Joe and Teresa Giudice are due for sentencing in Federal Court in New Jersey tomorrow, October 2nd. So far the sentencing is happening as scheduled, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any last minute delays. Stranger things have happened. But, while we all wait for the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars’ fate, lets make our best guesses about how things might go down tomorrow.
We’ve drawn up several polls for you to cast your vote on everything from how much prison time (if any) to whether Teresa will continue with reality TV after it’s all over.
The Giudice's plea deals hit the court site yesterday and Tamara Tattles broke it down in simple terms. We've got some of the highlights for you, but for the full read, see TT!

Teresa and Joe Giudice pled guilty in federal court today to their fraud charges as part of a plea deal with the prosecution. They'll be sentenced on July 8th and the judge will determine how much time they spend in prison, but it looks like both will definitely serve time.
Teresa released a statement to InTouch about the events today and says she won't be speaking further about the case: "Today, I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago. I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus I intend to address the Court directly at sentencing. I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decisions, and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public."
