Well, a very reliable source just confirmed EXCLUSIVELY to Reality Tea that the recently reported RHONJ salaries are not true! In fact – they're totally off base.
"All 5 RHONJ cast members, Teresa, Melissa, Caroline, Jacqueline and Kathy made the same amount this season – $600k. That wasn't always the case but for season 5 they are all on the same salary," our source shares.
Not, of course, because we think Teresa is an amazingly kind individual who would never, ever plot to ruin her sister-in-law's reputation, but because the image conscious Mrs. Giudice has her own reputation to protect. Disputing rumors that she is out to undo all of their family therapy sessions, Teresa insists she has no ill-will towards Melissa and is happy the families are getting along!
"My brother and Melissa and I have been in a good place for a long time now," Teresatells RumorFix. I'm thinking Teresa's definition of 'long time' and mine are different, but she's probably on reality TV time! She continues, "I would never do anything to hurt my family, ever. I don’t give two craps about rumors about Melissa’s past, as long as she treats my brother and my parents well, we’re good!”
All the nonsense allegedly started when Johnny and his wife Penny Drossos-Karagiorgis (possibly conspiring with Teresa Giudice and Kim according Melissa to some sources) threatened to bring Melissa Gorga's ex-boyfriend to the salon. Then Johnny allegedly made comments about Jacqueline's son Nicholas. In a new interview Johnny denies all involvement – and he blames producers for setting him up!
“I was ambushed and attacked,” Johnnytold NorthJersey.com. As a result of the brawl Johnny suffered a broken nose, bruises, lumps and head trauma. He also says he was hit in the head and still has “a mark on my forehead from a stiletto heel.” Our source,Tom Murro, tells us Jaquelineyanked off her shoes during the brawl and was slapping Johnny in the head (with her hand)!
There’s always something with the Real Housewives of New Jersey. Which is probably why they’re our favorite of the Housewives franchises. The ladies can never keep the drama or the fashions tame and understated. As the ladies have been making the media rounds to promote the upcoming season, one key member of the cast has been conspicuously absent.
Teresa Giudice has been keeping a lowish profile as of late – at least where the RHONJ is concerned – and focusing on her other reality venture, Celebrity Apprentice. Apparently that’s a calculated move on her co-tarts’ part as they are refusing to do any publicity with her! Eeks.
“It is so ugly between Teresa and the rest of the cast that they can’t even be in the same room with each other,” a network insider tells The Huffington Post. “But this isn’t one-sided, and the hate goes both ways. Caroline Manzo, Kathy Wakile, Jacqueline Laurita, and Melissa Gorga want nothing to do with Teresa, and she wants nothing to do with them.”
And apparently the cast is yet again blaming Teresa for all of this season’s drama. “This season is the most dramatic yet,” Melissa one cast member reveals. “It got so ugly that I’m not sure any of us will want to return for another season if Teresa remains on the show. The betrayal and backstabbing is heartbreaking. I have not seen how it will be all edited together yet, but let’s just say everyone will get to see [Teresa’s] true colors.”
