Kim Kardashian is coming to her sister’s defense in light of news her weekend wedding is not yet legal.
Kim is insisting Khloe Odom Kardashian’s wedding to to Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom was real despite TMZ’s report that the couple is waiting to harsh out their prenuptial agreement before they can legalize their wedding.
“I really hate all the crazy things I have been hearing regarding their wedding not being real,” Kim, 27, says on her website. “That is just crazy and untrue!!!”
The wedding was filmed for a special Nov. 8 episode of the E! show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. It is rumored the E! network paid over $1 million for the wedding and the video footage. The couple also allegedly received $300,000 from OK magazine for exclusive pictures of their wedding.
And on Wednesday, TMZ.com ran audio of the show’s producers debating a line from the wedding script. They are heard discussing a point where Khloe tells Bruce Jenner that she views him as her “real dad” after the 2003 death of her biological father, Robert Kardashian.
Above is this week’s cover of OK magazine. It’s a bit sad that Khloe still has to share her “wedding” cover with her prettier sisters.

Another shot of Khloe and Lamar from their wedding is below –
Even though Khloe KardashianandLamar Odom got married this past Saturday, they aren’t legally married, reports TMZ. Evidently, the couple has yet to obtain a marriage license.
In the case of Khloe and Lamar, they also need a postnup (instead of the prenup). Both of their attorneys started negotiations on Friday hashing out the conditions of the marriage. Lamar is reportedly demanding the prenup/postnup as a condition to legalizing the marriage. Attorney Neal Hersh is doing his bidding for Lamar, while Lisa Meyer is representing Khloe.
This is all starting to sound like a business deal about to go bad.
According to TMZ, the “newly wed” couple will tie the knot — legally — once the prenup is inked.
Khloe Kardashian has married Los Angeles Lakers forward Lamar Odom after a month of dating. The duo tied the knot on Sunday evening at the Los Angeles mansion of Kardashian family friend and music manager Irving Azoff.
It is the first marriage for both Kardashian, 25, and Odom, 29, who has two children from a previous relationship with Liza Morales – his ex-girlfriend of 9 years whom he never married.
The couple met at a party Khloe was hosting on August 27th, making their September 27th wedding date their one month anniversary as well.
PEOPLE magazine reports Khloe walked down the outdoor aisle in a Vera Wang gown on the arm of her stepfather, Bruce Jenner, with sisters Kim Kardashian and a very pregnant Kourtney Kardashian at her side.
Khloe’s bridal party included her half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, actresses (and twin sisters) Khadijah and Malika Haqq and actress Lauren London.
The cameras rolled of course, as the wedding will be a future episode of their hit show – Keeping Up With the Kardashians. 250 guests – including the show’s producer Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, Odom’s Laker teammate Kobe Bryant, and TV personalities Chelsea Handler, Lara Spencer, Brittny Gastineau and Lala Vazquez — were said to have been in attendance.

UPDATE – A photo of Khloe in her wedding dress with Lamar is below –
According to PEOPLE, the wedding ceremony is being thrown together so quickly that guests are being notified by phone that formal invitations will arrive this week.
The wedding will take place at the L.A.-area home of music manager Irving Azoff, multiple sources confirm to Us. Azoff, is described as being a family friend of the Kardashians.
Sources also say the couple went ring shopping over the weekend – and found a sparkler that Khloe liked. Khloe, 25, and Lamar, 29 met at a party in L.A. about a month ago.
Earlier this month, Lamar gushed to US that he was “very happy” with the star of Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami. “Khloe is smart and beautiful and that is very hard to find,” he added.
There are also rumors the couple will wed without a prenup, because Khloe allegedly refuses to sign one. Lamar recently signed a four-year, $33 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. Perhaps Khloe’s not so dumb after all.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians’sKhloe Kardashian, 25, is set to get married within the next 2 weeks!
People magazine reports Khloe and her boyfriend, L.A. Lakers forward Lamar Odom, 29, are currently planning their wedding. The couple has only been dating for a month.
Usweekly takes the story a step further, by revealing the couple will be married within the next 2 weeks. According to Khloe their “source,” the duo is “hoping to pull together a wedding within the next two weeks so they can get married and have time for a honeymoon.”
Earlier this month, the Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami star’s older sister Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE of the couple, “They’re very, very happy. They’ve been together a few weeks, and are literally inseparable. Khloe thinks he’s amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly.”
Marrying someone after only dating them a month is always a great idea. I’m guessing Khloe was starting to feel left out, since her oldest sister Kourtney was garnering all the media attention lately for her unplanned pregnancy.
Good luck to the couple, we’ll be sure to bring you further news of their actual wedding and likely divorce within the next 2 weeks.
