NeNe broke down her interactions with old/new faces on RHOA in her blog.
“At first I wasn’t sure if it was a good idea to surprise the ladies or not, because mentally I was in a totally different head space that was peaceful,” said NeNe. “I didn’t know if they would receive me well. I also had heard there were some new and old faces around, so I wasn’t sure if our energies would work together.”
Kim may be way too normal for reality TV; she may not be cut-out for RHOA, but she’s certainly a smart, classy, and professionally successful lady whose reputation in the industry speaks for itself. Ms. Beauty Queen on Bathsalts Krayonce WISHES she had an IMDB page that featured something from this decade (other than Real Housewives Of Atlanta). Kim is correct – Kenya belongs at the kiddie table until she’s able to conduct herself like a grownup, not an 8-year-old forced into an educational trip to DC to meet with congresswomen.
Kim’s comments hit Krayonce right in her butt-hurt stallion booty.
When Andy Cohen asked Kenya about her interaction with Kim, she admitted, “First of all, I watched that back and I was mortified. I think it was a big mistake for me to pull her chair. It was uncalled for. It was absolutely unacceptable and I do apologize for that behavior. I was in the moment. I was just fed up with the B.S. It’s something that happened but I’m really actually very ashamed of that.”
After today I do not want to hear the words “beatless brunch” for a month. Or at least a week. Mmkay? Sheree Whitfield takes her turn touching on last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta – and shares her own thoughts on the beatless brunch.
Sheree didn’t care that Kim Fields asked the ladies to come without their makeup on since she doesn’t wear much anyway – and it saved her some coins! Winning! “I don’t think Kim was being shady. I didn’t take issue with the brunch, because I normally do not wear makeup during my day-to-day activities. As a matter of fact, I’ve never really worn makeup prior to being on TV.”
But first, Cynthia weighed in on the debate over Kim‘s beatless brunch. “I was not personally offended or insulted by Kim’s ‘beatless brunch’ concept and felt her intentions were coming from a good place. However, I understand why some of the other ladies may have felt differently,” she said. “In my opinion the true definition of natural beauty is defined by more than minimal or no makeup, which is just one of many components.”
Love her or hate her, The Real Housewives of Atlantastar Kenya Moore doesn’t mince words or worry about being too harsh when talking about her co-stars. Kenya just lets the fur fly when it comes to sharing her opinions on the weekly episodes and we love her for it. This week she puts Kim Fields on blast and throws a little shade Phaedra Parks’ way.
Kenya starts off her blog this week explaining why she thinks Kim is too negative about her RHOA co-stars. “We’ve seen Kim speak about the “group” in a negative way before. She told Phaedra that everyone had their breasts out at my Kenya Moore Hair Care launch party and she “missed class,” thereby calling us classless or trashy. She quipped before that we all looked like we were always on a red carpet and she often makes disapproving faces and comments while she is with us.”
