“I work out for a number of reasons. First and foremost, my mental state. Working out always elevates my mood and reduces my anxiety,” Kyle begins. “Secondly, for my health and last but not least to look the best I can.” Aka – less kaftans; more bandage dresses! “Obviously after eating cheeseburgers and fries the night before with Lisa V. and Dorit, I’m not making it easy on myself,” she jokes. (In & Out is worth it! SO worth it!)
If I had a husband like PK Kemsley throwing me a dope party, the last thing I would care about would be the way someone else was dressed. Sure, the outfit wasn’t Dorit’s taste, but Erika did look hot. Dorit should have been wrapped up in other things at her own birthday party, but then again there’s no way she’s going to stay on this show if she doesn’t involve herself in any drama. And what better way to make an impact than by starting rivalry with the second newest cast member? Eek. I’m scared for Dorit, but I cannot wait to watch Erika gobble her up and spit her out.
She starts off commending PK for the job well done on Dorit‘s birthday party. She says it was hard to navigate the event with Eileen and Rinna present. “I had already encountered Lisa and Eileen a week previously. We acknowledged each other briefly, but it was a fairly benign interaction and little conversation had taken place. What is one to do in these situations? What is the perfect remedy to moving ahead and having some sort of civility between you when previously it had been so ugly? I don’t have the answer, but I stand resolute in the fact that I can’t be hypocritical…”
If I was Eileen Davidson, I would really be going in on Lisa Vanderpump following that last episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Not only did LVP continue to mess with Eileen, but she also made an extremely inappropriate and out of nowhere comment about Eileen’s husband Vince Van Patten. Plus, LVP made up with Lisa Rinna and not Eileen, which didn’t make much sense to me.
Nevertheless, Eileen is so over her beef with Lisa. Or at the very least, she is not mentioning it much these days; Eileen is more than happy to talk about all things RHOBHexcept for LVP. She conveniently leaves any mention of Lisa or her various nick names out of the conversation. Yet, the tension between them is beyond obvious, so she’s going to have to publicly address it eventually.
On last night’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, one lady celebrated a monumental birthday, while another celebrated administering a monumental dose of comeuppance with the touch of her bejeweled-gloved fingers.
While Lisa Vanderpump is stewing in the juices of last season’s arguments, Kyle Richards is cruising around in a Lamborghini with Lisa Rinna. Look at Kyle, just gloating on air like the revolution of a Lambo’s wheels, so happy is she to be the appointed so-called peace-maker. Under Kyle’s caftan is a haven of support and unconditional gossip.
Loose lips sink friendships…never is that more true than when gossip comes from Lisa Rinna‘s lips. Dishing on how this season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills differs from last season, Lisa isn’t holding back, even revealing there’s trouble in paradise between Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump all because of the ever-present naughty little word “manipulate.” That old friend again…
“I don’t feel like I am the villain this year. It’s not who I am – I just get caught in situations that may look like I could be the villain, I think.” Lisa explains.
The episode was light and fun. I still wanted more, but at this point, I will pretty much take anything over the depressing and repetitive Season 6. Last year, Erika was the new girl, and Yolanda Foster ally who got caught up in the fray by sticking up for her good friend whenever she could. I’m happy by the prospect of a Lyme-free season. Thankfully, this season seems a lot better and Erika is looking forward to it as well.
Last season, Lisa Rinna sacrificed her friendship with Lisa Vanderpump, her popularity, and very possibly her sanity in a quest for the truth. She learned a hard lesson about the price of owning it in the process, but that, combined with the loss of her father, has inspired a shift in perspective. Of course, that does not mean Lisa is keeping her lips zipped, her comments to herself, or staying out of the drama… Thank God!
After losing her father, Lisa recognized “life is too short” for pettiness and was done fighting with Lisa Vanderpump once Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills started filming.
