Reality TV Viewer Numbers Keeping Up With the Kardashians

It’s time to roundup the reality TV viewer numbers for the week.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Keeping Up with the Kardashians is off to a great start, with 2.547 million tuning in for the season 10 premiere. For comparison’s sake, the season nine average was 2.3 million. Southern Charm returned this week, also, but to a much smaller audience of 871,000 viewers.

As for the shows that wrapped up this week, 1.466 million watched part two of the Vanderpump Rules reunion, 1.34 million tuned in to see the season finale of Little Women L.A., and 805,000 sat through the disaster that was the Mob Wives reunion. Take a look below to see how the rest of the shows are doing.

Asifa Mirza

Shahs of Sunset newbie Asifa Mirza claims “people” think she looks like Kim Kardashian. I am not one of those people. I don’t see the resemblance in any way, shape, or form.

“People tell me I look like Kim, but I don’t have her butt,” Asifa told Daily Mail. “I am built different. But I think she has an incredible figure, and so does most of the world. She has her own look that is special to her, and it works.” Most of the world? Um, I’m not one of those people, either. However I imagine Asifa‘s body is what Kim sees in the mirror when she chooses outfits which she thinks flatter her figure. But I digress.

Reality TV Viewer Numbers RHOBH Ratings

It’s time to roundup the reality TV viewer numbers for the week.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills logged its largest audience since January with 1.961 million tuning in to see Brandi Glanville slap Lisa Vanderpump. The aftermath of Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore’s face-off over Mr. Chocolate on Real Housewives of Atlanta attracted 3.604 million viewers.

Also this week, Love & Hip Hop and Little Women LA remained as steady as ever, Shahs of Sunset dropped down to just over one million viewers, and the reunion specials for Vanderpump Rules and Mob Wives failed to outperform the season finales. Look below to see how your shows are doing.

Amber Marchese & Family Visit Buca di Beppo Times Sqaure

We haven’t seen too much of Jim and Amber Marchese since the reunion episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.  Last week they stepped out to attend the “Tinkerbell and the Legend of the Neverbeast” screening and then stopped off at Buca di Beppo for dinner (and some family photos).

Other reality star sightings: GG Gharachedaghi and Reza Farahan hung out at the Stock Exchange as they promoted the new season of Shahs of Sunset while Bethenny Frankel did the afternoon school run with Bryn.  Lisa Rinna got in a good workout and Ramona Singer attended the premiere of “Cop Show” in NYC.

We also have new pics from Lisa Vanderpump, Rachel Zoe, Val Chmerkovskiy and many more!

Reality TV Viewer Numbers RHOA

The reality TV viewer numbers are in – and it’s mostly good news. All but two of the shows on our list saw an increase in viewers this week.

On Sunday, the promise of messy drama on the Real Housewives of Atlanta resulted in 3.737 million viewers, the largest audience since the premiere. The season finale of Sister Wives attracted over a million more viewers than usual.

On Monday, 1.55 million checked out the season finale of Vanderpump Rules, and a little over 1.3 million stuck around to see the season premiere of Shahs of Sunset. See the numbers below to see how the rest of the shows are doing.

Reza Farahan at the Huffington Post

The Shahs of Sunset cast members are making the press rounds this week.  Reza Farahan stopped by The Commission Show on PNC Radio to dish on the new season and more.  He slams NeNe Leakes and throws shade at Andy Cohen “since he’s not my boss anymore.”

On landing the show and using the platform for good.  They want to know if he holds back certain things or if the show is the “real him”.    “I didn’t think anything of it, I didn’t know if it would go anywhere or not.”   He says that even if he would only have the platform for two minutes, he wanted to address homophobia in the Middle Eastern culture because he had friends that committed suicide when he was growing up. “I thought if I could impact someone’s life, that would be great.”

 Shahs of Sunset season 4

The Shahs of Sunset is back tonight after a long hiatus.  Almost the whole cast is returning for the fourth season, minus Lilly Ghalichi and our all-time favorite cast member, her adorable dog, Coconut Circles.

Lilly shared her thoughts on reality TV and her Shahs of Sunset experience in a new interview with K9 magazine.   Lilly says it was an emotionally tolling experience for her.  “Being on Shahs is an experience I will never forget. To be on a reality show on a national network as big as Bravo is isn’t easy. The entire world is watching, and judging you. It’s a very emotionally tolling experience, and difficult to handle, especially when you’re on an ensemble cast where fighting and drama is encouraged. I will forever cherish my time and experiences on the show, but am so happy to no longer be doing it!”

OK! Magazine Pre-Oscar Event - Arrivals

It’s Oscar mania everywhere as we lead up to Sunday night’s awards ceremony.  And while our favorite reality stars will most likely NEVER attend the Oscars, much less WIN one, they still love to party and celebrate anyway!

Among those partying last night: several cast members from Vanderpump Rules and a few Dancing with the Stars pro dancers and Shahs of Sunset stars.

Jax Taylor, Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, Carmen Dickman and Scheana Marie hit the red carpet together along with DWTS dancers Peta Murgatroyd (red hot!) and Kym Johnson.  Also spotted: Mercedes “MJ” Javid and GG’s sister Leila.   Check out all the pics below, including Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott
