Real Housewives of Orange County

THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY --

In all honesty, the first few episodes of this Real Housewives of Orange County season have been a little bit lame, but the latest one did not disappoint – at all. The shit really hit the fan at Shannon Beador’s 70’s themed party.

The weird fight that went down between Shannon, Kelly Dodd, and Vicki Gunvalson was unbelievable, and I can’t even imagine what it would be like as a guest of that party. Heather Dubrow shared her thoughts on the madness that went down.

The Real Housewives of Orange County - Seaosn 11

Whenever the Real Housewives Of Orange County throw a decades-themed party they’re guaranteed to turn that era into the apocalypse. Remember the 80’s Bunko Night party? Also, anyone else seeing parallels between Shannon Beador and Kelly Dodd

Kelly is a hot wreck of insane annoyingness. Girl, you have got to dial that down to at least 11! She’s just … TOO MUCH. When Kelly drinks holy – can she not reign it in! Shannon was totally twatty to Kelly, but Kelly had a raging case of the Saturday night ferocious when she massively over-reacted to two gossipy bitches talking garbage and Shannon’s projecting. Or who knows – maybe Kelly does have something to hide? WHOOOO are you, Kelly Dodd? Do I really want to know?

This photo is about the only time I remember Shannon Beador smiling on last night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live. She was a guest, along with Odd Mom Out’s Abby Elliot, and seemed to be in a very serious mood. It could just be me, but she didn’t seem to be having any fun. Nonetheless, she answered a lot of questions about Vicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd, and talked about her daughter’s cringe-worthy questions to David.

On Vicki jumping in the car and calling Brooks Ayers after David screamed at her during the 70’s party, Shannon says, “I think that she misses him and I think it was an excuse to call him.”

Real Housewives of Orange County

Tonight the ladies of Real Housewives Of Orange County go back in time to the 1970s when they were allll in high school! Cause nothing is more fun than ‘never gonna grow up’ mean girls right?

Shannon Beador throws a 70’s-themed party that desperately needed some weed to mellow things out, because her pity invite to Vicki Gunvalson goes horribly awry!

Real Housewives Kids arrests, DUIs, and more trouble.

I feel like there should be some sort of Real Kids spin off show within the Real Housewives franchise, because it seems like a lot of them have inherited a penchant from drama from their reality TV mothers and there others who have taken things even further with legal troubles and other controversies.

The Real Housewives kids have caused a lot of trouble over the years…from DUIs to public hair pulling to domestic violence accusations. There have been plenty of headlines about these reality star kids – thanks to their mothers’ fame – throughout the years.

Jeff Lewis

Jeff Lewis and Heather Dubrow both have enormous egos and always have to be right, so, naturally they don’t like each other. Now that the two started arguing over who more rude and obnoxious (a toss-up?!), they just can’t quit! Interestingly, they share mutual friends in Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador. Oh dear – that makes for awkward future get togethers (roll the cameras!).

The Flipping Out star has a rebuttal to Heather’s claim that he made disgusting comments about her appearance during a party at Shannon’s. Jeff also argues that Heather can’t take a joke and is so out of touch with reality she doesn’t realize how rude she is. Ouch – that’s a slap to Fancy Pant’s derriere.

“I get along with all the Housewives – they call me ‘The Housewives Whisperer,'” Jeff declared. “There’s an issue with her. I think she’s phony, and fake, and pretentious.”

Real Housewives of Orange County recap

Once again, this is another Real Housewives of Orange County season that isn’t look so good for Vicki Gunvalson. Obviously no one is over that whole cancer scam from last year and Shannon Beador is the one really leading the charge. Personally, I think the cast members and the fans would be able to forgive Vicki if she just took responsibility for her actions and stopped changing her story to play up the victim persona.

Everyone has been blinded by love and I don’t think Vicki is an awful person, but her inconsistencies are way too much for Shannon and the rest of the cast. So, when the ladies say something that’s objectively offensive about Vicki, you know the OG of the OC will be ready to pounce so she can successfully defend herself (for once). It’s definitely a good way to get people to stop talking about Brooks Ayers – at least for a minute.

Kelly Dodd defends Vicki Gunvalson

At this point, Kelly Dodd is the captain and sole member of Team Vicki. It’s hard to tell if she wholeheartedly supports Vicki Gunvalson or if she just gets off on going against the Real Housewives of Orange County cast members who cannot stand her.

If you’ll recall, Kelly came on the show as a friend of Meghan Edmonds, but that’s not the way Kelly acted during the latest episode. Now Kelly is defending Vicki (yet again- yawn) and clarifying the insults she threw at Meghan.
