Kim‘s plea bargain included 30 days of community labor, but Kim’s attorney argued that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wasn’t able to do manual labor because of a foot injury. <insert all the eye rolls here> Kim had until today to cough up a note from her doctor. Apparently, Kim failed to provide proof of a foot injury. Not to mention, the judge was probably like, if your foot is well enough to walk all over town in search of Xanax, your foot is well enough to pick up trash on the highway. Suck. It. Up. Buttercup.
Another day, another not so VAVOOMSHABANG update on Kim Richards.
Last week, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to Twitter to declare herself sober, then she reportedly dedicated the next several days to trying to score Xanax from smoke shops in Sherman Oaks. Kim was relentless in her quest, too, going from one shop right to the next and hitting up the same store more than once. That must have caused 100% pain with a foot injury.
It’s been quite the roller coaster ride for Kim Richards these past few months, as the former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hillsstar has been dealing with arrests and rehab, but so far, has managed to avoid jail time. With so many fans wondering how she is really doing, it’s nice to see that Kim has made her way back to Twitter after a month long hiatus.
So, if you’ve been missing Kim, you’d better get your fill, because who knows how long she will stay active on social media. With a plea deal still in the works and the possibility of community service, or even (gasp) jail time, Richards may go MIA again soon. Let’s just hope that she doesn’t go and get herself into any more trouble!

Brandi Glanville is a wealth of information about everyone else’s problems. Which is a welcome change from her complaining ad nauseum about her own! The former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star dished on the dramatic lives of her three remaining Bravo friends, Kristen Taekman, Kim Richards, and Yolanda Foster.
Beginning with Kim, who just avoided jail time for one of her arrests, and has been in and out of rehab, Brandi confirms they are still close.
The prosecutors offered Kim, who wasn’t in court, a deal that includes probation for three years, attending 52 AA meetings and 30 days of community labor. And she can’t be caught near the Beverly Hills Hotel. Kim’s plea deal isn’t 100% done yet, as there’s a glitch with the requested 30 days of community labor. Her attorney says she suffers from a foot injury and cannot do labor and would rather do community service.
Kim’s lawyer, Sara Caplan, is now vaguely reporting that Kim is back in a “program,” which she proved to a judge via a retainer letter so that Kim’s original Aug 20 court date (regarding the Target arrest) could be pushed back. The judge agreed to change the court date to Sept 11. Outside of court, Caplan did not comment on where Kim is locked up or for how long, saying only, “She’s doing well.”
“One day the people that didn’t believe in you will tell everyone how they met you,” wrote Monty. “That quote is in honor of @kimrichards11 all I will say at this time besides being best friends, and personally a person who has a great heart is thankful to all her fans and friends for believing in her.”
