If there’s anything to be learned from last night’s episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, it is thatKim Zolciak seriously missed her calling as a comedienne. I mean seriously as some of the comments coming out of Kim’s mouth can only be described as pure comedy. A few of the more memorable quotes below -
“There’s a part of Phaedra that I actually like but she does lie. That’s a problem.”
“Papa never cheated on me.”
“I never really stopped [singing]. I just said I wanted to be a one hit wonder over and over again.”
With that said, let’s get right to the recap! The episode begins with Phaedra and Apollo at home as Phaedra is planning yet another country party. This time around, it’s a “Sip and See,” and no I’ve never heard of that in my life either. Phaedra then goes on to fill Apollo in on her recent conflict with Kim though in Phaedra’s delusional world, any negative comment made about her can only stem from jealousy or hating rather. “We command a lot of attention because look at us, we are attractive people. We are doing well and unfortunately, people are not happy for other people’s success in Atlanta. Haterville,” states the always insightful one. The Nidas decide the best way to deal with the Kim drama is to invite her to the Sip and See circus.

Episode 12 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta brought us spa confrontations, Kim singing, and Nene snagging a huge/astronomical celebrity interview but the best part of Sunday night might have just beenPhaedra Parks and her husband Apollo Nida’s appearance on WWHL, during which Apollo claimed he was 4 years younger than Phaedra. In this recap, I set the record straight on that while touching on whether or not Big Poppa aka Lee Najjar is broke and in foreclosure. Will also briefly touch which Bravo housewives I strongly dislike. They are now 5 by the way. Would also like to know which housewives you all despise dislike the most. With that said, let’s get right to the recap!
The episode begins with Kandi Burruss(who’s album Kandi Koatedis in stores now – a nice album) rehearsing for her upcoming promo tour, which is a week away. The best part of this rehearsal is when Kim shows up to show Kandi what her performance will look like. Once again, Kim whines, complains before showing off her lazy performance routine to go along with the bad singing. Here’s a tip for Kandi – have her lip sync. Kandi is not too pleased with Kim’s laziness but doesn’t have time to dedicate to Kim as she also has to focus on her own performances. Kandi wants Kim “to pull it together.”

On tonight’s episode, titled ‘Not So Fine Print,’ as Kandi’s tour draws ever closer, she scrambles to finish her CD while trying to get Kim’s opening act in shape. Elsewhere, Cynthia makes moves to reconcile with NeNe, who feels the stress of trying to score a celebrity interview for her local show. Also: Kim’s past jesting at Phaedra’s due date comes back to haunt her, and Cynthia is not happy to discover that Nene told the others about her friend contract.
The new episode airs at 10/9c tonight on Bravo.
Watch What Happens Live – Joining Andy Cohen in the Bravo guest house tonight will be Phaedra Parksand Apollo Nida. Should be good!
In other Atlanta news, BlackVoices is reporting that professional mistressKim Zolciak is now planning on writing a book. And no, it’s not an instructional on how to be the best gold digger you can be, but rather a book about relationships. Yes, you read that right.
BV reports that Kim, 32, recently signed a deal with Farrah Gray Publishing, considered one of the largest African-American owned book publishing companies in the country. BV adds that Kim’s book will be about relationships and her advice on love and happiness. No words.

Following her huge popularity on the 1st season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, fan favorite Nene Leakes saw her popularity take a huge hit when she showed her true colors on the second season. However with her marriage on the rocks in addition to the backlash she received last year, Nene seemed a bit more humbled when the 3rd season of the RHOA began. Fans, I included, started to like Nene again. But I must say after last night’s episode and watching her on WWHL, I am no longer Team Nene but more on this later.
On to the recap. The 11th episode this season begins with Sheree Whitfield paying her hair stylist/BFF Lawrence a visit at the hair salon he works at. We find out Lawrence stayed late to service Sheree’s two toned weave, well because Sheree made certain to let us know. “I am Lawrence’s best and favorite client so I certainly expect him to stay after hours just for me,” she said. The topic of Kim’s lesbian lover DJ Tracy Young is brought up and Lawrence makes a joke as he wonders if Kim’s kids call her “Daddy.” How dare Lawrence make such an inappropriate funny politically incorrect joke? As I hold my head down in shame from laughing, Sheree receives a phone call and learns she has been accepted into the People Store talent agency. For once, Sheree actually seems excited about her acting passion. Nene reads my mind as she states in her interview that Sheree getting an agent isn’t much of a big deal as most agents would accept her because of her “name.” Actually booking paying jobs on the other hand should be an interesting task for She by Sheree.

On the new episode titled ‘Contract Player,’ Phaedra invites Dwight over to meet her new baby boy, but the visit turns into a gossip session to catch her up on all the drama surrounding the wives and Dwight fills Phaedra in on a underhanded comment that Cynthia made about Phaedra’s marriage at a recent party.
And in another gab-sesh across town, NeNe meets Kim for lunch where they dish on a “friend contract” that Cynthia has request NeNe enter into. Kim also rehearses for her looming tour, but she’s seemingly more interested in sculpting her body than refining the show. Elsewhere, Sheree prepares to act in a regional play.
The new episode airs tonight at 10/9c on Bravo.
Watch What Happens Live – Bravo announced this week that for the first time in the show’s history, WWHL will air for 5 consecutive nights starting tonight. The ratings for the Bravo late night show has only continued to improve as it now averages 1.3 million viewers per episode.
According to Andy Cohen, the 5 nights airing is more of an experiment. “We’re doing great on Sundays and Thursdays, and competing very well against some very established shows,” Andy said. “We’re looking to have a little fun for a week. It’s more of a special holiday stunt, but we’re open to anything.” That is code talk for if the ratings are good, the five nights a week airing might become permanent.
The guests on tonight’s show will be Nene Leakes and Anderson Cooper.

If there’s one thing we learned from episode 10 of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, it is that Atlanta don’t got talent. With that said, let’s get to the recap!
The episode begins with Kim Zolciak talking to her lesbian loverDJ Tracy Young on the phone. Though the lesbian relationship was a hot topic in the season premiere episode, we had yet to see or hear Tracy until now. “Tracy’s a DJ and I met her because she wanted to remix Tardy For The Party… And we had sex. Ok great. Quiver,” are the words of the woman who recently purchased an abstinence ring for her teenage daughter. We find out Kim wants Tracy to come around and protect her from the big bad voice coach known as Jan. Tracy agrees to come around and the two ladies end their phone convo.
On the all new episode titled ‘Auto-Tuned-Up,’ the ladies all meet up to watch Kandi and Sheree go head-to-head in a drag racing competition, but when Kim brings her “special friend” Tracy along, tongues wag as to just how close the two really are.
And tensions rise between NeNe and Cynthia’s fiancée Peter after the race when NeNe confronts him for being rude to her – is NeNe cramping Cynthia & Peter’s relationship during her own marital troubles? Find out tonight at 10/9c on Bravo!
In other Atlanta news, according to a new report by MediaTakeOut, Nene Leakes, 42, will soon become a grandmother.
The site states that Bryson Bryant, who has been shown on the Bravo show as having no job and dropping out of school, has gotten his girlfriend Ashley pregnant. The source of the story isn’t the most credible so only time will tell if the story is indeed true. Photos of Bryson with his reported pregnant girlfriend were also posted. Those are below.
Watch What Happens Live - The guests tonight will be Sheree Whitfield and Tabatha Coffey. A preview clip of the Atlanta Housewives is below -
