The day of reckoning has come for Kingsley’sfirst (reported) bite victim, 80-year old former family friend of Kim Richards, Kay Rozario.
Rozario filed suit after she was bitten on her hand – reportedly down to the bone – by Kim’s pit bull while staying at her house back in March 2014. Although she was seeking restitution in the amount of roughly $1 million, Rozario was ultimately awarded only $8,083.53. This amount was $4 grand higher than the cost of her medical bills – $4,083.53 – which Kim refused to pay, thus sparking the initial lawsuit. The judge awarded a moderately higher amount because he said Rozario “deserved some more cash for emotional distress and trauma after the attack,” according to TMZ.
True to form, Kim never responded to Rozario’s lawsuit, so the judge was forced to enter a default judgment.
Lisa shared her thoughts on Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville‘s friendship. “I think upon reflection, it has been pretty obvious after months of filming the intent of some to insert themselves into an already fractious situation. Kim obviously felt bolstered by BG, much to her detriment, as she became a victim of her own volatility. I doubt since filming has wrapped whether there has been much interaction between BG and Kim,” said Lisa. “It would surprise me greatly if this supposedly close relationship is still flourishing.”
“Well, we have finally reached the end, and the CRAY is definitely showing, isn’t it?” asked Lisa. She went on to wrap up her thoughts on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 5 with a random list.
First on the list, Lisa addressed Kim, “When you put out a claim or accusation about somebody, you need to be damn sure you can back it up. Insinuating something about someone based on something that you “heard” is creating a negative you cannot prove and also has the potential of never truly going away. This is just dangerous. Shame on you, Kim Richards. I’ll pray for you.”
In her blog, Eileen Davidson addressed Lisa‘s texts and questioned why Kim gets to decide what can and what cannot be discussed on camera.
ICYMI, Lisa texted to Kim, “Be very careful or I will f-ck you up. You be nice to your sister, you believe her, and stop telling lies. In that order. You need to get wise. Brandi is not telling the truth. She is lying. I should have said that in that moment, but I didn’t want another Amsterdam to happen and it would have. Your behavior and the way you treat people is not okay. You are nasty and you need to be stopped now.” The threat aside, Eileen said the text was “right on.”
“I see offensive line man, Lisa V waiting to hurl her thought-out scripted attacks regardless of whether they fit at all into our conversation, Lisa R exhaustively trying to change every topic (whether it was about her or not) to her own addiction about anything to do with addiction, Eileen trying to fake a pass by laying her earned reputation on me, and cowardly Kyle waiting to piggyback any tackle,” blogged Brandi. “Kim and I were obviously playing defense. Only I was really over it at this point.”
Lisa‘s blog – which she titled Welcome to The Hunger Games Part 2: Catching Liar! – consisted of, “I feel this reunion episode speaks for itself.” And that’s all she wrote…
“I’m keeping this blog short, because… I don’t know what else to say,” admitted Eileen. “I kind of said it all on the show. Or I’m burnt out. I’m not sure. But this is all I’ve got. I’m sorry for the F-bombs if they offended anyone. We should start a RHOBH curse jar. I’m sure we could send at least one of our kids to college with the cash!” College, Smollege. Yes, despite her initial poor friendless me reservations, Brandi showed up with her usual bag of tricks – profanity and deflection. And good times were had by nobody. Err, except maybe Kim Richards, but I’m fairly certain she thought she was still filming Revenge.
In her blog, Brandi shared that she felt stressed during the reunion. “I did not want to be there. I knew certain people would be in attack mode, and they were. I saw it during the entire season, so why would it be different at the reunion?”
Yolanda Foster hasn’t been able to blog much throughout season five of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills due to her struggle with Lyme disease, but she managed to write a doozy of a blog following part one of the reunion. The blog is more about Lyme disease, which she compared to the AIDS epidemic, than the reunion, however. Yolanda also told us a little story about another infection she is battling due to letting a baby cow suck on her chin.
Yolanda explained why she felt it was necessary to attend the RHOBH reunion despite her setback with Lyme disease, “I know the reunion is an important end to the season, so I felt the need to pull up my bootstraps and show up, no matter what. In my mind, keeping my commitment to Bravo and Evolution was very important, even though my body wasn’t ready to get dressed and all dolled up after living in my robe and pajamas for the past four months.”
