The Real Housewives of Potomac season 2 premieres off tonight, hoping to woo Real Housewives fans back and to prove they’re better and more exciting than their luke-warm first season.
One of the show’s returning cast members, Charrisse Jackson-Jordan, shared that she’s looking forward to the chance to show who she really is this time around. Charrisse admits that season one wasn’t her best and she’s feeling much more comfortable with the format now.
Charrisse tells Bravo’s Daily Dish, “For me, it’s a different level of comfort with it, primarily because last season when I started filming, my life was in chaos, so that wasn’t the best time to start filming a reality show. But I’ve gotten past a lot of that, and so it’s easier for me to communicate what’s going on in my life, whereas last season, I probably was more reserved.”
Charrisse says she saw herself as “a very sad person” and “miserable” when she watched season 1 as it aired. She credits the episodes as a huge help, “Watching that, I was like, ‘OK, you need to get your stuff together.’ And so, I just kind of changed my whole position of who I was as a person because of Season 1.”

On how season 2 will be different, “My marriage was something that I wanted last season, and this season, I’ve accepted that it’s not meant to be. And I’m moving on and accepting it and finding ways to get my life back.”
