We're going to get a behind-the-scenes look at Kandi's bachelorette party, Todd's bachelor party (hosted by Apollo Nida and Kirk Frost), the drama with Mama Joyce, their prenup agreement negotiations, the wedding preparation and much, much more! Todd is even shown taking advice from Apollo. Lord help that man.
The show is going to premiere on June 1st. It's shaping up to be a fun summer, y'all!
I say "final" statement because this is the last we're going to share on this. It seems the family of Gayla St. Julien isn't on the same page in regard to her quotes about the case and her position on Apollo Nida's guilt, etc, so we're posting this last statement for fairness' sake and that's that. The previous statement we shared came from Gayla's God daughter. This new statement is from "the family of Gayla". We're posting it in its entirety – grammar mistakes are not ours. And sorry about the caps, but I wasn't about to rewrite that whole statement.
After this many years, I'm surprised that the ladies of The View STILL talk over each other non-stop, despite that being the #1 complaint about the show. Today was no exception when Porsha Williams stopped by to chat about theReal Housewives of Atlanta reunion fight. They could use a little Heather Dubrow scolding about letting people finish talking!
They saved Porsha's segment until the very end and it was pretty much what we expected, just a lot of why she shouldn't have done it, but defending why she did. She is asked what was it about that moment that made her get physical with Kenya instead of being verbal like in the past? "A good example is last season I went to the reunion at that time I was going through a divorce (about to) and all the pressure we normally go through at a reunion it was there. She was provoking me then and she said I was cheating last season. And the difference this season, she had these weapons, what I call them, some say props. She said she was playing. That's really the difference, honestly."
Porsha sat down with Access Hollywood and claims that Kordell physically abused her during their marriage – more than once.
She explained, "The video ["Flatline"] does touch on domestic violence and some abuse I encountered in my marriage. It’s not exact to what I went through, because, honestly, what I went through was a little bit worse in some instances.”
Last night was the second installment in the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion. Andy Cohen started off by exonerating Bravo from liability by repeating like a broken record that they do not condone violence. Why? Because Porsha Stewart was sent home like a naughty schoolgirl. I wish someone would have actually sent Porsha back to school, but that's an entirely different story…
Remaining on the stage is hair-tug victim, Kenya Moore. She feels vindicated and not at all responsible for Porsha's outburst. She was just having a little fun with her props. She actually said she was just having a good time. Krayonce's definition of "fun" is just as crazy as the rest of her.
"We fight with our words, I am one of the best at it," Kenya boasted. So good you got beat? Literally. Kenya cites last season in Anguilla when she launched into a tizzy of shrieking 'Gone with the wind fabulous!' as evidence of her masterful UN diplomat-level discourse. Miss Twirl On This obviously forgot the part where NeNe Leakesliterally held her back during that altercation. Detail, smetails!
Apollo Nida's "right hand man", aka Gayla St. Julien, was sentenced last week for her part in the criminal activity she and Apollo were involved in (still alleged on Apollo's part at the moment?). We were holding off writing about it until we had some further information to share, but tonight Gayla sent us an email (via her God daughter) laying out her thoughts and dropping a few tidbits as she begins her five year prison term.
Gayla wanted to set the record straight, "To all the people who hide behind keyboards with negative comments and opinions. To the individuals who know nothing of my life or struggles. Apollo sat in the back of Judge Pannells' court room the look of fear on his face awaiting my fate which will soon be his fate. As of April 23, 2014 was a day of new beginnings for me I took full responsibility for my actions. I DID NOT testify against Apollo."
Cynthia Bailey had a lot to say tonight about her former BFF NeNe Leakes on Watch What Happens Live. The usually timid (in our book) Cynthia didn't hold back her thoughts as she blasted NeNe for the way she has treated her. They also touched on the prop issue at the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion and much more!
On NeNe and Cynthia's friendship being the real deal, "The part of the reunion with NeNe was tough because we were really friends. She was someone I loved and cared about and I was in her wedding and when she got sick I was there."
Cynthia on Kenya Moore's props at the reunion. "Last year the fan was funny and even this year when she was just holding the scepter that was fine but when she started pointing it that it became provocative." Andy continued to defend that he thought it was just a stupid prop. "Clearly being on the receiving end of the prop was not stupid or funny. I'm sorry i didn't see coming." He then cleared up the rumors about Porsha Stewart being asked to leave. "She was not asked to leave. She said she was not ready for the emotional stress of the day and we listened and didn't want to put her back into the situation."
NeNe has already shared her side of the story on why their relationship fell apart, but now Cynthia is revealing what she thinks led to the Real Housewives of Atlanta stars' fracture!
Cynthia states that her issues with NeNe began with her calling Peter a "bitch" and it escalated from there. "I would never, under any circumstance, speak to her husband that way," Cynthia tellsIn Touch Weekly. "I thought, honestly, that we would be able to get past it. But when I saw what she said about me on Watch What Happens Live, I was speechless."
