Getting sued by a lawyer seems like an impossible battle to win, but apparently that is what going on with former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Gretchen Rossi. She supposedly has a lot of unpaid legal fees.
I am not super shocked by this to be honest. I mean those Gretchen Christine handbags aren’t going to buy themselves – if they are still a thing. I have no idea if she’s still pushing those or not since she isn’t on the show anymore. I only see her on social media when she’s randomly hanging with Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd to mess with Tamra Judge.

According to TMZ, Gretchen is being sued by the California law firm Brown & Charbonneau, LLP “after she stiffed a law firm for hundreds of thousands of dollars.” That seems like a #TotalSladeMove. Or at least I imagine it would be since the last time Slade Smiley was on RHOC, Gretchen was whining about his debts.
According to the suit, Gretchen’s debts go back to 2013 for one payment of $285,000 and another for $16,000 for some sort of harassment case.

Gretchen says this whole mess is a “misunderstanding” (of course) and that she plans to pay them after she “collects in an unrelated legal matter.”
So I guess she isn’t selling that many handbags?
