RHOA

Is it just me, or does Cynthia Bailey always seem to be explaining away husband Peter Thomas' behavior? This time around, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is discussing Peter's visit with co-star Porsha Stewart's ex-husband Kordell on Sunday's episode. Maybe Peter is angling to get a Real House-husbands spin-off in the event his Bar One series doesn't get picked up by a network. Never gonna happen. After all, Peter is friends with the better other halves of NeNe Leakes, Kandi Burruss, and Phaedra Parks, isn't he?

She begins her Bravo blog, "Hello everyone! Welcome back to another drama filled episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta! Let’s jump right on in! Peter has always maintained a friendly relationship with all the men that he has been introduced to through the ladies. He is cool with all of them. He calls them whenever he feels like it and is happy to answer the phone when they call him — Apollo, Gregg, Todd, Kordell, and of course Walter. The men have their own relationships, and I think it’s great that they all get along. It's seems pretty ridiculous to assume that the guys would stop being cool just because they are no longer in a relationship with one of the ladies or are having issues with them.

It's the second installment of Manlow and Krayonce, and man, do I want this to be a spin-off, but in cartoon form! I don't want Marlo Hampton and Kenya Moore to get their own show per se, but how awesome would these two larger than life Real Housewives of Atlanta characters be when portrayed in Japanese anime?

You know who thinks that would be a horrible idea? NeNe Leakes. She is perturbed by the very shady and very thirsty duo. In the Neenster's mind, Kenya and Marlo are just bit players trying to steal a star's thunder. Oh, the dramatic antics of the Peach State! If you caught Sunday's episode of RHOA, you know exactly to what I'm referring!

Bring on the parade of former child stars (I'm not complaining–The Wonder Years is my Netflix go-to!) and a loud housewife as we prepare for an eighteenth season of Dancing with the Stars. While all of the original judges will be returning, host Brooke Burke has been replaced with sports commentator Erin Andrews. Also returning? Dance pro (and eye candy) Maksim Chmerkovskiy! He reveals that he was actually invited back in a different capacity.

Also, Lisa Vanderpump paved the way for Bravo housewives on the dance competition, and she has some sound advice for competitor NeNe Leakes of Real Housewives of Atlanta. She knows that it takes a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to make it on the show, but Lisa promises NeNe that it's worth every minute!

I'm just not sure what to think of Kenya Moore.

By that I mean, is she an evil genius or straight-up crazy? Kenya has orchestrated shade so elaborate it's like a 7-layer taco dip with extra cheese. It's deep and flavorful and frankly scary in its articulate complexity (Kenya IS Top Chef!). And there is no nacho chip to be left unturned.

Kenya has so many targets it's difficult to know if there's a safe-zone, but good lord is it crafty and thrilling to watch. If she is working at this alone, then I bow down to her as the true maestro of all Housewives. And if she's just full-scale nutty then NeNe Leakes better contact the authorities!

It's been two weeks but the television gods are again blessing us with a brand new episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta. I mean, how dare the Oscars air on NeNe Leakes' night, amirite?!

Since RHOA's absence there has been plenty of action however – NeNe signed on to do Dancing With The Stars and continued her feud with Marlo Hampton and Kenya Moore. Remember – that's where we left off with our favorite Atlanta ladies!

Marlo Hampton is a famewhore of the first order, but she insists some of her television friendships are still real. After breaking up with NeNe Leakes in a dramatic fashion, Marlo hitched her wagon to the ever-tricky Kenya Moore and a match made in frienemy heaven was born! Although Marlo clarifies they are not besties

Despite moving on, Marlo says she still wants answers from NeNe on how things went wrong between them. And she feels used and abused by the Real Housewives of Atlanta star.

“I don’t feel I could have done anything different…I’m not a child. I can talk to who I want to talk to. I can be friends with who I want to be friends to as long as I’m loyal to you,” Marlo informed Sister2Sister. “I do definitely feel the fans do deserve to hear both sides. I would like to definitely sit down and talk to [NeNe]. They deserve to see what’s really going on. I wanna ask her myself. I’m confused. I really don’t understand."

Do reality stars ever just fade off into obscurity or is it in their DNA to keep looking for the next show? I don't think I have a thick enough skin for a reality career, and after being embarrassed by my behavior on national television, I think the last thing I'd want to do was to find another way to look like an idiot in front of millions.

However, there is a reason I'm not a reality star, and there's a reason why they are so entertaining. No matter what, they don't give up on jumping from show to show, network to network to extend their already too long fifteen minutes of fame. It's now time for Cynthia Bailey's husband Peter Thomas to find the next big deal to keep him on our small screens. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star is hoping to channel his inner Lisa Vanderpump!

Good gravy, Real Housewives of Atlanta is insane this season, isn't it! When Nene Leakes isn't snubbing Kenya Moore's odd attempts at charity events and Cynthia Bailey isn't organizing field days and playing referee between her husband and the Neenster, it seems that Kandi Burruss is dealing with Mama Joyce drama. It's a lot y'all!

In her Bravo blog this week, Cynthia begins, "Hello everyone! Welcome back to another drama filled episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta! Let’s jump right on in!"

After wishing Peter the most happiest of birthdays, Cynthia dives right in to discuss the beef between her husband and her best friend.  She writes, "I was a little upset with Peter the next morning (after Kenya's event) for confronting NeNe (although she actually confronted him), because I did not think it was the right time to talk. The night had already taken a turn for the worst, and I didn't see the point in trying to fix something that was already broken. Had NeNe not gotten out of her car, walked over to Peter, and initiated the conversation with Peter, there would not have been a reason for him to be in her face acting like a bitch, right? It was pretty clear that his conversation was directed to me. So I don't know who the monster was that was waiting at the top of the hill, because the only thing that Peter was waiting for was his car to leave."
