Heather Dubrow’s World is rapidly becoming Bravo Blogs, The Extended Version, but I find Heather to be a good host, with a fluid style of conversing with her guests. It’s not just a gossip show, but Heather genuinely tries to explore the topics and what’s going on. In short, Heather’s good at this. Bravo. [pun intended].
Heather and Lisa met in acting class 18-years-ago. Preempting Lisa’s appearance Heather declares, “She’s the exact same person. What you see on Beverly Hills Housewives – that’s who she is. There’s nothing put on about her.” Well, except her lips…
Remember that time Brooks Ayers really had cancer and wanted to prove it so badly that he falsified doctor’s reports? While he’s no longer filling the love tank of OG Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks certainly created a great story line for the viewers of Real Housewives of Orange County. Not only is faking cancer the most deplorable tall tale one could create, but why would someone do it while being filmed for a popular reality series? Of course, I am not saying Brooks lied about having cancer, but that’s mainly because, you know…legal stuff.
While all of Vicki’s co-stars doubt Brooks account of his health thanks to a lot of discrepancies, his random treatments (or lack thereof), that damn psychic, and just a basic distrust of Brooks in general, it’s only been recently that Vicki has distanced herself from the man who has been consistently wrecking her reputation. Now, her family wants Brooks punished for also defaming the reputable medical provider who he touted as the producer of his fake reports.
In the world of Reality TV, most “celebrities” are on a constant mission to stay relevant. In the world of Vicki Gunvalson, she seems on a constant mission to shake off the stank that is Brooks Ayers and his ongoing I Have Cancer, For Reals! storyline. But is she going about it in all of the wrong ways?
Let’s start with the positive: Heather Dubrow looked gorgeous at The Abbey’s sixth annual tree lighting to commemorate World AIDS Day in West Hollywood earlier this week. Now the negative: Heather spent her time there talking about Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers.
Have you gotten all of your holiday shopping done yet? No? Need the perfect gift for a woman under public scrutiny whose love tank has just been drained dry? Well, it’s here folks: V By Vicki, a new fragrance launched by the Real Housewives of Orange County’s very own Vicki Gunvalson!
Vicki took to social media today to announce her perfume launch: “Very excited to introduce to you my new fragrance V by Vicki. I hope you love it as much as I do! Available NOW at www.vbyvicki.com and in stores nationwide in 2016!” No word on whether it holistically cures cancer or a drowning public reputation yet!
Well, Well… color me NOT surprised, Tamra Judge swore she would never, ever, like ever get back together with Vicki Gunvalson, now she’s considering giving her former bestie another chance. Maybe.
Even though Tamra calls Vicki out over “major inconsistencies in her stories that dated back to even before filming,” Tamra acknowledges, “I don’t think we will ever know what the truth is.” And they may just have to all move on. Well you know what they say: Jesus forgives; so should you!
Shannon begins, “I’m so freaking done talking about the Vicki/Brooks cancer freaking lie nonsense, but I just watched the Watch What Happens Live special with Vicki and I am absolutely floored. The victim card… the ‘I was Duped‘ speaking engagement that Vicki Gunvalson is on is completely ridiculous to me. I just want to say a few things because I am really angry about what happened.”
About the fact that Brooks was never treated for cancer at City of Hope, Vicki says, “I obviously called him right away and said, ‘What the hell is going on?’ He’s like, ‘It’s a spokesperson from City of Hope. It was not my doctor who said that. My doctor practices out of City of Hope.’ I’m like, ‘You are a liar. This isn’t making sense. You are lying again. Tell the truth.’ I got a whole file here that we can go through that he says he has cancer. He had to orchestrate some crazy ass chain of lies in order for all of this to make sense. He brought work into this. He brought his friends into this. He brought me and the cast into this.”
