Whether she’s exaggerating the details of her Lyme disease or not, Yolanda Foster certainly has a loyal ally in fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills castmate Eileen Davidson. And who wouldn’t want Eileen (You Beast!) on their side during tough times? This week, Eileen discusses how Yolanda’s illness stirred up her own feelings of family loss. She also weighs in on Kyle Richards’desire to keep her family mess swept cleanly under the carpet. Hint: Eileen thinks it should stay there too!
“It’s another emotional week here as Vincent and I continue to deal with the loss of his dad, Dick Van Patten,” begins Eileen. “It was a bittersweet moment visiting his star on the Palm Springs Walk of Fame. The outpouring of love and support from so many people whose lives Dickie touched has been a tremendous experience. We continue to try to heal after this loss and try to look at the world like Dickie did: hopeful, humorous, and upbeat. But, as we continue with the grieving process, it’s hard not to reflect on all the other losses my family has gone through.”
When asked about Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump‘s comments about Yolanda‘s lack of makeup at her party, Lisa said, “I was surprised by that because I thought Yolanda looked beautiful – and looks beautiful, so beautiful, without makeup. That was a surprising moment because she is gorgeous.”
A viewer said Ken Todd has been “a little bit of a douchebag” this season and asked Lisa what she thinks about it. She laughed, “I’m not touching that with a ten-foot pole,” adding, “I love Ken.” Do you agree with the caller about Ken?
Kenya Moore kept it classy at the KIIS FM iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in L.A. And Kyle Richards attended the same event with Mauricio and their daughter Sophia. Meanwhile, Lisa Vanderpumpwas on the red carpet for the TrevorLIVE even in L.A., sans Ken and Giggy.
Reacting to the impending YoDa divorce, Lisa insists she initially didn’t believe the rumors. Because, you see, Yolanda and David hid their marital strife so very well through the excellent filters of Instagram!
“You expect on a reality show that you’re seeing what’s going on in somebody’s life. When I heard that and was told, I said, ‘That’s absolutely nonsense, absolute rubbish. I don’t believe that for a second,'” Lisa exclaims.
Last night the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills celebrated the premiere of their sixth season. Kim Richards is still on the mend and skipped the press line on the red carpet. I’d guess she didn’t want to deal with the questions about her legal troubles and her struggle with sobriety that has made headlines all summer long.
Kim’s sister Kyle Richards did answer a few questions on the red carpet about having her sister back on the show. Kim wasn’t in the first episode, but she does make appearances throughout the season. Kyle shared, “It feels good to me because it felt weird starting without her anyway. She was taking care of herself, so it made sense, but it just felt weird.”
In the world of Reality TV, most “celebrities” are on a constant mission to stay relevant. In the world of Vicki Gunvalson, she seems on a constant mission to shake off the stank that is Brooks Ayers and his ongoing I Have Cancer, For Reals! storyline. But is she going about it in all of the wrong ways?
