When Danielle Staub rejoined Real Housewives of New Jersey, Dolores Catania saw right through her bullshit. On the other hand, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs, and Teresa Giudice were feeding into it. Hell, they were all bridesmaids in her televised wedding.
Now, Teresa and Danielle are on the outs, but it’s unclear what exactly went down. They’re not following each other on Instagram, making their rift social media official. Last season, the RHONJ ladies were sick of Danielle’s antics, but she managed to charm Teresa with that “best friends” necklace and kissing her ass whenever possible. Now, Danielle is really on the outs and Melissa has something to do with that.
In an interview with AOL, Melissa shared, “She is a spit-fire, we all know this. She’s always good to come in and cause a little action, stir the pot and cause drama.” Yes. She. Is. Danielle couldn’t be boring if her life depended on it.
Melissa claimed, “Personally, for me, this season I kind of go head-to-head with her a little bit. I do. I’m always down with someone coming through like the Tasmanian Devil, because I love to tell them they’re wrong. That’s my one strong point: If you’re wrong, I’m going to tell you you’re wrong.” This sounds on point. Melissa loves telling her costars that they’re in wrong. In fact, most human beings Real Housewives do. At least it will provide us with a break from Melissa constantly promoting her clothing store.

It’s still unclear what happened with Danielle, but it doesn’t seem like any of them want anything to do with her and that’s totally fine with Melissa. She’s happy with the full-time cast the way it is. Sorry, Danielle. You may be an OG, but you’ve been part-time for two-going-on-three seasons now.
Melissa remarked, “‘Jersey’ is one of the hardest franchises to cast. No one would believe it, but Andy [Cohen] says it all the time: It’s impossible. It’s very hard to mesh with family when you’re an outsider and fit in, but finally we found a cast that works with Teresa and I, and I think we’ll hold onto this cast for a while.”

I love how she says that they finally found a cast that works for her and Teresa instead of the show in general. Then, again, she’s not really wrong. This is the Teresa Giudice Show, for the most part. Let’s be honest.
