Andy opens with the obvious question – why are David and Shannon torturing us, err, themselves, err, their girls with this “All About The Affair” interview?
“There’s been a tremendous backlash to Shannon,” says David. “It’s amazing that people that are on social media just completely shred her about Shannon and I’s relationship, about how I am completely removed from the marriage and look at my eyes, and it’s not true. I love Shannon. I love my family. It’s so unfair to her. That is really the reason I’m here. I’m not looking forward to this. I don’t want to be here, but I hate the fact that they attack Shannon over this. I hate it.”
A snippet from the press release: “After vows have been broken, Bravo delves into the hardships and gut-wrenching truths of repairing a strained marriage as Andy Cohen hosts a special Watch What Happens Live one-on-one with Shannon and David Beador, airing Monday, October 5 at 11 PM ET/PT. The couple talks candidly about what led to David’s infidelity, whether he was in love with his mistress, and if their relationship is strong enough to move forward and keep their family together.” Check out two preview clips from the special below.
Andy starts off by asking a viewer question. Why does Heather think Brooks and Vicki Gunvalson chose to show Tamra Judgehis PET scan paperwork. “It’s an interesting question. We’re shooting the reunion this week, so there’s things I will not say tonight. But I will say, I’m married to a doctor, I like to think I have a little MD married to doctor, Shannon goes to lots of doctors, Meghan’s been in the medical field, choosing Tamra was an odd choice.” Andy asks if Meghan really worked in the medical field and Heather says “yes, she worked in medical sales for a long time.”
Shannon on the current state of her relationship with Vicki Gunvalson: “We’re not speaking.” Does she think it’ll ever be the same? “No.” She’s still irked that Vicki denies asking for help, but she says she would’ve helped even if Vicki hadn’t.
Also, the comings and goings include the season premieres of The Voice, The Amazing Race, Survivor, and Shark Tank and the season finales of Married to Medicine, Big Brother, Bring It!, and Teen Mom 2.

They start off talking about different dramatic storylines this season on RHOC, so Andy asks Ramona her thoughts on several of the situations. Andy asks Ramona what she thinks of the OC ladies not believing that Brooks Ayers has cancer. “If he’s lying about, it’s a pretty emotionally ill thing and should call him out on it because it means he has problems. And if he is really ill, just leave him alone.”
