I’m not sure how Kim Kardashian does it, but apparently there is no double jeopardy in place for making the same news headline more than once. But once again she has captivated us all about how she has a hot body and has lost so much baby weight by showing off her hard work on a men’s magazine cover.
But I guess there’s no point in diverting from a formula that has always worked because people still want to see Kim’s body and they want to read about what she is doing to look as good as she does. She has lost a lot of baby weight and she still wants to keep going with the progress.
In phase 2 of her “please forget my husband acted like an ass on Twitter, at SNL, and.. and…and..” project, Kim Kardashian created a distraction this morning – and I’ll give her credit since it’s a super cute distraction. Kim shared the first photo of her son Saint West.
Kim says she chose today to release the photo because it happens to be her late father’s birthday. “Today is my dad’s birthday. I know there’s nothing more in the world he would have wanted than to meet his grandchildren. So I wanted to share this pic of Saint with you all.”
Brand engineer extraordinaire, Kim Kardashian West is now touting yet another product that she is giving her zillion dollar stamp of approval to…the Atkins diet! The recent second-time-around mom is promoting the Atkins way of life in her quest to dissolve the sixty pounds she picked up while pregnant with her son, Saintaccording to People Magazine. The weight loss program, Atkins 40 was the plan Kim previously used, after she gave birth to daughterNorthin 2013.
During Kim’s first pregnancy, she gained over fifty pounds and after North was born, she was determined to regain her tight curves. The raven-haired co-star of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” followed a strict exercise regimen and ate the Atkins way which places an emphasis on high-fat, high-protein and low carbohydrates consumption. The Atkins 40 plan allows 40 grams of net carbohydrates per day. The diet suggests eating 3-4 ounces of protein per serving, along with 3 servings of added healthy fats per day. Healthy fats include avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, and nuts or seeds. Followers of the diet have touted it as a way of eating that does not make them feel deprived.
Well, it’s been a hot minute since Kim Kardashian birthed baby #2, son Saint West, so it’s high time she turned her attention to the deeper issues at hand: breastfeeding and bonding with her infant. Just kidding! She’s more interested in weight loss, apparently.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star discussed her pregnancy weight, and her goals in losing it, on a livestream chat via her app Monday night. Starting at 130 pounds before becoming pregnant with her son, Kim reports to have ballooned up to 190 lbs by her delivery date (Dec 5).
This just in: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did not name their son John. Or Mark. Or James. But they did apparently consult their Bibles when choosing their new son’s moniker: Saint. (Praise Yeezus?)
Despite rumors that the couple would stick with their trusty pocket compass when choosing their second child’s name, Kim said, “I think it’s so stupid,” in a June interview. “I don’t like South West. North will always be better.”
