Kasey Kahl will guard and protect your heart and get arrested doing it! Ok, so actually the former Bachelor Pad star got arrested for Drunk and Disorderly Conduct, but close enough!

TMZ reports that Kasey was arrested Sunday morning in Fresno, CA outside of Club Habanos for being drunk and disorderly while he was hanging out with friends. His mugshot, in which he actually looks nice, is below!

Kasey’s rep explains it was no big deal, “Kasey and his friends were hanging out outside of the club where police officers allegedly thought they were being too loud. Kasey, along with a couple friends, were taken to the police station, but were released a couple hours later. No charges were or have been filed against him.”

“Kasey was extremely respectful and very cooperative with the police officers despite the situation, even having a good laugh because of his model-esque mugshot. The police officers noted that it was the prettiest mugshot they’ve ever seen come into their station.” Well, I’m glad it wasn’t a DUI.

In other Kasey news, the two-time reality show loser at love will be appearing on Vh1′s Relationship Rehab with his ex-girlfriend Vienna Girardi. Like people want to watch anymore of these two on television. But I digress, apparently Relationship Rehab is similar to Celebrity Rehab except it deals with well, you know, relationships instead of drugs and alcohol. Also, different? No Dr. Drew — instead viewers get Dr. Jenn Berman.

Apparently, there’s already been the prerequisite insufferable Vienna-Kasey drama because TMZ is reporting Vienna stormed off the set during a therapy session.

So why does Kasey need to appear on the show other than a paycheck and a desire for the spotlight? “I’m just a hopeless romantic cheese ball who wants to be happy.” Oh, dear…

Days after confirming her split from fiancé Roberto Martinez, a new report now states Ali Fedotowsky is “really upset” over breaking off her engagement.

The Bachelorette couple announced their split on Monday through a rep after 18 months and three canceled wedding dates.

According to UsWeekly, Ali has already moved out of the apartment the two shared together. “She’s actually really upset right now,” says a pal of Ali. “She’s going to be laying low for a while.” Another source adds: “They haven’t been well for a long time.”

Even worse for Ali, 27, she also has to part with the $50,000 Neil Lane diamond engagement ring gifted to her by ABC Roberto, 28.

A source tells RadarOnline that Ali promptly returned the 3-carat asscher-cut ring that she received in August 2010, back to Neil Lane within 24-hours of splitting from Roberto. Yes, previous reports have stated the Bachelor(ette) couples have to return the ring if they do not wed. Ouch!

Moving on to another Bachelor(ette) couple that called it quits. After first denying they had split, Kasey Kahl is now opening up about his recent breakup with Vienna Girardi in an interview with Star magazine,

“I know she loved me, but she has chosen a different path in life, and I am not part of the plan,” reveals Kasey, 27. After nine months of dating, the pair moved out of the Beverly Hills apartment they shared together and back to their respective hometowns.

“I couldn’t move to Florida with her — it’s not the life I want,” he explains adding that fame also tore them apart. “Being in the spotlight and on the show killed us. It brought out so many raw emotions.”

The couple that made Bachelor Pad 2 unbearable for all of us with their constant emotional melt downs, bickering and PDA-fests have decided to end their eight-month relationship amicably. “Vienna broke up with Kasey a few weeks ago,” a former Bachelor contestant and friend of Vienna’s reports to Life & Style. “They’d been fighting about everything. It just wasn’t working anymore.”

“They both moved out of the LA place they’d moved into together,” the friend reveals. “Vienna’s moved back to Florida, and Kasey’s moved home.” According to the source it was Vienna that decided the couple should go their separate ways, but “there was no cheating or third party involved, so a reconciliation is not out of the question.”

“It’s anyone’s guess about what happens next,” the friend adds. “But for now, Kasey is very, very hurt about it. He thought they were going to spend the rest of their lives together.” Yeah, so did Jake Pavelka!

Well, Kasey is speaking out regarding the rumor and insisting the couple is still together! “We’re just doing [the relationship] long distance right now,” he informed Us Weekly. “It’s for the best.”

It continues to be open season on Bachelor Pad star/famewhore Jake Pavelka as his ex-fiance Vienna Girardi is slamming him once again.

In her blog for the Hollywood Life, Vienna, 25, refers to Jake as being phony. While there have been reports that Jake has been dating his BP costar Erica Rose since filming ended on the show, Vienna, who is now friends with Erica, denies those reports.

“Glad to know that Erica figured out what Jake was like after the show was over, when that “fake” romance never came and saw her,” wrote Vienna. She also took Jake to task for pretending to care about Melissa’s feelings on a recent episode. “Meanwhile, it’s upsetting that Jake is comforting Melissa and pretending to care because he needs her vote,” she added.

Meanwhile, Vienna and her boyfriend Kasey Kahl, who might or might not be the most ridiculous couple in the history of mankind, continue to go strong!

The two, who have stated they are unhappy with the edit ABC is giving them, have now moved in together. The couple spoke to UsWeekly about cohabiting and a possible engagement.

“Right now we just moved in [to] our apartment. We’re just starting to furnish it,” said Vienna. “We will eventually get engaged, yes… We’re just step by step right now.” Kasey, 27, chimes in, “One of my favorite things to do together is just sit at home and relax… I love when she cooks for me because she is an amazing cook.”

And despite the fact that the world can see them fighting every other second Monday nights on ABC, Vienna claims the two hardly ever fight. Uh uh. “I love living with this man because the only thing we ever fought about when we weren’t together was that we weren’t together,” said Vienna “We have an amazing relationship. We really are so happy together! I love going to bed with him and I love waking up to him.”

TELL US – DO YOU THINK JAKE IS FAKE? PLUS THOUGHTS ON VIENNA’S RELATIONSHIP WITH KASEY?

While the Bachelor Pad star Vienna Girardi has managed to turn most of her fellow contestants against her ex-fiance Jake Pavelka, the show host Chris Harrison is now speaking out against her, accusing her of playing the victim.

In an all new interview with TV Guide, Chris talks Vienna and her unsuccessful attempt to stage a walkout on the show, while also discussing Kasey’s control of the game, plus Gia and Ames’ exits. Excerpts from Chris’ interview below -

Were you taken aback by Vienna claiming that the show was “cheating?”
Harrison: You can play the victim all you want … but if you’re going to start accusing the show I’m not going to stand for it. Who’s keeping you here? .That’s why when she said that, I said, “If you don’t like it, then leave.” Literally, she was trying to have this coup d’etat and stage a walkout. … it’s not the last temper tantrum that a houseguest will have this season.

Are you surprised she still refuses to speak to Jake?
Harrison: I’m surprised overall that she just won’t let it go and she just won’t bury the hatchet. In her defense, I think she’s acting out of emotion, and I don’t think she’s taking under consideration the public perception of her. She has to realize she’s on a show and even if you don’t want this closure with Jake, when he comes up to you five times and you diss him like that, it’s going to be perceived pretty badly.

What about Kasey’s game moves this week?
Harrison: It’s impressive how he’s the Godfather of the house right now. It’s funny how Vienna thinks she’s really a part of it too, but she’s really not. She doesn’t realize how much Kasey is really the one in control of this game, at least up until this point. He’s played it beautifully, I have to say.

Did you expect Gia to leave the show?
Harrison: That got out of hand so quickly and I have no idea how she went from zero to I’m leaving. She got caught … trying to strategize and break up Kasey and Vienna, and then when Graham and Kasey played the game better than her, she got pissed, upset, her feelings got hurt and she left. I think it was more, “I’m about to be voted out so instead of losing, I quit.”

How incredible was Ames’ exit?
Harrison: That was one of the greatest moves I’ve seen in Bachelor history. Ames showed that, “I don’t need this, it’s not going to change my life that much, but leaving here with my dignity and with my love is more important.” It was a storybook moment only Ames [could do], it was a beautiful moment and funny to see the cast applauding.

And tonight on ABC, a new episode of the Bachelor Pad airs. On the new episode, the guys and gals face a synchronized-swimming challenge, Jake finds (and Kasey and Vienna lose) allies. Meanwhile, Melissa gets mad at Blake, and the formerly affianced Michael and Holly share what might be a defining moment in their relationship. It airs at 8/7c.

It seems losing the Bachelorette might have been the best thing to ever happen to Ben Flajnik!

First Ben went out on a date with Jennifer Love Hewitt just days after the Bachelorette finale (she revealed her crush on him via twitter) and now a new report is stating Ben has become the front runner to be the next Bachelor! The others being considered for the gig include Ames Brown and Ryan Park.

“Everyone wants [Ben] to find the woman of his dreams,” an insider told UsWeekly. Ashley Hebert, 27, was reportedly the first woman Ben really opened up to since the death of his father in 2006. “He loved Ashley,” says a source.

Even show host Chris Harrison agrees than Ben deserves a chance to find Mrs. Right. “Our fans would love to see him as the Bachelor,” he said. “He’d be great.”

Even better for Ben, he has the fans of the show on his side! In a poll conducted by UsWeekly, 53 percent of voters wanted Ben to be the next Bachelor, while 27 percent voted for Ames and 20 percent for Ryan.

And in other Bachelor news we hope never comes to light, former/most hated Bachelor ever Jake Pavelka revealed yesterday that he would be open to doing the Bachelor once again! Wowzers.

Jake, who’s first stint on the show ended in a pretty disastrous break up, revealed he wouldn’t mind becoming the Bachelor again though “but not right away.” The Famewhore Pilot, who is currently starring on two reality shows, adds that “the show works,” and even though his relationship with Vienna Girardi, 25, “didn’t work out,” that didn’t mean he didn’t find love.

As the casting rumors for who will be the next Bachelor star continue to heat up, former most hated Bachelor Jake Pavelka is now voicing his opinion on who he thinks should get the gig.

According to Jake, who is currently starring on the Bachelor Pad, Ryan Park, a 31-year-old solar energy executive, should be the next Bachelor.

“I think he’d be pretty good at meeting the audience,” said Jake. “He wears his heart on his sleeve.” But do viewers agree with Jake? According to a poll by UsWeekly asking fans who should be the next Bachelor, Ryan received the least amount of votes.

Ashley Hebert’s runner up Ben Flajnik, was the clear favorite garnering over 53% of the votes. Ames Brown came in second with over 27%, and Ryan came in last with only 20% of the votes.

Ames is said to be out of the running as he already has a new girlfriend – Bachelor alum Jackie Gordon. So it appears the new Bachelor will come down to Ben and Ryan. Reports state Ryan is the front runner with ABC. Ben is however enjoying the single life. A week after he was reported to be dating Bachelor alum Britt Billmaier, Reality Steve tweeted yesterday that Ben was out on a date this weekend with Jennifer Love Hewitt. Yes, the actress Jennifer Love Hewitt.

In other Bachelor news, Vienna Girardi and her boyfriend Kasey Kahl continue to go strong. In fact, the two told PEOPLE magazine they are now planning to move in together.

“We are looking at apartments and will take the next step in our relationship,” Vienna told PEOPLE Sunday night. “She’s my girl! I love her. She’s my everything. She’s my future, she’s my forever, she’s my love,” added Kasey.

TELL US – WHO DO YOU WANT TO SEE AS THE NEXT BACHELOR?

With the second season of Bachelor Pad set to debut tonight on ABC, Jake Pavelka is doing press to promote the show.

In an interview with UsWeekly, Jake discusses the new nose job of his former fiance Vienna Girardi. “I knew she had some elective surgery done,” Jake, 33, says of Vienna, 25. “I haven’t seen the pictures, but she looked fine before it.” He continued, “Whatever makes her happy.”

Nice words there by Jake. Though in another interview with Access Hollywood, Jake once again talks about his nasty break up with Vienna, revealing she actually had her publicist dump him on her behalf.

“I got a call from her publicist saying Vienna has sold your break up story to Star Magazine and your relationship is over,” said Jake during the interview. This however didn’t stop Jake from agreeing to face off with Vienna and her new boyfriend Kasey Kahl on the Bachelor Pad in a chance to win $250,000.

Jake however assures us he didn’t go there for the money. “I went for resolution with Vienna, to find peace in myself, give her peace so she can move on with whatever she wants to do and give America closure,” said Jake. Evidently this resolution needed to be done on camera. And who knew America needed closure?

Former Bachelor “winner” Vienna Girardi is showing off her new nose job today!

In an exclusive interview with UsWeekly, Vienna, 25, opens up on why she decided to go under the knife. “I always felt like I had this little face with, like, a Mr. Potato Head nose!” says Vienna who befriended Bachelor Pad castmate Erica Rose, 28, while filming Bachelor Pad 2, and couldn’t help but admire Erica’s profile.

“Erica said, ‘Oh,’ I had my nose done! My dad [Houston-based plastic surgeon Franklin Rose] will do yours!’ A week after, I had a plane ticket!” reveals Vienna.

She however adds that her decision to get plastic surgery wasn’t a hasty one but something she’s been wanting to do for years. “It’s something I’ve wanted since I was 9 or 10,” she explains. “In school, they called me Pinocchio. After The Bachelor, bloggers called me ‘horse face.’ Evil names. I event went blonde because my dark hair made my nose look bigger!”

Vienna who has admitted to getting breast implants in the past says she is now done with surgery, adding that she “definitely” won’t be getting anything else done in the near future. “I’m not saying get 20 surgeries, but if there’s something you don’t like about yourself, go ahead and change it!” she advises.

Vienna will appear alongside her ex-fiance Jake Pavelka on ABC’s The Bachelor Pad season 2 which premieres August 8 at 8/7c.
