On last night’s Real Housewives Of Orange County, Kelly Dodd underwent a Real Housewives rite of passage and rejuvenated her vagina right on TV! It is a place many a’Housewives have gone before and lived to tell about it… which I guess is a blessing, right?! Also, Vicki Gunvalson‘s devotion to proving she did not fake cancer continued with her cozying up to newbie Peggy Sulahian by promising to be the best darn girlfriend Peggy ever did have.
Shannon Beador is dressing like Carnie Wilson now, but she will not mediate Housewives disputes with cheesecakes. Instead she will go to Tamra Judge‘s house and sip water laced with Pure Calm pills. Tamra promises they create an ethereal zen, like being inside the mind of Dr. Moon as he practices transcendentalism. Despite her avid non-toxicism, the cotillion queen in Shannon admits a cocktail would work better.
Nevertheless, I really appreciated Peggy trying to lighten the mood by making comments about the food and innocently trying to eat. I could not help laughing, but no one in the scene with her seemed to be paying attention to her at all.
Lydia is the one who invited Kelly to show up. She also seemed so shocked when Kelly arrived and claimed to be embarrassed by the incident as if she didn’t know what show she was on. Now, Lydia is standing up for herself after a pretty questionable episode.
Now it’s time to give an official farewell to Bravo’s First Lady of Perfectly Chilled Champs. After years of Heather pontificating about the right way to do wrong, and the wrong way to do wrong, and the wrong way to do everything in between, it only seems appropriate to memorialize Heather The Housewife with an affirmational retrospective.
Some moments were genuinely cringe worthy and some of the jabs went too far, but that plate throw was absolutely everything. Maybe there’s something wrong with me for being so entertained, but whatever. At least I’m being honest.
At this point, Tamra Judge seems like a different person after her newfound Christianity. Instead of being the instigator, she is really trying when it comes to this peacemaker role – minus hating on eternal frienemy Vicki Gunvalson whenever possible, but that’s basically a rite of passage on Real Housewives of Orange County.
Still, she was calm, cool, and collected during that instantly infamous dinner at The Quiet Woman when Shannon Beador threw a plate (full of food, mind you), and she was even polite and cordial toward Kelly Dodd (who she cannot stand).
