The reality TV stars are still firmly planted in NYC this week since anyone who’s anyone is crawling the Fashion Week events.
Kourtney Kardashian continues to show off an edgier post-Scott look as she and her Kardashian-Jenner family attend shows and events all week. Including Kim Kardashian wearing a fur coat in the 85 degree heat.
I wasn’t going to watch, but God help me I did. The MTV VMAs were a freak show of a mess tonight. Terrible fashion, weed smoking overkill, and more of Miley Cyrus’s freaking boobs than we ever care to see again. And seriously, Kim Kardashian, it’s time to rehire that stylist you fired. Just say no to Kanye making your maternity fashion choices for you.
I’m still reeling over what the hell I just watched. Kanye West was presented with the Video Vanguard award and babbled in the most awkward speech that never seemed to end. In one breath he talked about setting a good example for daughter North, then admitted to smoking pot earlier in the night, and then at the very end he announced he’s running for President in 2020. Oh the campaign fashions Kanye is already planning for Kim.
Caitlyn Jenner has been in the 2015 zeitgeist more than Madonna circa late ’80s, but today a piece of news is cropping up that’s been dogging Caitlyn since winter. Back in February of this year, when Cailtyn was Bruce Jenner, she was involved in a Malibu car crash that left one woman, Kim Howe, dead.
Shortly after the crash, Howe’s two adult stepchildren attempted to file a wrongful death lawsuit against Bruce claiming, “Bruce was ‘careless and negligent’ when he slammed into Howe’s Lexus on PCH…causing it to careen into oncoming traffic where it collided head on with a Hummer.” But TMZ is reporting today that the initial settlement shows the accident to be tragic, but not criminal.
What’s that sound I’m hearing? Oh! It’s the entire Kardashianempire’s heads simultaneously exploding. News broke today of MTV nearing the end of contracts to produce a new reality series with Amber Rose and Blac Chyna, sworn (social media) enemies of most of the Kardashian – and Jenner – women. I picture Kim, Khloe, and Kylie smearing war paint under their eyes at this very moment, armed only with selfie sticks.
Amber Rose skyrocketed to stardom for her high profile romances with rapper Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West. West notoriously dogged Rose after their relationship was over, spilling in a radio interview that “It’s very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that’s with Amber Rose… I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim.” Rose has also been very outspoken about Kylie Jenner’s questionable relationship with rapper Tyga, who he left his baby mama (and Rose’s friend) Blac Chyna for. Rose stated in a Feb. 2015 interview, “[Tyga] should be ashamed of himself. For sure. He has a beautiful woman and a baby and left that for a 16-year-old who just turned 17.” (Kylie is now 18.) Big sister Khloe got into it on social media with Rose after her statement.
Since Kylie is finally legal, so too is her relationship with Tyga. To publicly show-off his love, Tyga gifted Kylie with a Mercedes G-Wagon. Well kinda. That car actually belonged to Tyga’s ex Blac Chyna (aka Kim’s former best friend).Dang – Kylie is a like a vacuum for Chyna’s sloppy seconds and sucking up all the crumbs she drops!
Our favorite reality TV stars cannot get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to social media to share even more of their lives with us. And we would not have it any other way. Here’s a roundup of our favorite snapshots and selfies from this week. Enjoy.
Above: Kendra Wilkinson shared, “Kendra On Top coming soon to a TV near you. Get ready for some juicy juice.”
Back when lips were smaller and Caitlyn Jenner was still Bruce, Kylie Jenner was just a 16-year old kid let loose on the mean streets of Calabasas with a driver’s license. Just over two weeks after Kylie began driving, she found herself at fault for a 3-car accident when she crashed her $125k Mercedes SUV into the back of a Toyota, which hit the back of a Suburu SUV.
At the time, reports claimed that “it didn’t appear anyone suffered any serious injuries,” and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star maintains that she’s accepted all blame for the accident since then. But one victim is still refusing Kylie’s offer of a $20K settlement, instead taking the lawsuit to court. The victim is also asking that Kylie be deposed on video, which Kylie is refusing to do out of fear that the video will be leaked for publicity.
