Rumors have been swirling for a while now that show matriarch Lisa Vanderpump wants to leave. Her dissatisfaction with her castmates along with the success of her spinoff Vanderpump Rules means that she no longer needs RHOBH. After Lisa skipped the Bravo Upfronts to open her new restaurant PUMP and gave an interview sharing that she still had not forgiven Brandi Glanville, there's been lots of talk that she will officially leave the show. And Bravo is doing everything in their power to keep her!
Andy Cohen visited PUMP where he had dinner with Lisa and their mutual close friend Lance Bass. The reason: Andy is desperate to keep Lisa on RHOBH and is hoping that he could use Lance to help persuade Lisa to stay! TMZ called it a "last ditch effort" on Bravo's part to convince Lisa to remain on RHOBH.
We already shared red carpet photos from PUMP's grand opening. Today, we gathered up a few party shots ofLisa and her guests, as well as pictures of PUMP's decor. Lisa designed PUMP herself. "I wanted to create a garden that makes you feel like you're in paradise, like France," Lisa told the LA Times. "I always look for what I think the market needs in a certain space. For this – it is very gay friendly because we are right in boy's town."
Not in attendance were several of Lisa's RHOBH co-stars, like Brandi Glanville, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards and Yolanda Foster.
Reality Tea was invited to the opening party, but things have been a little too hectic around here, so we weren't able to peel ourselves away from the site and attend. BUT we do have the red carpet photos for you and that's the most important part!
All Things Real Housewives has recapped the interview in case you missed it. Of the show itself, Lisa recalls, “I do remember saying to [Bravo's producers] that I wanted to leave the show with the same integrity I came in with. I just don’t want any BS editing. I’m no angel, I do make a few snarky comments and have a laugh. It is a television show. But I’m not in this business or on this show to put down my cast mates or get into a bitchfest, that’s not who I am, and I think if that day comes then I should leave."
Yes, Taylor even invited Adrienne Maloofand her ex-husband Paul Nassif, she was so desperate for TV cameras but she didn't feel Brandi could behave! "Because it was during the reunion [special] and I didn’t know, that was week to week because the seating chart was one of the most complicated things," the Couples Therapy star explains. Taylor kept all the drama focused on herself because she kept the RHOBH bunch apart. “I separated everyone."
Taylor also reveals to Us Weekly that Rambles Richards "pulled a Kim" and didn't show up. What was Kim so furious at Lisa Vanderpump for again? #hypocrite. Maybe Kim skipped because she's feeling salty that she was fired!
Listen people, Ken Todd never lived in Calabasas and he certainly never got into a physical altercation over some sidewalk demolishing…unless you believe Brandi Glanville on the first count and brothers Kevin and David Cazaref on the second. Poor Ken has just been sued by two construction workers for an alleged incident back in October…but given the fact he's a ridiculously wealthy and he sued them first, I'm a bit suspect about the entire situation.
The husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'Lisa Vanderpump has been dealing with the Cazaref brothers since he filed a lawsuit last year against them claiming extortion due to the same instance. I guess if you throw in a hot nightclub renovation, a Bravolebrity, and a jack-hammer, things are bound to go sour!
It was hard for Taylor to find love again, y'all. She tells the magazine, "When everything you think is one way turns out to be different, it's a scary feeling. I couldn't fathom ever loving somebody again, ever trusting somebody again."
