Kim Zolciak’s Mom Takes Her To Court For Visitation Rights Over Her Granddaughters!

Oh, sweet mercy. Kim Zolciak Biermann has gotten two gifts this month: a beautiful new son and a lawsuit from her own mom! Karen Zolciak, who we previously saw getting thrown out of Kim's $1M wedding on Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding is tired of her daughter excluding her from her family.

In retaliation she is taking her daughter to court and demanding she get visitation with Kim's kids! I wonder if the wig collection is also included in the custody decree?

TamraTattles originally broke the story and discovered that on Tuesday, Aug 28th Karen filed a suit in Fulton Superior Court seeking visitation rights over her granddaughters. The Biermann boys are not included in the filing.

Kim Zolciak Gives Birth To Another Baby Boy

Kim Zolciak’s Twitter was far too quiet yesterday, leading me to wonder if she had gone into labor. Two points for me – she had her baby yesterday! Kim gave birth to her fourth child, another boy.

Kim and husband Kroy Biermann welcomed their second son together. Proud papa Kroy shared the happy news on Twitter - including their new son’s name.

Real Housewives of Atlanta’s NeNe Leakes is one busy woman. Not only is she on a hit Bravo reality show, she’s guest starring on Glee and working on her new sitcom The New Normal. With all of that television craziness on her plate, she simply doesn’t’ have time to add another project into the mix. Sorry Donald Trump!

Apparently, The Donald had hoped The Neenster would join his famous brethren on the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice All-Stars. Unfortunately, the grueling schedule was just too much of a commitment for NeNe. She would have likely been too tired to bring drama of NeNe style proportions.

Are they or aren’t they? It’s the age old question when discussing Real Housewives of Atlanta’s NeNe and Gregg Leakes marriage…or divorce. Maybe.

Apparently, NeNe declared “I’m divorced” on the Season 4 reunion, but that clip never aired. It’s no secret that at the end of last season, things weren’t looking very good for the couple. However, according so some sources, a reconciliation may be in the works for NeNe and Gregg.

Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding Finale: All’s Well That Ends…With the Bride’s Mom Being Escorted Out Mid-Reception

Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding…oh oh oh ohhhh! It’s time for the much anticipated Zolciak-Biermann nuptials. Can you hear the wedding bells? They’re auto-tuned!

There is a lot of construction and place settings happening at Kendra Davis‘ abode. A trailer filled with high-end porta-potties pulls into the driveway. Kim forgoes the regular conversation with KJ, just singing to him while he’s held by an assistant and praying he won’t be fussy for her ceremony. Kroy and the couple’s officiant (and former Kroy teammate) Koy decide to imbibe a few beers. Kroy thinks this wedding is a gift from God, therefore, he isn’t the least bit nervous.

Kim wants to sent him a voice message professing her love. Kroy’s mom and sister are getting their make-up ~~did~~ done. His mom is trying to convince everyone about how young her skin looks. Kim’s mom enters stage wasted and finds Sheree Whitfield getting the full make-up/hair treatment. Mama Zolciak is jealous. Sheree seems to have popped some Xanax before being filmed…perhaps she’s dealing with some RHOA withdrawals.

Kim Zolciak Is Evicted! Plus Is Season 5 Of Real Housewives of Atlanta Already Filming?

This weekend gossip around the ATL was that Kim Zolciak was spotted moving Big Poppa’s furniture out of the much gossiped about “dream home” she had been renting. It would appear that landlady Kendra Davis has come through with her plan to serve the Biermann’s with an eviction notice of some sort. Or the Biermanns decided they no longer wanted to be “squatters” and moved out!

Here’s the backstory: Kim and husband Kroy Biermann were renting the home – fully decorated by Kendra – with the intent to buy. She announced on the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion that she was “closing” on the house very soon. Apparently Kendra and Kim had a falling out over Kim planning to get married on the property – and construct large venues in the backyard – without consulting Kendra. Then Kim uninvited Kendra to the wedding.
