We’ve been ranking all the Real Housewives from every season, every franchise and its finally down to the final few. The queens of Bravo, if you will. Click here for Part 1 and Part 2 of our ranking.
What separates a good Housewife from a great one? For me, it’s the longevity of their dramas. Will their actions or comments forever define a franchise as Teresa Giudice‘s table flip did for New Jersey, or NeNe Leakes‘ “Close your legs to married men, Wig!” on Atlanta? A great Housewife doesn’t necessarily have to be likable, but she does have to be memorable, and defining. When you think of a particular show which Housewife comes to mind.
When you grow up with a mom who’s made her entire fortune on the promise of reality TV exposure and paychecks, I guess it’s only natural to follow in her footsteps. Even if those footsteps map out a road to early and questionable plastic surgeries, partially-nude selfies, and fame-chasing! Brielle Biermann, Don’t Be Tardy star and daughter of Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciack-Biermann, is no exception.
Brielle and boyfriend Michael Kopech, a White Sox pitching prospect, recently visited the windy city – and Brielle fell in love! With Chicago, that is. She posted the above pic, captioning it “obsessed with you and chicago.” So, what’s the next natural step? Requesting a Real Housewives of her very own!
This week, Cynthia talked to Matt Jordan on Kenya‘s behalf, which was a nice thing to do, but when she reported back to Kenya by calling her “dramatic” and implying that she had somehow caused Matt’s violence, Kenya was not having it. Now Cynthia is defending her behavior. The convo that Cynthia had with Matt wasn’t too bad. Her loyalty was clear and she seemed to genuinely care for both parties involved. Nevertheless, things got messy when Cynthia recapped it with Kenya.
What went through Sheree‘s mind during the drama at dinner with Porsha not wanting to discuss her anger management therapy? “‘This just went left!’ I can see why Porsha could have felt attacked, but I also think if she just would have taken a moment to herself and rejoined the group and shared with all of us that it is something she doesn’t want to discuss, it would have probably ended the talk.”
I feel like Shamea Morton should be holding a peach on this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. She is mentioned in pretty much every episode, with no defense from her supposed “best friend” Porsha Williams. Not only is Porsha throwing her BFF under the bus, but she has been coming for Kandi Burruss in the process. Kandi is done with it and she doesn’t believe anything that involves Porsha, including that doctor’s note she brought to the group “glamping” trip.
For a minute, I thought that Porsha seemed like a great friend because of her loyalty to Phaedra Parks. They even had me thinking “#FriendshipGoals” real quick, but that quickly faded when she never actually stood up for her girl Shamea.
We never see Phaedra being lewd in that way, especially with gross sexual hand gestures. So why was she acting “so out of character.” Kandi claims that actually is the real Phaedra and that she, Porsha, and Sheree Whitfield were under the impression that the cameras weren’t rolling during that conversation. How would seasoned reality TV stars not know that they were being filming for their own show? Kandi explained exactly how that works and that it justifies the scandalous gossip that we all got to watch this season on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
