With her acting career um… stalling… NeNe Leakes is moving into the producer role. NeNe started her own production company last year NeNe Leakes Production True Entertainment and served as a producer for her spinoff I Dream Of NeNe.
Now NeNe is continuing with producing as she reportedly has three new shows in the works! A source told Jasmine Brand that while all the shows will be reality TV they will be decidedly different from Real Housewives of Atlanta fare. Meaning they won't show women fighting and socializing!
Speaking to The Grio, Porsha says her motto this season was be true to yourself. "That's exactly what I did – I just forgot about the cameras and lived life," she explains. "When you went through something and you feel like it happened because you weren't true to yourself, that's just what you do: you be true to yourself." If the way she's been acting is her "true self" she should not be bragging…
Porsha also admits the divorce and subsequent financial drama was very taxing and she totally fell apart. "A breakdown was happening back then, but I've reached the break through," she shares. "It was hard to watch some of the first episodes but as I see myself evolve I become stronger and stronger."
NeNe Leakes is getting her hustle on in NYC this week. She first stopped by WWHL to chat with Andy Cohen on Sunday night (and to dish on Golden Globe fashion) and then was spotted out and about yesterday afternoon again. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was photographed as she left the "New York Live" taping at NBC Rockefeller Center.
NeNe was showing off her unique sense of style in a black jumpsuit and a pair of red and pink knee-high boots. The Tom Ford boots are interesting and what about that fur and leather cape/vest thing? Hey, at least it wasn't her usual pair of ripped jeans, right? Share your thoughts below…

Last night we met Kenya's dad, who is just as strongly opinionated as she is. She defends his outspoken way, "I was excited to see my dad as I hadn’t seen him in years. My dad always speaks HIS truth. Sometimes it can be off-putting, polarizing, and misunderstood but underneath it all has a heart of gold and would do anything for his family. Sound familiar?".
Kenya also claims she can dish out shade and take it, too. She also defends her new car, "Oh and yes, I can take their [NeNe & Cynthia] jokes and their shade they throw out at me — it works both ways. Note to Cynthia, last I checked a brand new Bentley GTC is a $225,000 car so that must be a lot of ass…DVDs to sell! LOL! I’m blessed to have a dream car in my driveway and regardless of how or by whom it was purchased, I’m proud and blessed that I am self-made and can afford to drive whatever I please and my name is on the title."
Phaedra Parks is still reeling over Chuck-gate. Lest you forget he accused her of being a member of the Big Homie Team. As it turns out the only thing big about Chuck is his forehead and his ego. He's actually more like a little homie, or as Phaedra tells Kandi Burruss: "bitesized brownies and a cocktail sausage." Ouch.
Kandi is shocked that Chuck would classify their relationship so falsely, I'm shocked her chunky little dog is eating Pringles. Seriously – what adult purchases Pringles? Phaedra wonders if Kandi's dog needs a Colt 45 to go with his "ghetto" snack. She also calls Chuck a pig. Because he is one.
Porsha recently admitted that not only is she dating but she's found someone special. Of course the new man is not just some ordinary random, Porsha reveals that because he's "well known" she's keeping her name – and the relationship – under wraps for now!
“There’s someone that I think is very special. He’s kind of standing out of the pack right now, so we’ll see how that turns out,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta star told Radar Online.
