Married to Medicine

Ladies of London

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – and every show but Ladies of London saw a decrease in viewership this week. On Sunday, a teen-focused episode of Sister Wives garnered 1.246 million, and a bad trip to Vienna on Keeping Up with Kardashians managed 2.061 million. Also, only 812,000 fans bothered to watch Married to Medicine without a Kandi's Wedding lead-in, which is less than half of the prior week's audience. Ouch.

On Monday, Ladies of London saw its second highest audience with 962,000 tuning in to see the Mapperton estate, 3.797 million sat through Joseline and Stevie's drama on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, and Shannon and David in Puerto Vallarta on Real Housewives of Orange County attracted 1.770 million. On Tuesday, 1.15 million suffered through Kristen and Heather's bickering on Real Housewives of New York.

kandi celebrates her bachelorette party

There isn't much to report on this week's reality TV viewer numbers. The shows either remained steady or gained a handful of viewers – no big losses, which is good, because most of these shows can't afford to lose any fans. On Sunday, Kandi's Wedding saw a season high with 2.557 million tuning in to see Kandi's bachelorette party, and Married to Medicine garnered 1.706 million viewers.

Also, a double dose of Sister Wives averaged 1.5 million fans, and a crap-filled episode (literally and figuratively) of Keeping Up with the Kardashians managed 2.194 million viewers.

On Monday, a hat party on Ladies of London attracted 758,000 viewers, and 1.864 million watched Shannon grill Heather on Real Housewives of Orange County. As always, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta ruled the night, with 3.832 million tuning in to see Benzino learn of his mother's passing. On Tuesday, 1.268 million fans sat through non-stop whining on Real Housewives of New York.

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – and only two shows saw an increase in viewership this week. An impressive 3.893 million tuned in to see Stevie J try to woo Joseline on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and 1.643 million watched Tamra on Good Day LA on Real Housewives of Orange County

In decent shape (but losing viewers) are Sister Wives, Married to Medicine, Kandi's Wedding, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The search for investors for on Sister Wives garnered 1.568 million, Married to Medicine dropped to 1.554 million, 2.170 million tuned in to see Joyce and Sharon come face-to-face on Kandi's Wedding, and Bruce's haircut (seriously?) on KUWTK attracted 2.194 million.

In really bad shape are Real Housewives of New York, Ladies of London, and 16 and Pregnant. The trip to Montana on RHONY attracted just over a million viewers, only 723,000 bothered to watch the 4th of July party on Ladies of London, and 16 and Pregnant fell under one million again.

Sister Wives

This week's reality TV viewer numbers list includes two returning, long-running shows, Sister Wives and Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The season five premiere of Sister Wives garnered 1.614 million viewers, which is down from last season's average of 2.025 million, and a new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians attracted 2.420 million viewers.

Shannon's holiday party on Real Housewives of Orange County piqued the interest of 1.623 million, which is 200K less than last week, and LuAnn's charity event on Real Housewives of New York garnered 1.125 million. An average of 1.32 million viewers watched back-to-back episodes of 16 and Pregnant.

A whopping 2.463 million tuned in to see Mama Joyce and Todd's sit down on Kandi's Wedding – and then 1.707 million stuck around to watch Married to Medicine. The Snobs, err, Ladies of London lost roughly 32% of its premiere audience. Only 795,000 listened to Noelle's incessant whining this week. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta ruled Monday night (ratings wise) and just under 3.5 million tuned in to see the grand opening of Sleazy & Zino.

Married to Medicine Quad

Married to Medicine should have been titled Married to Dead Horses – not even the best doctors in Atlanta could revive the horses these ladies have beaten to death. Last season it was Mariah Huq beating Toya Bush-Harrisfiguratively and literally – over alleged beauty shop gossip. This season it's Mariah and Quad Webb-Lunceford, both, beating the end of their friendship

In a recent interview with Jasmine Brand, Quad claimed that she is over it.

"I don't want to talk about it as much as it has been discussed but people knew us for being like this, she was a person that I just completely adored," insisted Quad. "Completely adored. Loved her. Loved, loved, loved her. You had better not said anything about Mariah last year, honey, I would’ve snapped your neck two times for Mariah. I really would have because I looked at her like the sister I never had. It is really just unfortunate to see where we are today."

Real Housewives of New York Ramona

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – every show but one bounced back from the holiday ratings slump. Poor Real Housewives of New York continued its downward spiral. Only 1.134 million viewers watched Ramona and George spew gross insults at each other. I cannot believe Bravo chose to insult us with that nonsense. Oh wait, yes, I can.

An impressive 2.442 million checked out the first episode of Kandi's Wedding. As a result, Married to Medicine saw a huge increase in viewership, from 921,000 last week to 1.873 million this week. Rounding out the night, 1.618 million fans watched the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 6 preview

Real Housewives of Orange County garnered its second highest audience this season. 1.824 million listened to Heather and Shannon revive #chairgate. Also, a whopping 3.582 million fans tuned in to see Tammy and Joseline face off on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, and 1.170 million curious viewers checked out the series premiere of Ladies of London.

Married to Medicine Dr. Heavenly

This week's reality TV viewer numbers report is nothing but bad news. As I predicted, Married to Medicine lost a ton of viewers without Real Housewives of Atlanta's lead-in. Only 921,000 watched Dr. Heavenly's shady dinner party this week. That's down 642,000 since last week and almost 1.5 million since the season two premiere.

On Monday, 16 & Pregnant continued its downward spiral, with only 795,000 watching Aleah and Peyton's story. Also, showdown at the hoedown on Real Housewives of Orange County attracted 1.638 million viewers, and just over three million tuned in for Scrappy's 30th birthday on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta

On Tuesday, a memorial for Sonja's dog on Real Housewives of New York garnered 1.167 million viewers. Ouch. In all fairness I'm sure the Memorial Day holiday played a part in this week's abysmal report. What remains to be seen is which of these shows bounce back despite warmer weather, fresh new summer shows, and so on.

Married to Medicine Quad

Season one of Married to Medicine focused on drama Mariah Huq started with Toya-Bush Harris over alleged gossip. So far, season two of Married to Medicine has revolved around drama Mariah started with former best friend Quad-Webb Lunceford based on yet another she said/she said situation.

All these wrongs against Mariah, never a camera in sight, begs the question… If an insult falls out of someone's mouth and Bravo's cameras are not there to catch it, did it ever really happen? Probably not if Mariah's telling the story.

Quad took to her Bravo blog to address Mariah's latest antics.   "If you pay close attention you can see that it’s always the same story, different characters – 'I made him/her relevant' is the mantra. First it was Toya, then Brian Lamar, Reco Chapple, and now me. Mariah called herself a star maker – too bad she couldn’t use those powers to help herself."
