So Poison is in the garbage business. It’s not the type of garbage business you might think – like producing garbage songs for a wife who can’t sing or calling his sister garbage on national TV, but he actually bought some big garbage truck to recycle documents. Melissa wants to give the truck a makeover so it stands out and they get more attention for their business. Melissa suggests putting wings on the truck. And the slogan, “Going green gives you wings.” First of all, she stole that from RedBull. Second of all, I don’t know why she didn’t just glue some Melissa Gorga jewelry on it and blast “On Display” from the speakers while it cruises around town. Better yet, old J. Faux could dance on top of the truck! Third of all, what does the leasing agent from a car dealership have to do with Joe’s trash business?
In a statement from Patterson’s spokesperson, he reiterates that the judge adjourned the eviction case because Joe had failed to register the Montville mansion as a rental. Kai says that Joe claimed in court that he had a friend at the zoning office who told him he didn’t have to register it, but Kai says Joe couldn’t remember that “friend’s” name when the judge asked for a name.
Patterson then blasts them, claiming the reason they didn’t register the home as a rental is because they didn’t want anyone to know that the mansion hadn’t actually sold for the full asking price. In Melissa’s defense, the house was being sold at $3.8 million, just not all at once in a ‘conventional’ type sale… “In August of 2013 when the Gorgas and Mr. Patterson executed the purchase and rental agreements, the Gorgas told the media they had sold their home for the full asking price, but never represented there was a rental agreement that also was also part of the purchase agreement. After falsely represented the home was sold, Joe and Melissa Gorga did not register the home as a rental property because it would have immediately exposed their home was also being leased under the purchase agreement.”
After failing to simply sell the home, the Gorgas opted to enter into a lease-purchase agreement with Kai Patterson. Now the couple is trying to force Patterson to leave the home over failure to pay the agreed upon monthly price.
If you have not been watching, first shame on you! Second you have missed some hair-pulling, screaming antics, reminiscent of a certain season one table-flipping brawl. And, of course, it all started with a rumor, innocently spread between friends. I think Amber would agree when I say, I bet she wishes she would have never opened her mouth to Melissa Gorga that day.
Well, well – what have we here! A little birdie that went to the press just one day after a story emerged that her family was in major financial trouble? Or just a mere coincidence.
Melissa Gorga‘s book has been fraught with controversy and negative reviews, and though it never even came close to the bestseller list (in fact it was actually panned for seeming to advocate such concepts as marital rape!), a new report claims Melissa is earning big from her book. And that income, coupled with her salary from Real Housewives Of New Jersey, is pulling the family out from financial failure. Interesting…
“Melissa Gorga is making over $1 million right now. Her salary and her book sales have pushed her into a 7-figure earning bracket,” a source tellsTom Murro via Radar.
It seems all is not well in Poison Paradise! Melissa Gorga may be stuck in that “disgusting” rental for a while.
Reports are emerging that the Gorgas financial problems are far worse than it appears and Joe Gorga is borrowing money from friends, family, and co-workers to keep his businesses and personal life afloat.
Joe reportedly sunk “millions” (of pennies?) into his document garbage business, and the couple is having a helluva time “selling” their house (aka lease-to-own disaster). Melissa was just forced to give up her Bentley after the $5,000 lease was too expensive. A source claims the couple was only leasing it for Real Housewives Of New Jersey, anyway!
So far this season on the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga has been somewhat of a supporting character. Instead of being in the thick of all the drama and fighting with her sister-in-law, she is standing on the sidelines, even if that means stirring the pot a bit every now and then.
After all, she was the bird chirping in Nicole Napolitano’sear about what Amber Marchese had told her, which led to the costume party hair pull heard across the Garden State. So where does she stand after the smoke has cleared?
Last night on Real Housewives of New Jersey we open with the drama at the First Responsers Ball, where the pillars of RHONJ society congregated in their Partay Citay deluxe luxury couture vinyl posche-y firehoochie ensembles (basically this is like the MET Gala of Franklin Lakes, NJ, here people).
Of course not everyone was in the party mood, despite the finest quality vinyl they were wearing. Amber Marchese had her hair yanked out and her husband had his authority questioned. Jim Marchese whispers in Poison’s ear (not in the way that gets the poison flowing), that he is a “dumb f***” then walked out the door. And Poison, our jr muscle man hopped out of his chair, swimming in his fireman couture, and followed Jim to demand an apology.
Jim does not fight – he’s an attorney and an upstanding citizen who will just have you arrested. Then sued. Oh yes – Jim is a grown man who does not brawl in someone’s basement wearing a low-rent version of Kappa Kappa Gamma’s Halloween party garb. Nor does Jim exchange blows on the snow covered sidewalk of a New Jersey McMansion.
