In just one example, she replied to a fans tweet regarding the sentencing. “@FamilyIsLoyalty: Ohhhh @daniellestaub dontcha frigin LOVE karma baby!!!!!!! Yup.”
“Yup.” Classy. Well, I guess Danielle realized that she could get a little publicity — nothing like capitalizing on someone’s tragedy — so she has changed her tune in order to get on TV. (Somewhere we were hoping never to see her again.)
During a WWHL interview earlier this week Teresa Giudice told Andy Cohen that she didn’t “fully understand” her guilty plea meant she was admitting guilt to federal fraud charges. Despite her claim, prosecutors for the US Attorney’s office say did understand, but as NeNe Leakes points out they don’t really know how Teresa operates…
The prosecutor’s office, however, insists that Teresa was very aware of what she was doing when she signed that plea. They do understand that the very basis of Teresa’s defense was that she signs her name to things she doesn’t read, right? Like, duh – who has time to read when you could shop! Or bedazzle something! Or flip tables!
Andy starts right off with Teresa’s claims in court that the show is fake. “In court papers you claim that The Real Housewives of New Jersey is scripted. ‘It is little more than a work of fiction engineered by Bravo TV through scripted lines and clever editing.’ What did you mean by that?” Teresa responds, “Meaning that there are editors on the show and our producers”, Andy cuts her off “were you told to flip the table?” Teresa says “no flipping the table I did.” Andy asks if she was told to fight with Melissa or Joe Gorga. “My family coming on the show, you know Andy, I didn’t know they were coming on the show.” Andy says “you didn’t want them on the show,” Teresa jumps in “not that I didn’t want them on the show, they never told me they were coming on the show.” Andy tries to end it with “we’ve had this discussion many times, ya ya ya.” Teresa says “When my family came on, I didn’t like the way I was portrayed. I was the villain, I was this mean person. People would come up to me and they’re like ‘oh my God you’re so nice’ and I’m like ‘what do you mean?’ and they’re like ‘you come off so mean on the show.”
Days after Teresa Giudice was sentenced to federal prison, Real Housewives Of New Jersey went ahead with the reunion filming. Among the many rumors circulating is that Teresa was hours late, annoyed her co-stars, and repeatedly stopped filming to cry. Andy Cohen denied all that – and he’s also giving more details about what went on!
“The reunion show was really intense,” the WWHL host admitted, but reminded us that all Real Housewives reunions are! “It was a typical reunion show, which means it was really dramatic, emotional, intense,” Andyclarified to Extra. “Obviously there was an undercurrent of something incredibly serious that’d just happened with Teresa, but we all got through it.”
“Florida… let me start by reminding you I was there to celebrate being five years cancer free! Did I ever mention that I was diagnosed with breast cancer? Just in case you missed it. We had just had one hell of a scare and I wanted to go to Florida to celebrate,” Amber shares. “Jim wanted to celebrate also, but was not at all happy about my choice of venue, but as a good hubby, he came along.”
NeNe Leakes has big things on the horizon as she prepares for her final season on Real Housewives Of Atlanta. It’s long been rumored that ratings-nabber, NeNe is the highest paid Housewife in the Housewives franchise, and as she reluctantly agreed to do one final season of RHOA there comes a rumor that she’s earning more than a million dollars! But is it even more?
“I was not offered 1.5, let’s be clear, yeah, it’s a lot nicer than that,” NeNe said coyly, adding that despite the huge financial gains she’s ready to move on from Housewives.
This time, the drama in question, is about next week’s episode. As you can see from the clip below, Jacqueline is meeting The Troublemint Twins Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea for the first time when she hears that people have been calling her “crazy” behind her back. Jacqueline learns that it is Dina Manzo, of the Zen Manzos on Cuckoo Hairless Cat Hill. Well, apparently that was all lies and thankfully we have blessed purveyor of truth Jacs to set us all straight.
Quick question: is being like a totally honest and truthful person but also being in court for bankruptcy fraud, kind of like saying you live within your means and don’t care about material things but filing for bankruptcy, and ending up in court for bankruptcy fraud? Just checking before we dive in…
