On last night’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, one lady celebrated a monumental birthday, while another celebrated administering a monumental dose of comeuppance with the touch of her bejeweled-gloved fingers.
While Lisa Vanderpump is stewing in the juices of last season’s arguments, Kyle Richards is cruising around in a Lamborghini with Lisa Rinna. Look at Kyle, just gloating on air like the revolution of a Lambo’s wheels, so happy is she to be the appointed so-called peace-maker. Under Kyle’s caftan is a haven of support and unconditional gossip.
Loose lips sink friendships…never is that more true than when gossip comes from Lisa Rinna‘s lips. Dishing on how this season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills differs from last season, Lisa isn’t holding back, even revealing there’s trouble in paradise between Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump all because of the ever-present naughty little word “manipulate.” That old friend again…
“I don’t feel like I am the villain this year. It’s not who I am – I just get caught in situations that may look like I could be the villain, I think.” Lisa explains.
The episode was light and fun. I still wanted more, but at this point, I will pretty much take anything over the depressing and repetitive Season 6. Last year, Erika was the new girl, and Yolanda Foster ally who got caught up in the fray by sticking up for her good friend whenever she could. I’m happy by the prospect of a Lyme-free season. Thankfully, this season seems a lot better and Erika is looking forward to it as well.
Kyle Richards, Snooki, and Porsha Williams did some press for the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice. It kicks off in January and we cannot wait!
Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania attended the Musicians On Call Deck The Halls Holiday Sweater Party at Kola House. Dolores has been enjoying several nights out recently – see her different looks in the gallery below.
Ramona Singerwas a social butterfly this week and was spotted at a few different events. Sonja Morgan glammed it up for the Celebrity Page and Bagatelle New York Holiday Party.
Last night’s Vanderpump Rules celebrated Pride, but it was far from the jubilant affair it usually is in light of the Orlando nightclub shooting, which happened the day before.
I’m not sure how to write this recap for a couple reasons: 1) there was a lot of the usual f-ked up SUR drama surrounding Pride and the tragic events; and 2) Tom Sandoval made his ugly cry face but it seems wrong to make fun of it because he was crying about the Orlando tragedy. Conundrum. I also feel bad swooning over how glorious Peter looked. (Cause he did).
Last season, Lisa Rinna sacrificed her friendship with Lisa Vanderpump, her popularity, and very possibly her sanity in a quest for the truth. She learned a hard lesson about the price of owning it in the process, but that, combined with the loss of her father, has inspired a shift in perspective. Of course, that does not mean Lisa is keeping her lips zipped, her comments to herself, or staying out of the drama… Thank God!
After losing her father, Lisa recognized “life is too short” for pettiness and was done fighting with Lisa Vanderpump once Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills started filming.
I mean, I was happy to see my favorite Real Housewives back in action, but listening to Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna talk about how manipulative Lisa Vanderpump is, over and over again, did not do anything for me. I do not mind the three of them feuding, but can they just argue about something new?
Not because she is unwilling to forgive, but because she is unwilling to go like a lamb to slaughter to another season. I hope Lisa has her Louboutins outfitted with switchblade stilettos! “Time is the best healer as the old adage goes,” Lisa muses, “But when Kyle [Richards] states once again that I hold a grudge, it seems that maybe she has little understanding of the experience last year.”
