Can we stop talking about cancer? Obviously it’s terrible, but does an entire season of Real Housewives really need to be devoted to questioning it, discussing it, and arguing over who is the expert on it. Especially when ME-ME-ME-Meghan, the person most vociferously insisting she’s the so-called expert can’t even figure out how to make MINUTE RICE!! (This same person then brags that a meal containing Minute Rice is healthy. Oh honey… have you learned nothing from Vicki: cancer loves processed food!).
Last week Tamra did an interview accusing Simon of alienating Sidney and hindering their relationship; Simon fought back accusing Tamra of being a neglectful mother whose outrageous antics on Real Housewives Of Orange County are embarrassing to her teenage daughter.
In a new report, Simon is accused of publicly leaking court documents and planting a bevy of lies to besmirch Tamra’s unimpeachable reputation! “Shame on my ex for giving radar an half assed statement to a sealed case! I hope he’s proud #POS,” the reality star and born again Christian tweeted. Tamra also accused Simon of bullying her in another tweet and called his behavior “sick.”
Simon Barney is done keeping silent about his acrimonious custody battle with Tamra Judge! Unfortunately, in the middle of it is Tamra and Simon’s 16-year-old daughter Sidney. After Tamra accused Simon of controlling Sidney in an interview last week, Simon is fighting back by defending his behavior and labeling Tamra as an “abusive” mother!
“I have always tried to keep quiet and take the high road. Unfortunately the latest barrage of negative press has warranted some kind of statement,” Simon declared. “My statement is to set the record straight with facts, truths, not fabrications and accusations.”
Last week the Real Housewives Of Orange County star made several scathing accusations against Simon, including that Sidney was a victim of ‘parental alienation’ because of Simon preventing Sidney from having a relationship with Tamra. Tamra claimed a therapist working with her and Sidney backed her claim and Tamra was found innocent of “alienating behaviors.”
It’s no secret that Lance Bass has been besties with Lisa Vanderpump for some time now, having made cameos here and there on both Vanderpump Rules and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now Lance is spreading his Housewives wings and weighing in on his faves across the franchises, as well as what he hopes to see in the future (anyone up for Lance’s hubby as the first male “housewife,” he wonders? Yes, please!)
Lance reveals, “I was a huge Real Housewives of Atlanta fan at the beginning. And now I’m a huge Beverly Hills fan, and I’m kind of a newbie fan of New York.” Although he’s branching out with his viewership, Lance admits that for now, “Beverly Hills has my heart.” Well, no surprise there! “Lisa [Vanderpump] definitely is one of my besties. It’s real fun to be able to watch and know someone on the show. But it’s also nice to know a lot of the backstory that other people don’t see. It’s really interesting because, to me, it’s like my own personal reality show,” explains Lance.
Lizzie admitted she likes Meghan because she’s strong-willed – “It takes a lot to take on Vicki,” said Lizzie. – and stands up for herself.
“However, I think this is a very sensitive subject,” added Lizzie. “We are talking about a life threatening illness and the love of Vicki‘s life, Brooks. I don’t have someone in my immediate life battling cancer, so I don’t know how I would personally react if someone wanted to tell me how I should be treating cancer. I understand that there are alternative ways to treat cancer – and there are very individualized treatment plans out there. I can see how it would be personal.”
Shannon Beador is living it up in Hawaii with her family, posting this photo on Instagram just yesterday. Before relaxing on vaycay though, Shannon took some time to reflect about this week’s Real Housewives of Orange County, particularly taking issue with those of us out here who have “criticized” her for the negativity she’s brought to TV screens across the country this season.
Beginning with her take on Heather Dubrow’s luncheon, Shannon admits, “Arguing always puts a pit in my stomach. The tail end of Vicki [Gunvalson] and Meghan [Edmonds’] argument at Heather‘s new home was very uncomfortable. I’m not sure that the luncheon table was the most appropriate place to bring up the topic of Brooks and his illness, but Meghan definitely has a pattern for saying what’s on her mind when she wants to say it.” Siding with Vicki about keeping one’s nose out of other peoples’ medical records, Shannon empathizes, “I understand why Vicki is upset because the idea is so preposterous.”
About Heather Dubrow‘s luncheon, Vicki shared, “I’m sad and sorry that I lost my temper, yelled at Meghan and left early. I don’t like yelling, I don’t like being sad, and I don’t like conflict. I took time out of my day to go see Heather’s home in hopes to have a nice ladies day. Instead, I left crying and sad which is never what you want to do. When Meghan called me ‘old’ at the lunch table, I was shocked. I am 53 years old. I believe with age comes wisdom, knowledge, and a lot of life lessons.”
Last night on Real Housewives of Orange County there were arguments galore about, of all things, Brooks Ayers. Of course. Meghan Edmonds and Vicki Gunvalson both were out of line and Jimmy Edmonds demonstrated that he does not want to be a Real Housewife, nor does he appear to want to be married to one! Good luck with wife number 4 as somepeople say.
Meghan has decided she is the foremost authority on all cancers and all cancer treatments in all the worlds. Being that she is part of the oncology department at Johns Hopkins. Oh wait, no. She’s not. She just knows how to Google. Kind of. I mean in between doing Hayley’s homework. When Vicki doesn’t want to take her advice and sees through her fake tears about how she caaaaares so deeply, Meghan calls Vicki a “bitter old woman.” Well, Meghan, keep acting how you’re acting and this is your future!
The bottom line is this: Meghan’s concern is insincere. She clearly believed the psychic (or someone else put the idea into her head that Brooks‘ cancer diagnosis is questionable) and her true intent is to catch Vicki in a so-called lie. Vicki sees through her – it’s more transparent than Tamra Judge‘s lace catsuit (and just as classless and desperate). The bottom line is no one’s health is the same, and neither is their health treatment.
