due to her nuptials. No one knows how much of that money went to Kris, as it was reported he was only eligible for a “limited cut of the wedding money,” per their prenup.
And for all of those who think Kris is stupid, he insists he was well aware of what he was marrying into! “Kris understood that he was committing himself to the Kardashian way of life,” and was not surprised that he would be asked to participate in scripted scenes to further the plot of their shows.
Once Kim filed for divorce, “Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it’s so blatant and over-the-top, it’s just cruel “, says the source.
Vikki Zeigler believes scenes from Kim’s various reality shows could be admissible in court to help prove she had no intention of staying married to Kris! Citing the scene where the couple is discussing where they will live post-filming and Kim basically tries to convince Kris not to move in with her, Vikki believes, “It shows that she never had any intent of doing what a wife is supposed to do — live with her husband.”
And Kris may have another reason for wanting the trial to go public! Allegedly the prenup the couple signed bars Kris from publicly discussing the details of their marriage, including monies earned from the event, “But if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” a source explains, “the prenup is void.” Tell-all time!
So why is Kim willing to risk a public trial over agreeing to an annulment? Her already eviscerated reputation! If Kim admits her marriage was a fraud, she might be liable to pay back some of those vendors who offered services and products for her wedding. Potentially she could face civil suits from others who feel they were duped by Kim’s money grubbing, attention whoring ways!
Whether or not fraud was committed isn’t the only issue the former couple is facing-off over. Kris wants to know just what happened to all those wedding gifts and he believes legally he has a say in what happens to them! Kris wanted her to return all the gifts to their original senders. Kim instead decided to donate the estimated $200,000 the gifts were worth to the Dream Foundation, a charity she supports. Shortly after this promise, reports emerged that Kim had actually exchanged many of those exorbitantly priced gifts for Rolex watches!
Well Kris is still furious that greedykins-Kimmie still won’t return any of the remaining presents – even the very, very pricey ones! “One of the super expensive wedding gifts they received was a Ferrari and he thinks it, like all the other gifts should be returned to its sender,” a source close to Kris reveals. Kris claims he had no control over the gifts because he wasn’t involved in the decision of what to do with them post-wedding – believing his marriage was forever he wasn’t concerned!
“Kris has never seen any of his gifts. He doesn’t have a list of any of the gifts. He feels the gifts are communal property in the marriage and therefore, they should have been at least divided 50/50,” a source tells HollywoodLife. And because Kim isn’t communicating with her ex, he has been learning about her sketchy behaviors through the media and is appalled that she would exchange presents from his family and friends for personal items instead of returning them!
Even worse for Kim, apparently divorce court isn’t the only court Kris is hoping to visit with Kim! Sources are reporting he is looking to file a civil case (aka lawsuit!) against Kimmie for misleading him about her affections. ”Kris thought he was getting married for life and he found out he was getting a divorce on a radio show,” a source contends.

Because it wouldn’t be just another day if she wasn’t doing just another interview, Kim Kardashian is opening up about her failed marriage, the recent and tumultuous media backlash, and her sincere apologies for her part in the Kardarshiscam her family’s staying power and the future prospects of the Kardynasty.
Pagesix.com is reporting on Kimmie’s recent cover story for the Hollywood Reporter which cites her as one of the past year’s biggest “rule breakers.” In her interview, Kimmie discusses the family’s growing number of reality shows and threatens promises the shows will continue and multiply. She states, “There are so many of us, but I think we’ll see more of my younger siblings.”
With the family starting to focus on the next generation of Kardashians Jenners, Kylie and Kendall, as well Kim’s younger brother, Dancing with the Stars alum Rob Kardashian, the overexposed reality star predicts their “television monopoly will ‘go on for years.’” When is the next rapture scheduled? Geez Louise!
When will the rest of the planet have some relief? That’s simple, Kim reveals. The Kardashians will stop assaulting us from all fronts tabloid, television series and E! specials as soon as the money stops rolling in it is no longer “fun”. And I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but she means when it stops being fun for them, not us… because, in my opinion, it stopped being fun for me a while ago. Kimmie vows, “When the fun stops so will we.” Um, can the viewing public please get that in writing?
Pimpmomager Kris Jenner was shockingly right by her favorite daughter’s side for the interview, giving her two cents on the klan’s monopoly. Kris boasts, “I’m really proud at how hard we’ve all worked this year and what we’ve accomplished. We roll as one big unit, so whether something’s sad, happy or tragic, we come together as a family and everything falls into place.” And the money keeps falling into their inflated bank accounts. But whose fault is that? They definitely have an audience, even if most of that audience seems disgusted by them.
Not addressed in the magazine’s year-end double issue? I’ll give you two guesses, and the first one doesn’t count. There is no mention of her blink-and-you-missed-it marriage to basketballer Kris Humphries, not to be confused with her shoved-down-your-throat-even-people-who-live-under-rocks-saw-it wedding. Also absent from the article was any mention of the recent allegations that many of the products produced and touted by the Kardashian empire are created in Chinese sweatshops. Now, how surprised are you that those minor issues were inadvertently left out of the article? It’s Kimmie’s world, y’all. We’re just living in watching it.
Poor ex-husband Kris didn’t even get a mention in Kim’s interview, so you’re probably wondering how’s he’s holding up in this whole media firestorm. Well, with the NBA lockout over and Kris back playing with his beloved New Jersey Nets, things couldn’t be better for the dude glaringly left out of the Kasdashian Christmas kard (sorry, I couldn’t stomach starting Christmas with a “K” as much as it would have fit. I’m not going to give Kimmie Christmas!). He’s doing great… minus that entire Karbacklashian he’s facing.
Hollywoodlife.com reports that number 43 isn’t letting fan hate affect his time on the court. A source reveals, “[Kris] is letting it slide and not reacting negatively too it. He wasn’t really affected by being booed as he expected it from the Madison Square Garden crowd, especially playing for the other team.” Yeah, I’m willing to bet all the poor sportsmanship he was met with was purely a result of not playing for the home team.
The site reveals that nearly everyone in the huge venue booed the guy when the game began. That’s just not right! Kris, however, seems to be taking it all in stride. The insider continues, “He doesn’t blame Kim. This is all about playing basketball and he refuses to let the boos and hatred get to him.” He’s certainly a bigger person than I am, literally (thankfully, at almost 6’0, I’m not quite at Amazon status yet) and figuratively. Keep up that great attitude Kris because chances are it’s going to be a looonnnggg season.
