I hope that all of our RT readers had a wonderful, stress-free, family-filled Christmas that was devoid of drama…or at the very least, I hope you got some really delicious grub. Of course, what would the holidays be without craziness and chaos? I guess that's what the housewives are for, right?
The Real Housewives of Miami may see their whirlwind season coming to an end, but they certainly aren't going anywhere in the tabloid world. First up, Marysol Patton is talking about all things season three. Sadly, her friend Alexia Echevarria is not having a great holiday. She's been faced with her youngest son's horrible car accident, and now she and her husband are being investigated by the IRS. The only good news for Alexia is that her oldest son Peter will escaping jail time for assaulting a homeless man earlier in the year. Wow and wow. Merry Christmas to him!
Gary Brown, the victim, decided to press charges and due to the severity of the act it was promoted from a misdemeanor to a 3rd Degree Felony. Last week Peter, 20, decided to plead "Not Guilty," reports CBSMiami. Peter did not appear in court, but his attorney entered a written plea and the judge set a court date for November 29th.
If convicted Peter could face up to five years in prison.
Moving on, Karent Sierra has had a difficult time adjusting to her co-stars on Real Housewives of Miami. And her sparkly veneers are cutting everyone the wrong way. Speaking to NBCLatino, Karent confesses she just doesn't care what the other ladies think and she had no intention of being BFF with the entire cast!
She also dishes on her TV/fame aspirations and how Rodolfo went from love of her life to yesterday's news as soon as the Bravo cameras stopped rolling.
I believe that the Countess said it best when she sang (rapped?) "Money Can't Buy You Class." That seems to go double for the children of the women in the Bravo franchise. Many have had situations that don't necessarily paint them in the best of light. Again, I think the Countess can attest to that as well!
Well, now I think one of the Real Housewives of Miami offspring may have just taken the cake. Alexia Echevarria's son Peter Rosello was known on the first season as the kid whose self-confidence she was trying to build by getting him into modeling. He may be a model, but he certainly wasn't displaying model behavior when he videotaped himself punching a homeless person in his business and then posted the video online. I just can't make up this stuff!
