Real Housewives of Orange County star Lydia McLaughlin was a guest on Watch What Happens Live tonight, along with the always hilarious Kristen Johnston, who was promoting season 3 of her comedy "The Exes". Also in the clubhouse was Lydia's mom Judy, acting as bartender.
Andy opened by showing some adorable old video clips of Lydia as a young girl, doing news reporting and even a PSA she did for child abuse awareness. She has seriously always been this sweet and cute.
The first caller asked Lydia why she's such a Debbie Downer about her mom's marijuana use. "I don't think I'm a Debbie Downer and I think I have the right to my opinion. She's my mom and I love her."

Tamra's wedding ceremony included harpists and a painter. At the altar, the couple kept things interesting with some sort of DIY project consisting of Eddie's bike hanging upside down from the rafters, with chandeliers, balls of flowers and strings of beads dangling from it.
We've got a sneak peek of Tamra Barney's wedding and her dress! As we were working on a post about Tamra's wedding and her co-stars' sharing photos leading up to the ceremony, a Reality Tea reader sent us photos of the big event happening! Our reader happened to be at Tamra and Eddie Judge's wedding venue this evening (the St. Regis Monarch Beach) and snapped a few pics of the excitement – and the Bravo cameras getting it all on film for her spinoff special.
The first photo shows the ceremony as it's going on. Unfortunately, we can't get it zoomed in enough to see if Vicki Gunvalson is really a bridesmaid. I want to say that the first woman in the attendant line is Vicki, but I can't say for sure. The ceremony looks gorgeous, I'll give them that!
Our reader also snapped Tamra and Eddie coming down the aisle toward the cameramen.
Both Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow have confirmed their invitations, and now Alexis Bellino is doing the same. Hey, it's not a Bravo wedding without drama. Despite rumors to the contrary, Alexis will watch Tamra walk down the aisle. Third time's the charm!
Of course, it works out well…now Alexis will have some screen time on Tamra's OC Wedding spin-off!
If you're not up to speed on the suit that Robert Williamson III has filed against Vicki and on-again, off-again beau Brooks Ayers, you can see the long, detailed version here and the short version here. Basically she tried to gift Brooks a chunk of the company and then Brooks tried to sell it back to Robert.
Vicki had previously stated that she would work to clear the matter up, sharing that Robert's lawsuit was frivolous. This week she took to Facebook to share that she's filing her own countersuit if Robert doesn't immediately drop his lawsuit.
Vicki reveals that she and Lauri had a "cordial" relationship as acquaintances for years after she left the show. The two even appeared on WWHL together last year with no malice. And she explains the phone call from George's MIL that seems to be behind Lauri's animosity.
"I received a phone call from George’s ex-mother-in-law at my work who proceeded to tell me some 'not so nice' things about George. She told me that her ex-son in law (George) was 'not so nice' to his children and her daughter and that I should let Lauri know this. Since Lauri was a new friend of mine, I really didn't know what to do with this information. I was not real close with her, but she did work for me and I didn't want to get in her personal relationship with George, nor did I want to hurt her with this information because I didn't know if it was true or just malicious information."
This weekend Vicki Gunvalson got slammed with a lawsuit related to her Vicki's Vodka line. Vicki was accused by her business partner, Robert Williamson III of "gifting" 16.67 % of her share to Brooks Ayers, who then proceeded to sell it back to Robert claiming he was broke.
Robert's suit attests that Vicki and Brooks then conspired together in an attempt to have the business returned to a 50-50 partnership between Robert and Vicki despite him buying Brooks' percentage from him. Conveniently the Real Housewives of Orange County star's social media was also "hacked" that very same day.
Well now that her Facebook is up and running, Vicki is confronting the lawsuit and insisting it is baseless. "My attorney will be filing a response to the frivolous suit within the next day or so," Vicki announced.
"This response will reveal my side of the story and the lack of truth that was told. There will be more details to follow shortly. Thank you for your support. The truth always prevails." We anxiously await.
