In case you don’t remember, Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant. Since making the announcement just days after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, Kourtney has been pretty mum on what’s going on with her uterus. I just assumed she was happily baking a new little Disick and there was nothing much to get worked up over – which is a nice change for the Kardashians.

Well, a new report from In Touch Weekly (available via their print edition) is claiming that there is major trouble in paradise between Kourtney and long-time beau and baby daddy, Scott Disick!

Viewers of the ever-annoying Kourtney and Kim Take New York witnessed Scott and Kourtney have a whole host of relationship problems, which they both claimed to have worked through. Nevertheless, it was surprising when shortly after filming ended, Kourtney announced her pregnancy. Perhaps they moved too fast!

Apparently, Scott has been picking on Kourtney and calling her fat as of late. During a recent dinner date, Scott’s taunting nearly left Kourtney in tears! “Scott was picking on her, making fun of her weight,” reveals an insider. “He even told the waiter that she would have ‘a side of beef.’” Even worse, Scott has taken to calling her “Portney”, as a way to describe her new supposedly portly figure. Scott’s comments and constant teasing have left Kourtney feeling insecure and unattractive.

According to insiders, Kourtney has come to expect this kind of behavior from Scott, who has been downright rude and unsupportive throughout her second pregnancy. Kourtney had believed having a second child would make Scott grow up and would reinforce their relationship, but sadly it’s made things worse! Scott has returned to his pre-Mason partyboy ways and is now spending countless nights out at the bars with this friends, flirting with other girls.

After a recent fight with Kourtney, Scott ditched his family for a wild time in Vegas at the opening of 10ak. “They had a fight, so Scott jumped on a plane and left her behind,” the source reveals. Scott has allegedly left all the parenting duties to Kourtney as well, while he flits around, focusing on his own whims. “Scott still expects Kourtney to wait on him,” the source says.”He’s just a dog.”

Because of Scott’s treatment of her and his disinterest in his family, Kourtney has started to believe Scott is only staying with her for her money! Scott has apparently become more aggressive with his demands to get his own slice of the Kardashian pie; wanting a larger percentage for appearing on their reality shows and lobbying for his own endorsement deals. It makes sense to me, but this is a family that does NOT like to share the wealth!

“He’s even tried to go behind her back to negotiate his own deal for rights to the baby’s first photos,” an insider shares. “It’s like all their baby is to him is another opportunity to cash in.”

So why does Scott’s bad behavior persist? Insiders report that the reality star refuses to leave Scott while she’s pregnant. “Scott gets whatever he wants because he knows she won’t leave him. Kourtney won’t learn,” the insider describes.

I’m not sure how much of this I buy based on what I saw on KKTNY – although, we know that show isn’t exactly a reliable source for reality! Sources have previously claimed that the trouble in their relationship is scripted! And speaking of reality…

Oh, for the love of irony… Kim and Leann Rimes have found religion. And each other. The twice divorced, sex tape siren and the adulteress have apparently bonded over their recent involvement in Christian fellowship. So that explains Kim’s sudden interest in Tebow!

A source tells toofab that Pastor Brad Johnson, who married Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, introduced Kim and Leann while they were both attending services at his church, the Life Change Community Church in Agoura Hills.

The name of this church is PERFECT for what Kim needs, may I just say! Hopefully Leann’s life change will come in the form of knocking off the Twitter antics.

Kim and Leann had lunch together this Friday and then met up again at services on Sunday – which were also attended by Kourtney, Mason, pimpmomager Kris Jenner, and LeAnn’s husband Eddie Cibrian.

Kim and Leann have been spending the off days, since they don’t have jobs to speak of, tweeting about their new friendship and their new interest in the Lord. “So nice when your circle of supportive girl friends grows,” Leann wrote on Sunday following church. Kim responded with “Let’s all go swimming,” then teased about it being an inside joke. “@KimKardashian great seeing you and the fam. See you soon xoxo,” Leann added. If anyone can save those two it’s Jesus. I hope he’s up to the task!

In between praising the Lord and thanking him throughout her Twitter feed, Kim took time out to post yet another annoying kissy face photo!

Ever since dumping her husband and being abandoned by the press because of her shallow behavior, Kim Kardashian is at her wits end. It seems everywhere the former star turns, more trouble emerges!

In the latest, Life & Style is reporting (via their print edition) that Kim has hit rock bottom! Overheard complaining to friends while dining at Cipriani in NYC, Kim was reportedly whining about how no one loves her! “I’m so alone. I didn’t expect all of this. It’s devastating,” she was overheard saying.

“Kim was shoveling in the carbs,” an eyewitness at the restaurant describes. “From the moment she sat down, she was munching on breadsticks. The table ordered a plate of prosciutto and Kim wolfed down a plate of pasta as her main course. When she was done she leaned back and rubbed her stomach satisfied.” Uh oh… maybe Kim is hoping to be Weight Watchers’ next celebrity representative!

Kim’s depression has reportedly stemmed from the constant criticism over her divorce and the incredible media onslaught she has faced since dumping Kris Humphries on her reality show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, after a mere three months of marriage.

Most upsetting for the desperate Kim is her worry that she will never find another man stupid enough to fall for her crap because of her treatment of Kris. Not to mention all the rumors about her sexcapades with various celebs. Kim fears that no one wants to date her. “Right now I don’t know anyone who wants to be Mr. Kim Kardashian. Not after what happened to Kris Humphries, no way!”

Due to the stress of constantly reading negative things about herself via GoogleAlert, Kim has turned to food and solitude! “Kim is becoming a really private person,” a source says. “She stays home all the time. It’s like she’s afraid to be in public.” Funny, because there’s still a ton of paparazzi photos of her floating around every week!

Additionally, now that Kim is less famous than in the months preceding her divorce, many of her friends have ditched her. Don’t worry – Jonathan Cheban has stuck around! Kim is trying to change though, y’all, and find new friends through her renewed interest in faith. The 31-year-old twice-divorced, sex tape star has been tweeting about attending church and has expressed an interest in starting a bible study group. You know what – I hope she does!

Poor Kris H had his heart put through the ringer and sadly had to relive the dilapidation of his marriage through so-called reality television. Unlike Kimmie, who is desperately wanting a new man, Kris still hasn’t moved on from his harrowing experience of being married to Kim.

According to TMZ, the New Jersey Nets star has no intention of dating anytime soon, as sources reveal he is focused exclusively on his career. Which, you know, involves actual talent and hard work – unlike his soon-to-be ex-wife’s! Kris hasn’t been on a single date since learning of his divorce through the media. Apparently, Kris is having an amazing season, so maybe Kim dumping him was a good thing!

Responding to all those rumors that she was rejected by Tim Tebow and secretly hooking up with Mark Sanchez; Kim claims none of them are true! Riiiiight. In fact, Kim has decided she is done with the NFL and wants to expand her horizons to other professional sports to find her next victim boyfriend. Sources tell TMZ, Kim’s break up with Reggie Bush was so traumatic she’s never looked at a football helmet the same way since. Really? Kimmie’s sources must be forgetting about her brief relationship with NFL player Miles Austin!

Not only that, Kim’s break up was so stressful she apparently is suing Old Navy! And speaking of that, Kim will be headed to court for the estimated $20 million dollar lawsuit she filed against Old Navy and its parent company The Gap; accusing them of intentionally using a look-alike in one of their ads to mislead the public to believe Kim endorsed the company.

According to E! News, a trial date has been set for April 23, 2013, by Federal Judge Dale S. Fischer. The trial is expected to last about a week. The Gap is arguing that their advertisement is protected under the First Amendment – they will also attempt to prove that Kim’s reputation is already so awful, people thinking she’s in an Old Navy ad might actually improve things! Being that Kim won’t be in front of a judge until 2013, she has a whole year to withdraw her frivolous lawsuit!

Moving right along, Kim’s TV nemesis Melissa Molinaro, the girl who was accused of the so-called Kimpersonation for her appearance in an Old Navy commercial singing and dancing (like anyone thinks Kim can sing or dance!), is speaking out about Kim’s lawsuit. Melissa calls Kim’s desperate attempt for more attention and money lawsuit “silly,” but admits she doesn’t really understand what it’s all about!

“To be honest, I really don’t even know what’s going on with it,” Melissa told Fox411. “No one’s really called me and told me.”

“I just think the whole thing is a little silly,” she adds, echoing what nearly everyone else thinks. “I mean, they held auditions in Miami, New York and L.A. to find this girl, and they wanted to find a Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas type of girl – I mean, (Kim’s) name never came up – it was not on their radar whatsoever.” Whoa! So you mean when Old Navy said they wanted someone who could sing and dance they didn’t immediately think of Kim?! You don’t say…

It is rumored that Melissa, along with the man she shared with Kim, Reggie, will be expected to take the stand in an attempt to prove Kim’s real reason for filing the suit was personal. “What’s crazy about that is I’ve known Reggie for going on three years now,” Melissa reveals. “People thought that it was just because of the commercial, but I mean, I’ve known him for years. It wasn’t anything new – not for us.”

Additionally, Melissa, who is working steadily in the entertainment business has just released a single and filmed a comedy spoof for the SyFy Network, has no intention of selling out Kim style – aka selling her body – for her fifteen minutes of fame. And while she’s not naming names about who exactly she means, it’s pretty obvious!

“Nothing happens overnight, especially if you do it my way – which is with morals,” Melissa snips. “There are people – and we all know them – that sell out and they’re just famous for being famous. I’m not where I want to be – yet – but it takes a long time, if you do it the right way. There are a lot of girls out there who have done things in their careers to be famous and to make it, and I’m not in it for the 15 minutes–I’m in it for the long haul.”

When Kim Kardashian decided to file for divorce from Kris Humphries after a mere 72-days of marriage, I’m sure she never, ever, anticipated the fallout. It’s pretty much nuclear at this point for the 31-year-old reality star, as almost every aspect of her life has come plummeting down around her. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it), things are potentially about to get much worse for Kim!

But first reports are circulating that the desperate for love and attention Kim is shacking up with NY Jets Quarterback Mark Sanchez. Is there a professional athlete Kim hasn’t boinked?! No wonder Tebow rejected her!

According to the blog TerezOwens, a source reports that Kim was “secretly” dating the NFL player while she was in NYC filming the first season of KKTNY and now that she is done with old Hump things are once again hot and heavy – still in secret, of course – since Mark has a real girlfriend (reportedly model Kate Upton)! “Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and flings”, a source reports. “Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone!”

So are the two serious? “Kim’s just in it for the sex”, says an insider close to Kimmie. “She has her hopes set on a bigger ‘star’ than Sanchez. But for now, he will do.”

Kim is, however, denying any sort of relationship with Mark. Taking to Twitter, Kim claims the rumor is complete BS. “Dating rumors are always fun when u don’t even know the people your supposedly linked to! Who makes this stuff up!”, she wrote. And just in case you’ve forgotten, Kimmie Kakes denied she had a sex tape just weeks before it was “leaked.”

Moving on to Kimmie’s drama with Kris. If you recall, shortly after Kim filed for divorce, Kris retaliated by seeking an annulment claiming “fraud.” Because Kris filed for the annulment, Kim is now legally unable to end her marriage until a judge rules whether or not there is “clear and convincing evidence” that fraud occurred!

Currently there are no divorce talks taking place according to a Humphries family insider, since neither party wants to compromise or withdraw their petition. If Kimmie isn’t careful she could be headed for a very, very public divorce – like televised public. Oooohhhh… some real reality TV from the Kardashians for a change!

Family attorney Vikki Zeigler tells HollywoodLife exclusively that if Kim doesn’t start negotiating with Kris, she will likely find herself in court early this summer. Which would necessitate the many Kardashian family members (and Scott Disick) to testify! Since California has an “open policy on popular court cases,” television cameras will be allowed in the courthouse to capture every minute of Kim attempting to convince a jury that she went into her marriage with the purest of intentions.

Kim’s attorney, the famed Laura Wasser, is attempting to move the marriage dissolution to mediation instead, but Kris is resisting!

Kris believes he has evidence that proves fraud took place and is adamant he thought their marriage was real! According to an insider Kris is certain “Kim had no intention to stay married to him and she just got married to make money. He and his team wouldn’t go forward if they didn’t believe that they could prove this [in court.]”

“Kim was filming scenes saying that she was dissatisfied with her marriage during the week of Sept. 8, which was barely three weeks after the wedding,” says the source. “His team believes that the season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York was developed with the theme of divorce, without Kris being made aware of it.”

Claiming he never knew Kim was feeling unhappy in their relationship, Kris says “he was never in the scenes where they discuss Kim’s unhappiness and he never caught Kim talking to her sisters about being unhappy.” On last week’s season finale Kris was seen searching for Kim while she sat in her dressing room furtively sobbing to her sister. Kris seemed completely in the dark about Kim’s feelings.

“When the pair wasn’t filming, Kim was normal and affectionate to Kris”, the source explains. Additionally, it seems E! edited a scene of Kris to make it look like he was the one talking about divorce.

Kris’ motivation for an open trial is his desire for the public to see the truth about Kim and her dishonest behavior! “Kris wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage”, a source tells Reality Weekly.

He believes he was fooled from the get-go and cast unwittingly to play a role as the groom to garner Kim attention and a huge payout! “Kris feels he was set up by the Kardashians. He wants to be able to tell his side”, says the insider. “When he married Kim, he thought it was forever, but he realized Kim wasn’t in love with him and now believes he was merely a prop.” Remember, Kim allegedly made an estimated $17M in endorsements, TV specials, photos, and product placements all due to her nuptials. No one knows how much of that money went to Kris, as it was reported he was only eligible for a “limited cut of the wedding money,” per their prenup.

And for all of those who think Kris is stupid, he insists he was well aware of what he was marrying into! “Kris understood that he was committing himself to the Kardashian way of life,” and was not surprised that he would be asked to participate in scripted scenes to further the plot of their shows.

Once Kim filed for divorce, “Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it’s so blatant and over-the-top, it’s just cruel “, says the source.

Vikki Zeigler believes scenes from Kim’s various reality shows could be admissible in court to help prove she had no intention of staying married to Kris! Citing the scene where the couple is discussing where they will live post-filming and Kim basically tries to convince Kris not to move in with her, Vikki believes, “It shows that she never had any intent of doing what a wife is supposed to do — live with her husband.”

And Kris may have another reason for wanting the trial to go public! Allegedly the prenup the couple signed bars Kris from publicly discussing the details of their marriage, including monies earned from the event, “But if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” a source explains, “the prenup is void.” Tell-all time!

So why is Kim willing to risk a public trial over agreeing to an annulment? Her already eviscerated reputation! If Kim admits her marriage was a fraud, she might be liable to pay back some of those vendors who offered services and products for her wedding. Potentially she could face civil suits from others who feel they were duped by Kim’s money grubbing, attention whoring ways!

Whether or not fraud was committed isn’t the only issue the former couple is facing-off over. Kris wants to know just what happened to all those wedding gifts and he believes legally he has a say in what happens to them! Kris wanted her to return all the gifts to their original senders. Kim instead decided to donate the estimated $200,000 the gifts were worth to the Dream Foundation, a charity she supports. Shortly after this promise, reports emerged that Kim had actually exchanged many of those exorbitantly priced gifts for Rolex watches!

Well Kris is still furious that greedykins-Kimmie still won’t return any of the remaining presents – even the very, very pricey ones! “One of the super expensive wedding gifts they received was a Ferrari and he thinks it, like all the other gifts should be returned to its sender,” a source close to Kris reveals. Kris claims he had no control over the gifts because he wasn’t involved in the decision of what to do with them post-wedding – believing his marriage was forever he wasn’t concerned!

“Kris has never seen any of his gifts. He doesn’t have a list of any of the gifts. He feels the gifts are communal property in the marriage and therefore, they should have been at least divided 50/50,” a source tells HollywoodLife. And because Kim isn’t communicating with her ex, he has been learning about her sketchy behaviors through the media and is appalled that she would exchange presents from his family and friends for personal items instead of returning them!

Even worse for Kim, apparently divorce court isn’t the only court Kris is hoping to visit with Kim! Sources are reporting he is looking to file a civil case (aka lawsuit!) against Kimmie for misleading him about her affections. ”Kris thought he was getting married for life and he found out he was getting a divorce on a radio show,” a source contends.

Ever since Kris Jenner confessed to having an affair with a man named “Ryan” while she was married to Robert Kardashian, rumors have been circulating wildly about her former lover. Todd Waterman, the man in question, is speaking out and giving all the gory details about Kris’ totally tasteless behavior – including revealing that she flaunted her affair in front of her husband! All class no trash there!

Todd, an Emmy-nominated animator and former professional soccer player, is apparently sick of Kris dragging his name through the mud to promote her current book, Kris Jenner and All Things Kardashian. In response, he is speaking out about the nefarious mother’s behavior! Among the revelations he claims Kris told him the Kardashians’ shows are fake – like we didn’t know that!

Todd who was twenty-three-years-old when their affair started, says, “I was attracted to Kris.” Kris was several years his senior at the time and the mother of four young children (now four very annoying adults).

The pair met through mutual friends and embarked on a steamy, passionate affair; which according to Kris meant lots of sex in public places. If you were eating as you read that, I apologize. After a night out, the pair consummated their relationship. “We came back to her friend’s home in Beverly Hills. And our first time [we had sex] was in her friend’s closet. We found a little place in the house and consummated the relationship,” Todd tells The Daily Mail.

“It was a magical night, surreal. I think it was two people who were both open to experiencing something in their life at that time. It was fate, we invited it and we just ran with it and from that point on. We didn’t hold back.”

Todd claims they quickly fell in love and it led to some pretty questionable behaviors from the then mother of four! “The love swept us away. We made our own different reality. It was special, it was a little crazy, a little wild – we didn’t exercise caution or self-restraint. I think we were both very much in love.”

Shockingly, the pair, who pretended to be ‘just friends’, brazenly flaunted their affair in front of Robert! “We did some crazy things. I remember playing tennis at her home with my friend the soccer player Justin Fashanu. And Robert was watching us play. We’re in the affair now and I’m sure he suspected at this point.”

“He was trying to throw me off my game actually,” Todd remembers. “He was just calling out foot fault while I served.”

“We were pretty prolific. You’ve got a guy in his sexual prime and a woman entering hers,” Todd explains. Ewwww… Todd even admits that the couple may have had sex in the Kardashian home! “I don’t remember, I’m sure we did,” he confesses.

Todd even alleges that Kris brought Khloe Kardashian with her when the couple had rendezvous! “Khloe would go out with us. She’d be in the back seat of the car if we were going to lunch,” Todd asserts, adding that she was a really funny, smart kid. Well, she certainly didn’t get that from Kris!

Todd says during the time they were together Kris was his sugar mama of sorts and she paid for everything. Even the apartment they shared together following her separation from Robert, who was tired of her flagrant disregard for their marriage and filed for divorce.

“She was generous. I didn’t have the money for the lifestyle she was leading. She was paying a lot, or it was Robert I guess,” Todd admits. His affair with Kris was so all-consuming he ended up leaving his soccer career behind, since it was low-paying and Kris was funding their lifestyle.

Todd confirms Kris’ claims that Robert discovered the affair by hiring a private detective to follow the couple, which is when things started to go south for the undercover lovers. “When he hired the private investigators I would say that’s when it started going bad,” Todd discloses. “It was the midway point of the affair.”

Todd recalls that one time Robert showed up at his apartment complex, which Kris suggested he live in and apparently the couple considered it their place. This led to an altercation and a high-speed chase! “I remember he turned up at our apartment and he got into the complex. I said we’d call the police, let a little time go by and then I decided to drive Kris back to wherever she had to go.”

“I was driving in an open Jeep at the time. As I pulled out of my garage, it was about 5pm and a sunny day, he comes charging out with a golf club in his 450 SL convertible.”

“He took a swing and whacked the back of my car. I said ‘holy s***, Kris, can I pull over and confront him? What do you want to do?’ She screamed out ‘no, no keep driving he might have a gun in the car. I know he keeps a gun.’ ”

“So we’ve got this little high speed chase going on at rush hour and I’m in a Jeep and he’s trailing me and he’s trying to overtake us. I did a couple of spin out moves and he just kept going, luckily – maybe he got his composure again or something.”

It was after this instance that Robert filed for divorce, causing Kris’ children much distress. When Todd found out about the divorce he feared for his life and worried that Robert would have him “wiped out.” “I would walk into my place a different route, using the back door. I’d just been caught by this man with his wife, he was a high powered person, he’s got friends. It was scary,” Todd confesses. Even Robert’s friend, O.J. Simpson got involved, calling Todd and warning him to stay away from Kris!

Once Robert discovered the affair, Todd and Kris socialized openly together and she referred to his as her boyfriend. “I just remember good times, barbecues, pool parties – it was fun. I would go to events as her boyfriend,” Todd describes. Remember, Todd was several years her junior and likely looking for a good time, while she was married to a high-profile, wealthy attorney and a mother!

Todd, who is now 46, regrets the affair in retrospect, particularly the hurt it caused Kris’ children. “There’s several things I regret and it’s definitely the pain that it did cause Robert and the children specifically. I think it affected Kourtney the most. I know she was definitely affected and I always felt bad about that.” Kourtney has refrained from marrying long-time boyfriend Scott Disick despite sharing a life and a child with him with another one on the way.

Todd also confirms that the affair ended when Kris caught him with another woman. “I think I got busted,” Todd says. “I don’t remember if that’s exactly how it happened. I’m not justifying the action, I was young, not only that I also allowed myself certain safeguards. Because in my mind she was still going home to her husband and still getting in his bed at night.”

He describes being devastated when their relationship ended, but he recognizes it never could have lasted long-term. “There was no way I could support her [Kris] or help maintain what she was accustomed to financially, and with the age difference as well I didn’t see that working out in the future.”

Interestingly, although she and Todd were no longer a couple they continued to hook up! Even once Kris started dating now-husband Bruce Jenner (which ironically was before her divorce was finalized). “I wouldn’t say we were dating, we were still communicating, she was still coming over to the apartment and we were still sleeping together when she had started dating Bruce,” Todd scandalously reveals!

“I would say that she was getting serious with him [Bruce] and we were still occasionally seeing each other and it was messing with my head. I think we just had a hard time keeping away from each other.” Gee… I wonder if Bruce knew this information? Guess he does now!

Todd claims three months after Kris married Bruce, she tracked him down in London where he had moved to escape the drama and cried to him on the phone for approximately three hours! Todd says he has not spoken to Kris since 2000, when Kris tracked him down again and they had another phone conversation.

Todd believes Kris was interested in rekindling their affair! “Maybe she was hitting a doldrum in her marriage because I got the impression that she was open to getting together and then I came back to LA and we would talk on the phone and make the appointment, and say ‘Starbucks today’ or something but she could never get herself to do it. She never followed through and it’s probably best we didn’t really.”

When asked what he thinks of Kris’ sudden fame as the pimpmomager of the skankiest behaving girls on television, Todd insists he has never watched a “full episode” of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

“Kris always worked hard,” Todd allows. “She wanted to make money, her own money. More power to her but it’s manufactured and there’s an audience for that unfortunately. There’s no truth to the shows, they’re all pre-conceived. Kris shared that with me once, that they make it up. It’s mindless, it’s nonsense, like Jersey Shore.”

Finally, Todd touches on the allegations that Kris’ infidelities may mean that Khloe is not the biological child of Robert. Todd again sets the record straight that he is definitely not the father (paging Montel Williams!) because Khloe was born five years before he met Kris. And he believes Robert is her biological father, although he reveals that Kris often joked about Khloe being from another man because of her blonde hair.

Todd also believes he was Kris’ only indiscretion. “To my knowledge I was the only affair she had,” Todd maintains. “She never said anything like she had an affair before me though. To me Robert was definitely her father. I see Robert in her.”

In reading this article its funny to me how strikingly similar Kimmie‘s behavior is to her mother’s. I can see where Kim gets her proclivities for cheating, fibbing, and money grubbing!

Obviously not taking Kathie Lee‘s advice, Kim Kardashian is all over the media today dealing with the fall-out from her romantic entanglements. Namely for her impending divorce . In a new report more allegations of falsifying story lines have emerged in regard to Kim’s ‘My marriage wasn’t a sham’ hour, aka her reality show!

Viewers who watched last Sunday’s season finale of Kourtney And Kim Take New York seemingly heard Kris Humphries tell his friend Josh that he wanted a divorce from Kim after he was seen dropping boxes of his belongings off at a storage facility. This scene was preceded by some intense fake tears from Kim over her feelings about her marriage, specifically that she did not want Kris moving in with her.

A new report is now confirming what most fans suspected, which is that Kris never said those words and it was edited to look like he did! You don’t say…  “Kris never said that he wanted a divorce from Kim, even though it looks like it in the finale,” a source close to Kris reveals to HollywoodLife.com. “The film was edited to make it look like he said that — he may have actually said, ‘It seems like she’s ready to get a divorce.’”

“His friend Josh, who was in the car with him, is upset because he doesn’t remember Kris ever saying that,” the source adds. And more proof that the film may have been doctored, “Kris’ mouth is covered by his hand when she supposedly says that.” A video and screenshot of the exact moment is below! Indeed the word was so muffled I had to rewind to make sure I heard correctly!

Previous reports have supported that Kris never wanted a divorce, revealing that Kris was hopeful about saving his marriage and truly loved Kim. Sadly, Kim only loves herself and that does not a marriage make!

And even though Kris may have never talked divorce, his family and friends are seemingly happy that his relationship to fameho Kimmie is over (“ho” being the operative word there!). Kris’ sister Kaela Humphries was famously dissed on a recent episode of KKTNY when Kim refused to make any time for her visiting sister-in-law, claiming she was too busy with “work.” What work?

Kaela took to Twitter to reveal that her family is glad Kris is no longer Kim’s reality TV hubby! “So thankful for all of the support over the past couple months. I am excited that today we can finally move on and start to heal,” she wrote. Yikes! Although, justified.

I think it’s pretty obvious Kris was in the dark about Kim’s feelings and her media attention marriage. Kim didn’t marry Kris, she married for attention from the press and thankfully it is backfiring big time!

In a sad, pathetic, and transparent effort to reform her image Kim is apparently trying to move on with the most wholesome man in pro-sports, Tim Tebow!

“Kim has a big crush on Tim,” a source tells the National Enquirer. “She says he’s not only very handsome but seems like a guy with strong values.” Yep, you read that correctly! Just days after posting pictures of herself topless or in a bra on Twitter, Kim is talking about wanting a man with values. Didn’t she just divorce one? #justsayin

Of course, Kim’s crush is likely an ulterior motive. Another source tells the mag, “Kim needs to rehab her image to get her career revved up again. Dating someone like Tim Tebow would certainly do the trick.” Something tells me that Reggie Bush‘s mom is already on the phone to Mama Tebow!

But Tim’s mom shouldn’t worry because the NFL player is not interested in the least. Oh, you think? “Tim has been made aware of Kim’s crush, and although flattered, he’s not interested,” a source reveals.

And stating the obvious, the source cites Tim’s strong moral convictions as the reason he is staying away from Kim! “He’s an avowed virgin who’s saving himself for marriage and is looking for a woman with similar values, not someone with two failed marriages AND a sex tape in her past!” Good call, Tebow, good call.

In today’s Kardashian news, Kim Kardashian really really wants some attention! What’s a talentless famewhore to do when the whole world hates her for being her and her fame is quickly diminishing? Well, if you’re Kimmie Kakes you start tweeting attention whoring photos of yourself non stop!

Following the finale airing of her E! series Kourtney and Kim Take New York on Sunday night, Kimmie continues to feel the heat as despite all the editing and staged scenes, she still came off as the villain who did nothing to save her 72-day marriage, while Kris Humphries came off as a simp who tried to make a ho a housewife was simply being used!

In her very transparent attempt to distract the public from all the backlash, Kimmie, 31, first tweeted a topless photo of herself and her sisters (Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian) yesterday. That topless pic, posted below, is a promo show for their new Sears denim collection. As if that wasn’t enough, Kim then pulled out the big guns, tweeting even more pics of herself… in just a bra top… showing off her new slighlty lighter hair color! All those pics are below.

Meanwhile, Kris H’s friends are now speaking out on his behalf by confirming the obvious, which is that Kris really wanted to work on his marriage with Kim, but she never gave him a chance.

“Kris NEVER said he wanted to get a divorce,” the insider tells the HollywoodLife. “In fact, he would have gone to counseling with Kim if she would have given him the chance. She just did what she wanted and didn’t include Kris in any of the decision making. She NEVER acted like she was his wife.”

“It was devastating for Kris because she totally broke his heart!” the source dishes. “Kim never talked to Kris about her feelings; she was just angry at him all the time.”

The source also reveals that Kim and Kris hardly had a sex life during their short marriage, citing Kim always gave Kris the cold shoulder.

And finally Today Show host Kathie Lee Gifford is unleashing some excellent advice to Kim, but it’s highly doubtful she’ll be taking it!

Kathie, a longtime friend of the Kardashian family and godmother to Kylie and Kendall Jenner, strongly feels Kim needs to step down and take a break from the public eye.

“If Kim truly wants to be happy, she needs to get out of the spotlight for a long time,” Kathy, 58, In Touch Weekly. “However long it takes to regroup and re-find herself.”

It gets even better as Kathie blames Kimmie’s obsession with fame as the reason her marriage failed to work. “She was all caught up in the planning on it. So many people were expecting and counting on her,” explained Kathie. “And a marriage is not about other people. A marriage is about two people getting married.”

Kathie then goes on to call Kimmie a “very sweet girl,” but makes it clear what viewers see on E! is not really reality. “Remember, it’s called reality television, but there’s no reality to it. It’s a show,” she says. “The reality is very different than what you see on TV.” You don’t say Kathie?

The negative publicity for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family continues as Kimmie and Kris grace the latest cover of In Touch Weekly magazine under the heading — “Destroyed By Mom.” Among the not so shocking claims in the report, Kris pushed Kim to start having sex at an early age and ultimately turned her into the monster that she is today.

For starters, an insider close to the family reveals that Kim, who is often referred to as “Kris’ Mini Me,” has spent her whole life trying to please her mother who isn’t shy about telling her what to do both professionally and personally.

According to a friend, Kim’s quickie divorce from Kris Humphries was actually encouraged by her mom, who thought Kris, largely known for his respectable NBA career, wasn’t good enough for her daughter Kimmie, mostly known for her sex tape! She “won’t rest until Kim is married to an A-lister” reveals the friend, Dream on Kris! The A-listers want NOTHING to do with your daughter! Kris reportedly saw Kim’s husband of 72 days Kris H. as a mere “stepping stone husband.”

The In Touch report also says that Kris, who worked really hard to mold Kim into her own image, gave her the green light to start having sex in her teens.

Meanwhile, as Kim continues to be on the last leg of her fame the Lifetime network is insisting on helping her stretch those last few minutes!

Yes, Kimmie has signed a deal to guest star in multiple episodes on Drop Dead Diva, the network confirmed. Kim, 31, joins the cast for its 4th season and will play the role of Nikki, Fred’s (Ben Feldman) new love interest. The new season will premiere this summer with Kim appearing on the first few episodes.

If you recall, Kim also landed a role in Tyler Perry’s upcoming film The Marriage Counselor. Her role in that movie was reportedly cut short following major backlash from Perry’s fans.

And finally, the finale of Kourtney and Kim Take New York will air tomorrow night on E! during which Kim will tell Kris H. that their marriage is not working. In fact, the E! network has released a clip which attempts to paint Kim as a victim show us that Kimmie was really really distraught over ending her 72 day marriage.

That clip is below. However, just like the now infamous Dubai scene, which we exposed as being fake and actually filmed in Los Angeles last month, experts are now questing if this supposed emotional scene with Kim is also the real deal.

One person not buying Kimmie’s krocodile tears is body language expert Dr. Lilian Glass, who tells the HollywoodLife blog that Kim was totally turning on the waterworks for the cameras!

“This is so phony,” Dr. Glass states. “First of all, if you look at the tape initially, she has heavy lower lid eye makeup. This makes it easy to smear and make for a good visual when she cries. Also, she has a folded up Kleenex in the middle of the scene ready to go for the upcoming tears.The tears initially have no liquid and she just scrunched up her face.”

Dr. Glass also points out that in the beginning of the scene, Kim was crying… but there were no tears coming from her eyes. Plus, before the tears started streaming, she already had a folded up Kleenex tissue paper in her hand!

“Kim is a bad actress. She is squinting her facial muscles and her vocal muscles are attached to her tongue and throat area which is why the pitch rises. But it is a monotone rise which indicates phoniness and is not appropriately inflected,” she says.

Poor Kimmie Kakes just can’t catch a break. All the scenes from her E! show that were suppose to make her a sympathetic victim continue to be exposed as being phony! Others have also pointed out that Kim repeatedly referred to her hubby Kris as “this guy” in the scene. We’ll let you be the judge of just how real or phony this scene is. The clip is below!

Lastly, Kim was also dissed this week by rapper Snoop Dogg! In a clip posted online, Snoop revealed the advice he would have given to Kris. H before he married Kim.

Snoop said: “You shouldn’t have tried to wife the bitch, man. She’s not that type of ho! She’s cold-blooded, I’m pretty sure she’ll have a book in a month talking about all the n****s that she got and how she played them. So, my advice is, look, you can’t make a ho a housewife. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Let her do what she was born to do — ho. Yeah, ho.” Ouch!

By the time you read this article, there’s a good chance Bruce Jenner might or might not still be in time out from his wife — pimpmomager Kris Jenner!

In what can only be described as a open mouth insert foot moment, Bruce made a startling revelation in a new interview with OK! Magazine. What exactly did he reveal? Oh just that he found out about his step daughter, Kim Kardashian’s divorce through the media. Yikes. Surely this cannot help Kim’s tanking reputation.

“Actually, I found out she was getting divorced by hearing about it on the news and stuff,” Bruce revealed to OK!. “I was like, the last to know. But I could hear telephone conversations in other rooms happening and I knew something was up but I didn’t know it was that bad until after.”

“I’m smart enough to stay out of all those things,” Bruce explained . “I have given them advice through out the years, but in this particular case I kept my mouth shut. I didn’t want to… you don’t get involved in love. Just hope for the best.”

Bruce goes on to reveal his advice for Kimmie: “You’re going to take a lot of heat for this. Just continue to be the same good person you’ve always been.’ And I think she has and I said, that’s about all you can do right now.” Good person???

There seems to be a trend here as Kris Humphries also revealed last October that he found out about the divorce filing through TMZ.

And in a separate interview, Bruce also reveals he could care less about whether his daughters — Kendall, 16, and Kylie, 14 — go to college!

“If they want to go to college, certainly, I think it’s a good idea. But I’m not the advocate of, ‘You’ve got to go to college!’” Bruce said to UsWeekly. “I think by the time they graduate from high school, they will probably be in a position to go right to working.” And by working, he probably means appearing on a E! spinoff!

Bruce also reveals he is banking on Kendall making it big as a supermodel! “She’ll probably have a career by the time she’s out of high school,” he said. “If that’s what she wants to do, that’s good. I don’t know if college is going to be that important for her.”

Moving on to Kimmie Kakes, who continues to prove she is a vapid shallow individual with very little depth to her!

Perhaps in her attempt to keep up with the ton of negative press she’s been receiving lately, and I mean TON, Kim was pictured Tuesday in Los Angeles looking at Google Alerts of herself on her Blackberry phone.

In case you’re wondering what the heck a ‘Google Alert’ is, it’s a news service you sign up for which alerts you (typically via email) when an article pops up on the Internet about a subject you subscribed to. It’s typically used by media outlets, Reality Tea included, to get the latest updates about the subjects, in other words, the celebrities they cover.

With Kimmie caught red handed keeping up with her alerts, it’s safe to assume she read the story we did which exposed her and her pimpmomager staging fakes scenes for their E! show Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

Back in the day, before Kim went from untouchable to The Untouchable, she filed a lawsuit against Old Navy via its parent company The Gap for supposedly using a look a-like in one of their commercials. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star apparently believes hiring a brown haired woman to be part of their ads means Old Navy is emulating her. As retribution Kim wants them to pay her an estimated $20 million because she has a patent pending on being brunette or something.

If it seems to you that Kim’s claim is baseless you’re not the only one! Fox News decided to do some investigating of their own and asked several legal professionals to give their opinion on the merit of Kim’s suit. The over-whelming consensus? None!

“I think it is a tenuous claim,” stated attorney Alonzo Wickers. “The model didn’t even strike me as being obviously a rip off of Kim, and more importantly, didn’t do anything in the ad that evokes anything I associate with Kim Kardashian.” The model, one Melissa Molinaro, is featured in the commercial singing and dancing — which we know are two things Kim has proven unsuccessful at!

Which is exactly the point — The Gap’s attorney decided to combat Kim’s claim by attempting to prove that she is “libel-proof” or has tarnished her image so much it wouldn’t even matter if people believed it was her in the ads! And not only that, but what little reputation Kim has bears no relation to the theme of the commercial because Kim is not known as a musician, dancer, etc. — but a star whose entire “talent” stems from her publicity-seeking “real” life.

“What reputation? She doesn’t have one,” admonished legal expert Joey Jackson. “Kim Kardashian makes her reputation off of pushing the envelope, playing with the public psyche, and being controversial,” Mr. Jackson explained. “She is a publicity craver and seeker, thereby making any publicity is good publicity for her.”

Jackson believes The Gap will be able to prove that while the level of publicity may be detrimental to a star with actual talents, for someone like Kim whose celebrity stems from ubiquity, it will in no way hinder her brand.

The article compares Kim’s reputation to someone like Taylor Swift’s, whose image as an upstanding person is diametrically opposite to Kim’s image as a “notorious” person whose success was never built on being liked, respected or popular, but instead built on being controversial. Um… major burn!

Additionally, experts believe the disparagement of the Kardashian image has absolutely nothing to do with the Old Navy ad and was instead caused by their own actions. Ya think? “The Kardashians’ value has gone down by about a third and that damage was not done by an Old Navy ad,” explains Mike Paul of MGP & Associates PR, a New York-based crisis management firm. “The family destroyed Kim’s reputation.”

Steven Levitt an expert in calculating celebrity Q Scores or, in other words, a metric scoring system that evaluates celebrity value in terms of public perception, claims that Kim’s score is a 62 which means she is recognized by 62% of the American public. Q Scores are used by companies to determine if a celebrity is a valuable asset to their brand — in Kim’s case, she’s not.

In order to evaluate a Q Score researchers take into consideration negative and positive associations. For instance, someone like Casey Anthony garners mainly negative associations to most Americans, while someone like Betty White is positively identified. Unfortunately for Kim, her positive Q score is a 12; the average positive score is an 18. This breaks down to mean that Kim’s negative association is 58%. So while 62% of people recognize her image, 58% of them associate that image with something negative (sex tape *ahem* sex tape).

Levitt believes this analysis (which was not conducted by The Gap’s legal team, but an unbiased, neutral party) will play into The Gap’s defense against Kim as proof that she has no reputation to maintain. “Kim’s ratings are so negative she doesn’t have anything to protect.”

“We are talking about somebody who has four and a half time more negative sentiment than positive in the eyes of the American population. What kind of reputation is that?” Levitt questioned. The Kardashian Kamp did not comment on Fox’s report.

Sadly, for the family who was once on the top of the reality TV pyramid things are going steadily from bad to worse. Days after we reported that the Kardashian’s magazine deal fell through, no thanks to Kris’ irrational demands to control all published material of managing company AMI’s publications, MTV News is confirming that the deal is definitely dead — and the piece recently published in Star magazine questioning Khloe Kardashian‘s biological father is proof the deal is finished!

A rep for the family is of course denying everything, “Kris has never had a conversation with AMI regarding this issue [of her demands]. But the allegations contained in the Star article about Khloe not being a Kardashian are completely fabricated, false and untrue. Robert Kardashian is absolutely her biological father, so of course she was upset over their story.”

Furthermore, the family’s supposed deal with Mattel to release Kardashian Barbie Dolls has also fallen through! “As popular as the Kardashian sisters are, at this point in time we are not manufacturing Barbie-branded Kardashian dolls,” a rep for Mattel revealed.

And finally, Kris Humphries, spurned husband and by-product of the Kardashian media machine, has decided to ditch the PR firm he hired when Kim was trashing his image left and right to the press. 73-days after Kris employed Anderson Group Public Relations to manage his image, the Kourtney and Kim Take New York star decided to divorce the company. Hey, that relationship lasted longer than his marriage!

TMZ reports that Kris and AGPR differed on a long-term strategy for his career and the company was disappointed after his rather disastrous appearance on Good Morning America last month. Apparently, Kris has already retained the services of another PR firm and wants to focus on his reputation as basketball player, instead of attempting to rebuild his media image in the wake of Kimpocalypse.

Reports have already come out saying Kris seeks to get the show canceled for portraying him in false light in order to salvage Kim’s image and her decision to file for divorce.

You know what something tells me Kris has already come out on top and doesn’t need to try too hard to look like the better person in this instance!

And oh yeah, Kimmie Kakes co-hosted Live With Kelly this morning, further proving to the world that she has the personality of a turtle! Apologies to all turtles around the world, but Kimmie didn’t really reveal anything new simply stating she rushed too quickly into her marriage with Kris.

Of course, Kelly Ripa — who spent the entire hour kissing Kimmie’s butt — failed to make mention of our report, which was picked up by GMA and ABC News, of Kimmie faking scenes for her show.

More Kardashian news to report today as the world continues to witness their quick fall to the bottom, you know, following their undeserved rise to the top of Famewhoreville!

According to reports, Kim Kardashian, alongside her sister Khloe Kardashian and pimpmomager Kris Jenner, pictured above at this week’s Los Angeles Clippers vs. Dallas Mavericks game were mercilessly booed during the game. They family was attending to support Lamar Odom, who now plays for the Mavericks following his trade from the Lakers.

A witness at the game tells the HollywoodLife blog yesterday: “During last night’s (Jan. 18) game between the Clippers and the Mavericks, the Kardashians were put on the jumbotron a few times, and it focused strongly on Kim,” says the source adding, “The fans booed her much worse then they did when Kris Humphries was here on Monday (Jan. 16).”

Indeed, other sources who attended the game reveal Kimmie and her fam were severely booed. Ouch!

OLD NAVY QUESTIONS KIM KARDASHIAN’S REPUTATION IN LAWSUIT!

Meanwhile, when a report came out earlier this month revealing the Kardashians were planning to expand their crumbling empire by starting a magazine completely dedicated to all things and news Kardashian, many assumed it was a joke, because for starters, the family’s a joke. Well, folks it turns out pimpmomager Kris was actually negotiating a deal with America Media Inc (publisher of Shape, Star, National Enquirer and Radar Online) to start the mag!

Unfortunately for the greedy Kardashian matriarch the deal went sour after she demanded too much kontrol.

The NY Post is reporting the over zealous Kris killed the deal after demanding she get approval on all stories about her family before publication.

Sources tell The Post AMI “balked” at Kris’ demand to have editorial approval over every AMI publication (remember this includes Star Magazine and other mags) to ensure positive wall-to-wall coverage of the overexposed reality family.

The AMI executives stated the obvious which is that no one wants to read all positive “Kardashian krap” being fed to us by the family. Another argument was that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family already had a television deal with E! and other media outlets who would be getting better scoops on them.

REPORT – KIM KARDASHIAN PLANNED HER ENGAGEMENT TO KRIS HUMPHRIES!

Also, following last week’s Star magazine report about Khloe, which included claims by her former stepmoms that she was not a real Kardashian, pimpmomager Kris finally realized AMI would NOT be bowing down to her krazy demands. “AMI chief David Pecker made it clear that there was no way he was going to tell his editors what stories they could and couldn’t do,” reveals a source.

And just what did an angry Kris Jenner do in turn? She simply decided to pull all Kardashian-related product ads from Star Magazine.

Pimpmomager Kris might want to be careful in the bridges she decides to burn as it apepars the entire world pretty much hates her family at the moment, and are patiently awaiting their demise from our televisions and mags.
