Danielle Staub & Marty Caffrey Are Officially Divorced! Danielle Gives The Finger Outside Courthouse

Two months into their marriage, Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey announced that they were going their separate ways. Their divorce proceedings lasted even longer than the marriage itself. Now, it’s official.

They are finally divorced! Even though they are still living together in the same house. So how does Danielle feel now that it’s all done? She’s handling the situation with respect and maturity. Just kidding. This is Danielle we are talking about. Come on.

The TMZ cameras caught up with Danielle walking out of the courthouse. She declared, “I’m very happy!” Then she held up the divorce papers and stuck up her middle finger.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG admitted that she is “so relieved.”

Then she remarked “I never took his name for a reason. Because who wants to be called Caffrey? Staub is my name don’t forget it.”

The TMZ videographer asked, “Are you ready to dip your toes back into the dating pool?” This prompted Danielle to reveal, “I’ve been dipping already.”

Then she declared, “I will be buying the house.” According to an article from People, Danielle has to move out of the house by April, unless she buys it.

Danielle was not surprised when the TMZ paparazzo said that Marty wanted to become friends with her post-divorce. She commented, “Of course he does. Because he’s thirsty. Who hires a publicist as a retired whatever he did?” Someone who’s been getting dragged on social media, in interviews, and in news articles.

Danielle was much more polished in the statement her representative shared with People: “Danielle is very much looking forward to moving on to the next chapter of her life and is excited to see what that will look like.” The statement also said, “She is incredibly grateful for all the support she has received from her children, family and friends.”

Marty told People, “Now that the divorce is final, I feel great relief as well as sadness.” He continued, “Relief comes as I have finally reached the end of the twisted road I was dragged down. I am looking forward to moving on in life with my supportive and loving family and friends around me. However, Danielle and I did fall in love, and it is sad to part from each other this way after experiencing something special together.”

Marty admitted, “Looking back on our relationship, it is hard to reconcile that the camera and the show were more important to her than her relationship was with me.”

The marriage is over, but is this the last that we will hear of their drama? Only time will tell.
