The Daughters Of Real Housewives Speak Out! Lauren Manzo Admits Fame Went To Her Head And Pandora Talks Last Season’s RHOBH Reunion!

As par for the course, the children of the Real Housewives of any location are always dragged into the mess that is the show – and sometimes being on TV isn’t so fantastic. Glamour Magazine recently interviewed the adult daughters of some of our favorite (and least favorite) Bravo moms. The girls were candid about their experiences on the show and how it has affected their lives.

Lauren Manzo, Pandora Sabo (née Todd), Briana Culberson (née Wolfsmith), Tierra Fuller, and Victoria de Lesseps spoke out about what it’s like to be on reality television and how they’ve handled their moms’ dramatic experiences on the shows.

Interestingly, some of the girls would love to do reality TV in their own right, while others have absolutely no desire. “I’d be lying if I said that I didn’t get caught up in being on TV for a little bit,” Lauren admits. “I said to my boyfriend, Vito, a while ago, ‘I found a ring that I want. Go buy it, and we’ll get married on TV.’ And then I said to myself, That’s not what I want right now. It doesn’t make sense to get married. I need to become a woman on my own. And I don’t think I could do that right now with a ring on my finger.”

Pandora, who did get married on TV, and whose wedding was featured in last season’s finale of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, confesses she had to seriously consider letting such a personal moment be played out in public. “I’m a more private person than my mother is. So when Jason proposed, we had to think about how we were going to do this wedding,” Pandora shares.

“My mother’s [Lisa Vanderpump] life is on television, but mine really isn’t. I didn’t mind that the planning was on TV, because, to be honest, it’s quite nice to have a record of all that. Who else gets to relive picking out their invitations or their bachelorette party?”

Report: Countess LuAnn’s Daughter Victoria Expelled From School, Plus LuAnn’s Past Drunken Behavior

The NY Post is reporting that Victoria de Lesseps, daughter of Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, was quietly expelled from her private school months ago after a video of her rolling what appeared to be a joint and using a racial slur appeared online.

Sources tell the Post Victoria was asked to leave the Tony Ross School in the Hamptons after the video episode, but LuAnn denies the report to Page Six, instead stating Victoria left the school on her own.

The Real Housewives of NYC star’s rep tells the Post, “Your information is incorrect. Victoria withdrew from Ross School five months ago, but it was unrelated to the video. She is happily looking forward to studying art in Paris this summer.” When did this video come out you ask? Exactly five months ago but remember, it was completely unrelated.

In the video, which we were able to view before it was taken down from youtube, Victoria was video chatting with a friend before she started rolling what appeared to be a joint and continuously using the “n-word.” You can read more about that here. And days after the video leaked online, photos of the 16-year-old came out showing her drinking and smoking. LuAnn issued a statement back then calling her daughter’s actions “unacceptable.” Tuition at the private school is said to run upward of $45,000 a year.

Meanwhile, one of our readers alerted us to an old unflattering report from the NY Post about the Countess. See back in August 2008 (before our blog existed), the Post reported the Countess, along with her then husband the Count Alexandre de Lesseps, attended a wedding in the Hamptons and acted like a drunken mess in front of 200 guests.

The Post reported LuAnn yanked the mike away from Andy Hilfiger’s band and proceeded to sing two songs. “She knocked over the drum set while smiling at the horrified guests,” a source said.

Oh but if only it ended there. LuAnn then turned her attention to the poor unsuspecting guests. “She was trying to make out with women and married men,” the source said. “A pregnant wife caught her in the act, stormed off and walked home in disgust.” The Count “tried to make her leave and was seen throwing her to the ground in the parking lot,” the spy continued.

“She wasn’t just kissing the married men, she was also grabbing their [crotches],” another witness told the Post. Yikes! And while LuAnn and her husband denied the allegations to the Post, the groom stated, “At these parties, people always get frisky. All I can say is that she didn’t try to grab me.”

Less than a year later, LuAnn would go on to write a book about class and etiquette. You know what they say dahling — “Money Can’t Buy You Class.”

In not so surprising news, exactly a week after we posted this blind item about her, photos of Victoria de Lesseps, daughter of Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, have now hit the net.

TheDirty website published some photos of the 16-year-old Real Housewives of New York City teen today. As you can see (some more photos are posted below), the pictures show Victoria smoking and drinking.

According to the source who first emailed us these photos and more last week, some of them were taken at Victoria’s boarding school with some others taken during a Summer vacation in the Hamptons. The source also told us there were videos to go along with the photos.

The insider tells TheDirty blog that Victoria is a “mess” who “wasn’t against hooking up with a girl if she was drunk enough.” Here’s to hoping LuAnn can step in and help her daughter get back on the right path.

These new leaked photos are in addition to the youtube video that leaked almost 2 weeks ago showing Victoria rolling up a joint and using the N-word, something LuAnn called “unacceptable.”

Countess LuAnn Breaks Silence, Calls Daughter’s Joint Video ‘Unacceptable’

Almost a week after a classless youtube video of her 16-year-old daughter made it’s way online (the video has since been removed from Youtube), Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is finally breaking her silence and denouncing her daughter Victoria de Lesseps’ actions, which included rolling up a joint and using the N-word.

In a statement given to Popeater, the Real Housewives of New York City star calls her daughter’s actions “unacceptable” and promises to use this setback to teach her about the consequences of said actions.

“I am the parent of a teenager, and as any parent can attest, teenagers go through periods of doing things that are wrong and not appropriate and that are later regretted,” said LuAnn. “My daughter Victoria knows that the behavior she exhibited was unacceptable. I have chosen to deal with this as a private family matter and an opportunity to discuss consequences of our actions.”

If you recall, LuAnn’s costar Ramona Singer re-tweeted the video after a fan tweeted it to her. Ramona then took down the tweet almost immediately. And now, Ramona is once again apologizing for her actions in a brief interview with Popeater’s Rob Shuter calling the re-tweeting “accidental.”

“I’m not very tech savvy, and [I'm] heartbroken that I accidentally retweeted this. I called Luann and Victoria immediately to apologize and tell them to remove the video. Regardless of our catfights on the show, our children are off-limits,” stated Ramona.

Alex McCord and hubby Simon Van Kempen however seemed to have a different take on things as they feel LuAnn should be more forgiving towards Ramona based on her own past actions.

“None of us are perfect, and sometimes we all tweet or retweet a little too hastily,” Simon said. “But it would be a little duplicitous for LuAnn to complain too much about Ramona’s regretful retweet when both she and Jill Zarin had great fun lambasting our oldest son throughout the third season.”

Alex added, “In the four years we’ve been involved with ‘Real Housewives,’ neither Simon nor I have ever said anything negative about any other castmates’ children. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for many others on the show.”

And finally, while LuAnn wants to deal with this issue privately and understandably so, Rob does report that Bravo cameras were on hand a few days ago to film an event during which Ramona, Alex and others discussed the issue. Which raises an important question – Is it fair for LuAnn to not want this issue discussed on camera?

One side of the argument is that LuAnn signed up for the show and to put her life on television, good or bad. Plus the issue is already public knowledge and involves a costar. Another side of the argument is that though LuAnn signed up to do the show, her daughter did not and should not have her dirty laundry aired on TV. Which brings us to the question…

Report: Countess LuAnn Livid Over Daughter’s Drug Video, Ramona Apologizes

Two days after her costar Ramona Singer re-tweeted a video of her teenage daughter rolling up a joint and using the n-word (the video has since been removed from youtube), the NYDailyNews is reporting that Countess LuAnn de Lesseps is “livid.”

According to the site, Luann, star of the Real Housewives of New York City, was in Atlantic City filming a music video for one of her new songs when she started receiving a barrage of phone calls alerting her that the video of her daughter Victoria de Lesseps, 16, existed and that Ramona had re-tweeted. Apparently Luann had zero knowledge of such a video.

Bravo was reportedly on location with LuAnn, who invited her costars Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon to appear in the video with her, and wanted to film her reaction to the news. Side note – Rob Shuter of Popeater tweeted yesterday that Luann invited all her costars to appear in the video with her but only Jill and Kelly accepted.

A source, who was involved in the production of the music video, states that a “big ruckus” erupted when phone calls began coming in to the set about the video. The insider overheard Bravo producers debating on how to inform Luann of its existence and of Ramona’s involvement.

Bravo producers wanted Luann to find out about the video on camera, and then discuss the matter with Jill. Luann however refused to make her daughter’s video part of the show’s story line, and insisted the cameras stop rolling. She and Jill then retreated to a hotel room to discuss the matter in private.

As for Ramona, she told the NYDailyNews yesterday that she “sincerely regrets re-tweeting” the video and that she has reached out to Luann and Victoria to apologize. Ramona added that she “loves LuAnn” and “regardless of our catfights on the show, our children are off-limits.”

Ramona Singer Re-Tweets Video Which Appears To Show Countess LuAnn’s Daughter Rolling a Joint

While the 4^th season of the Real Housewives of New York City doesn’t premiere until February, one thing is apparent – which is that costars Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps are definitely not BFFs.

This became extremely obvious yesterday when Ramona, who also has a teenage daughter, re-tweeted a youtube video of Countess Luann’s 16-year-old daughter Victoria de Lesseps rolling up a joint and using the N-word.

Ramona deleted the tweet moments later, perhaps due to some of the backlash she received from fans on twitter or maybe someone advised her to. That reason is unclear but the damage was already done as news of the video quickly spread.

Though the youtube video has been taken down as of this morning, I personally viewed the entire 5 minute clip yesterday evening and Victoria appeared to be very high as she giggled and laughed her way through the 5 minute skype conversation with a female friend.

The shocking part of the video came in at about 4 minute mark when Victoria began to roll up what appeared to be a joint. Things then took a turn for the worst when Victoria uttered the N-word close to the 5-minute mark. In Victoria’s defense, she didn’t appear to be using the word as a racial slur. Though still ignorant, she seemed to be using it as a means to refer to her friend aka buddy, pal etc.

Victoria was also aware that her skype conversation was being recorded as she seemed excited at the thought of viewing the video in school the next day, implying she couldn’t wait to see her actions with a sober clear mind. No word on how the video made it’s way to youtube.

The NyMag.com also published a story about this and they were able to get a screen shot of Ramona’s re-tweet before she deleted it. That is below.
