Real Housewives of Dallas

Cary Deuber

Cary Deuber has a lot to say about last week’s episode of Real Housewives of Dallas. She admits she felt sad, defeated, and alone after Brandi-Land. “Love and trust – two qualities that I expect from my friends,” shares Cary. “Right now, I am not feeling either.”

About her talk with Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman, Cary explains, “I was respectful and direct with beginning my explanation. However, LeeAnne [Locken] didn’t want for the FULL story or my apology to be heard at all. When she didn’t get a reaction out of me, that’s when the glass throwing happened … I think it’s true when people are put under pressure, their true selves are shown.”

LeeAnne Locken Thinks Cary Deuber Is Trying To Separate Brandi Redmond & Stephanie Hollman

It feels like there is a revolving door of friendships on Real Housewives of Dallas– in a good way though. They argue, talk shit, make up, and the argue about something new. It’s the way Real Housewives should be- unlike some other shows in the franchise that drag out the same plot line for YEARS.

One of the many confusing relationships on RHOD is the one between LeeAnne Locken and Brandi Redmond. Last season, they could not stand each other. Season 2 started out with Brandi being on the outs with her ride or die Stephanie Hollman and leaning on LeeAnne (of all people!) for support and that is why this show is actually so good in it’s second season: the story keeps moving forward.

Kameron Westcott

As a Legally Blonde super fan and Real Housewives of Dallas viewer, I felt like Kameron Westcott had so much promise as a real life Elle Woods, but that’s not what we ended up with. Instead we were subjected to someone who insisted that pink dog food was a brilliant business idea and has no idea what fun is. This coming from someone who is typing this out with pink sparkle nail polish on her fingers: pink sparkle dog food is not a brilliant business idea.

Not only that, but it didn’t even look pink during that last episode. It just looked like standard, brown kibble to me. Now Kameron’s dog food is getting some scathing reviews, but she insists that they’re all faux.

Real Housewives Of Dallas’ Brandi Redmond:

Well what do you know–a housewife is expressing remorse over her actions! Is there a blue moon tonight? Did a pig just fly by my window? Brandi Redmond feels downright horrible for insinuating her friend and Real Housewives of Dallas cohort was shagging Dr. Dueber when she was a nanny for her now-stepchildren. Following? I’m sure LeeAnne Locken will end up as somewhat culpable, but at least she’ll own it, right?

In her blog, Brandi apologizes for her White Party accusations against Cary Dueber and hopes to explain some of what viewers may have missed in the glass throwing mayhem and subsequent pink kibble craziness. She begins, “Thank you all again for watching and keeping up with all our shenanigans. First, as I write this, my eyes are overwhelmingly pouring with tears. I am truly sorry for the pain, heartache, and embarrassment I’ve caused the Deuber family. I love and respect the family as my friends and their practice. I have never done something so low and hurtful in my life. Not only am I disappointed in myself, but I can’t imagine how people must feel that are constantly on the move to bring others down. It’s exhausting, and my soul is beyond empty for that darkness I created. I know time heals all things, and my prayers are for healing the Deuber family and myself so that I never let anyone down that I love and care about.” Sounds pretty sincere, I’d say!

Real Housewives of Dallas: The Nanny and the Confessor

It’s sad to know that next week will be the season finale of The Real Housewives of Dallas. This show has been an escape since August. It has been a strong season filled with drama, laughs and dick jokes. This week proves once again that the cast has all equally pulled their weight. New girls, Kameron Westcott and D’Andra Simmons have also made a name for themselves. D’Andra hasn’t been the catalyst for any drama, yet is still arguably coming across the best this season. Never boring, D’Andra keeps it real and hasn’t shied away from an opinion yet. Kameron has committed to not being taken seriously, and it works. We’ve laughed (and sometimes rolled our eyes) through all of her moments and got to see what pink dog food looks like. We know you were wondering…

This episode picks up with Stephanie Hollman patiently teaching her son the alphabet with a Tutor. She’s happy to see that his confidence is growing and feels good about his progress. Later, we learn that her husband Travis also suffered from dyslexia growing up. And now he’s a multi-millionaire. Stephanie smiles as she realizes that her son is going to be just fine.

Kelly Dodd Calls Out Meghan Edmonds For Being Boring; LeeAnne Locken Was Sad Brandi Redmond “Flipped Back & Forth So Many Times” About Being Her Friend

Whoever decided to book Kelly Dodd and LeeAnne Locken for the same Watch What Happens Live episode deserves a raise. What a fire pairing. Andy Cohen barely had to do any hosting. These two were more than happy to open up.

Kelly and LeeAnne spilled tea, talked shit, and kept it real as they possibly could.

LeeAnne Locken Shoots Down Accusations That She Wants To Destroy Cary Deuber’s Family; Only Speaking To D’Andra Simmons & Kameron Westcott After FI

Even though the Real Housewives of Dallas Season 2 reunion hasn’t aired yet, it is very clear that there are two distinct sides: LeeAnne Locken, D’Andra Simmons, and Kameron Westcott vs. Brandi Redmond, Stephanie Hollman, and Cary Deuber. Sure there’s been a revolving door of friendships this season with LeeAnne and Brandi getting along here and there, but the long term loyalties are pretty obvious – minus Cary bouncing back and force between both camps.

The self-proclaimed “Mouth from the South” LeeAnne opened up about the last RHOD episode and the recently taped reunion.

D’Andra Simmons Would Not Be Married If Her Husband Talked To Her The Way Mark Talks To Cary Deuber; Kameron Westcott Insists That She Doesn’t Think She’s Better Than Everyone Else

To put it mildly, Kameron Westcott has not had the best reception from Real Housewives of Dallas fans. So it’s sadly not surprising that Andy Cohen asked “Does Kameron think she is better than everyone else?” during an audience poll on Watch What Happens Live. Hopefully watching this season back will allow Kameron to get it together if she returns next season, but she doesn’t seem to be fazed by the criticism.

Maybe the reunion will be a different story though. Joining Kameron on the show was fellow RHOD newbie D’Andra Simmons and they had a lot to say about Cary Deuber and Mark Deuber’s marriage and Brandi Redmond of course.
