Love her or hate her, you can’t argue that the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess is highly entertaining. Whether she’s dogging her ex Stevie J. (or “Stevie Lame” as she calls him) or calling out her co-stars, Joseline Hernandez is always over the top.
Everyone’s favorite L&HHATL star and his on-again-off-again girlfriend Althea Hart were featured on Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars, but Zino has managed to avoid any negative press after his latest arrest in February of last year–it’s not confidential, he’s got potential (shout out the The Killers). You remember that pesky incident? Benzino was pulled over for not wearing his seat belt and the officers discovered he was driving on a suspended license…with a heck of a lot of weed in his car. This was on the heels of accidentally trying to get through airport security with a loaded gun. I mean, people forget, right?
There is always some sort of drama in Atlanta (or Milwaukee, in this case), isn’t there? If it isn’t the stars of RHOA stirring it up, it’s the stars of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. This past weekend, Momma Dee landed herself in some hot water when she decided that she was going to enjoy a lavish meal with friends and then skip out on the bill. The Love and Hip Hop star was then arrested, and spent a few hours in the slammer before posting bail.
However, Momma Dee is now speaking out about her arrest this weekend, and according to her, it was nothing more than a big misunderstanding. Um, how you can misunderstand that you ran up a huge restaurant bill and it needs to be paid? Things that make you go hmm….

I guess times aren’t so grand for the kingdom. Momma Dee, the outspoken royal matriarch of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta found herself staying in quarters that weren’t quite fit for a queen after a run-in with the law.
The reality star is the mother of rapper Lil’ Scrappy, and she’s often turning away his love interests at the door to her palace. Only the best for her prince! However, it seems she may have overextended her regal budget after a recent night out in Wisconsin. You’ll recall that Dee wasn’t keen on getting a promissory ring from her ex, now current, husband Ernest at a restaurant known for its chicken wings. Unfortunately, if it’s a higher end establishment, Dee doesn’t want to pay for the service or the amenities.
Three quick lessons that y’all already know: 1) People are stupid; 2) It’s disgusting what people think they can get away with when it comes to deplorable behavior; and 3) If there’s a Love & HipHop franchise that isn’t airing at the moment, its stars will still make headlines. No new information.
With Love & Hip Hop Atlanta ending just this week (I miss you already, Dee!), and Love & Hip Hop Hollywood premiering it’s latest season on Monday, who is even thinking about the original series? It’s filming now so we won’t have to go a week without VH1’s guiltiest pleasure. Thank goodness! However, one half of New York’s most ridiculous couple has landed in the news. Tahiry Jose was allegedly attacked at New York Fashion Week.
Mona Scott-Young certainly knows what we like–reality drama so scripted it becomes hilarious entertainment! Of course, it’s even better if that drama is created by two certain members of the Love & Hip Hop family. Y’all know to whom I’m referring! Prayers have been answered.
The Puerto Rican Princess and Stebbie are getting a spin-off! Because what better way to reward bad behavior than by giving the couple their very own television show? I mean, if we’re being totally honest, they are the runaway stars of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. It’s basically the Stevie J. and Joseline Hernandez show anyway…with a multitude of supporting cast! VH1 has just announced the spin-off, as well as the renewal of K. Michelle: My Life. It’s a good day to be a LHH veteran!
There’s an old saying that when one door closes, another door opens. I am so thankful that holds true with VH1 and the Love & Hip Hop franchise. Sure, this season of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is going by way too quickly (seriously…is it shorter than normal?), and I’ll miss Stevie J., Yung Joc, and the crew’s crazy shenanigans, but at least we’ve got Love & Hip Hop Hollywood waiting in the wings! Atlanta may be the fan favorite, but laughing at Ray J squeak through each episode as he talks his tough guy game is a close second!
Thankfully, we won’t have to wait much longer as the sophomore season premieres Monday, September 7th at 8PM/ET. Judging by the previews that have been released, we’re in for quite a treat! In case you were wondering, Ray J and Soulja Boy (I’d forgotten how much he looks like a tatted preteen–adorable!) are still having issues with monogamy. Say it ain’t so! Don’t believe me? Enjoy the preview clips after the jump!
Tami was expecting a child with Reggie Youngblood, the first for her boyfriend. Tami has two older daughters from her previous marriage to NBA star Kenny Anderson. This news comes on the heels of Tami’s frienemy and former Basketball Wives Miami cohort Evelyn Lozada opening up about her recent miscarriage on her new series Livin’ Lozada.
