Teresa Giudice

Watch What Happens Live - Season 11

Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice sat down with Andy Cohen the day after their sentencing in federal court to share their initial reactions to their mortgage fraud sentences.  Bravo broke the interview with the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars up into two parts, but it still wasn’t enough time to include every bit.  This week they released two more clips that were cut from the original airings.

In the first one Teresa attempts to explain what she meant by “I don’t understand why this is happening to us.”  She also tries to plead her case about her respect for the law and how she’s going to pay back the $400,000.   In the second video they take a few calls from viewers.  And she goes on and on again with the ‘victim’ stance of how the biggest lesson she learned from this whole mess is to never sign things without asking an attorney to explain them.  She also talks about how this is just a blip in time and they’ll get through this and move on with life.

Check out the video clips below!

The season 6 finale of the Real Housewives of New Jersey featured Joe and Teresa Giudice‘s federal prison sentencing. Joe was sentenced to 41 months and Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison.

After Teresa was sentenced and all the bigwigs sat around wondering what to do now, I was like, “Um, FIRE HER?!?” I mean, seriously! I was not shocked, however, to learn that a pink slip wasn’t on the list of options.

In a recent interview, the Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow expressed her utter shock over Joe and Teresa lying to the court and called out Bravo for keeping the convicted felons on the payroll.

Teresa Giudice

Lordy the saga that of felonious Teresa Giudice never ends! This morning Teresa’s crisis PR representative Wendy Feldman fired her because Teresa refused to follow her advice, and allegedly took it upon herself to write a letter to the judge begging for a prison assignment at Danbury Federal Prison in Connecticut. And even worse – Teresa is now attempting to serve the bulk of her sentence in a halfway house under a seldom used Second Chance Act!

After firing her defense attorney (whom Teresa told Andy Cohen she thought would do his job and going so far as to state she didn’t understand the guilty plea she signed) the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star is now working with a new attorney, Stacy Ann Biancamano

First Teresa’a attorney sent a letter to Judge Salas requesting clarification of the judge’s “language” during sentencing, explaining that it wasn’t explicitly clear if she was recommending a prison camp or detention center.

Joe and Teresa Gudice sentencing day

Oh Teresa Giudice… remember when you promised to be a better person? And to learn from your mistakes through this whole legal tribulation? Well, ummm… we’re still waiting! Teresa has parted ways with her crisis PR manager Wendy Feldman after she submitted a letter to Judge Salas requesting Danbury Federal Prison to serve her 15 months.

“Sadly, my time with Teresa and has come to an end,” Wendy said in a statement. “My client relationships are very important to me, however today’s filing regarding Teresa’s Bureau of Prisons designation request was not done with my knowledge or input.”

According to Wendy the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star worked with someone else – Juicy?! – to submit a letter to the judge asking that she be placed at Danbury in Connecticut, where Piper Kerman the author of Orange Is The New Black served her time. Good lord – Teresa probably thinks of herself as the new Piper

Last night after the season finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, twins Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano sat down with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live (annoyingly added to our RHONJ episode, making it look like it’d be 90 minutes again!).  Tamar Braxton was also in the house, throwing a few digs at Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore.

Andy commented and asked Teresa Aprea if she felt bad about her scene with the “clink clink” karma diss, saying she took a lot of heat over it on Twitter for “kicking” Teresa Giudice when she’s down.  Teresa A says she did feel bad and that the two of them are okay at the moment. “I did apologize. It came from a place of anger.  It was mean, it was a little harsh. So, I did apologize and I did address the situation.”  Teresa G sees the clip for the first time at the reunion and Teresa Aprea admits that Tre was pissed.

rhonj season 6 finale

So the Real Housewives Of New Jersey season 6 finale happened and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Basically for all Teresa Aprea‘s threats about how Teresa Giudice was going to pay for “destroying” her fambly, she just whined while Dina Manzo stood guard as the Zen Sentry Of Mean-a Intentions & Indecent Exposure. Put that leg away Melissa Gorga – Angelina Jolie you are not!

I don’t mean to be negative but compared to previous seasons this one was kind of weak sauce, no? I mean, Fabellini has more sparkle than last night’s finale did. And dare I say it, it’s far less tacky!

Really - what could possibly be more tacky than having your boobs, butt, and midriff hangout at a charity fashion show for children with cancer?! Oh wait – trying to start a fight at one… while your boobs threaten to pop out of your Posche clearance special gown! When you get a reputation for running out of stores without paying for the clothes, I suppose you get stuck with the Posche end of the season leftover sale!  Pass the Dunkin’ Donuts – the twins and their DDs are out to play.

rhonj season 6 finale - project ladybug fashion show

Tonight is the season finale of Real Housewives Of New Jersey. It’s been an interesting season full of firsts. And by firsts I mean, first Real Housewife ever to plead guilty and be sentenced to fraud, Teresa Giudice! It’s also been the first season without Caroline Manzo (and for the most part Jacqueline Laurita), which brought us new Housewives. And sadly, new drama.

It’s also the first time Bravo has recycled a Housewife by bringing Dina Manzo back from the dead as an official Housewife. And poor Dina – what a mistake that seems like it was for our zen princess! Tonight Dina will try to inject a little positivity into the show when she hosts a Project Ladybug fashion show to raise money for children with cancer.

But SOME PEOPLE – some people like the Troublemint Trashbag Twins Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano decide to cause trouble when the confront Teresa at the event because they blame her for a little rumor that’s been spreading around. A little rumor started by Victoria Gotti who revealed that Rino, Teressssssa’s hubby, slept with his mother-in-law, Teresssssssa’s mama! That’s gotta make for an awkward game of Family Feud

celebrity apprentice finale 210512

You’ll never catch a Gotti in a lie, but you will catch an Aprea in one! Victoria Gotti has been under fire for starting a rumor about new Real Housewives Of New Jersey cast member Teresa Aprea‘s husband Rino sleeping with his mother-in-law. To prove she’s not making things up, Victoria voluntarily took a lie detector test on October 3rd! However, the most interesting twist of all is that Victoria claims it was a little birdie who coerced her into spilling the secret in the first place! #HurricaneJimStrikesAgain

According to the lore of Victoria, or in my mind the defacto law of New Jersey, TerESa’s husband Rino Aprea was telling tales that he hooked up with his MILF-y mother-in-law Santa and that is why he and Teressssssa divorced. Teresssssssa and sister Nicole Napolitano have been wishy-washy about denying the rumor, but finally came out and said it’s absolutely not true.
