This puppygate storyline on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has infiltrated many Bravo shows. Well, not the shows themselves, but the cast members have shared their opinions. Vanderpump Rules stars Stassi Schroeder and Lala Kent shared their opinions on who is at fault. Their costar Scheana Marie even said that she has empathy for Kyle Richards following that fight with Lisa Vanderpump at Villa Rosa. Kyle blamed Lisa for leaking the story about Dorit Kemsley’s failed dog adoption. In
Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes “MJ” Javid went public with her stance on the storyline. She is a very avid member of Team Vanderpump. Now, Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is sharing her two cents, which is very interesting since she has been friends with Kyle and Lisa Rinna for decades.
Lindsay Lohan just wrapped the first
and only season of Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club. Her show was billed as a Vanderpump Rules style show. Which was somewhat true as the cast mostly partied and got into fights.
However, Lindsay wasn’t around as much in the boss role like Lisa Vanderpump. Instead, the witty and fabulous Panos Spentzos was in charge. Andy Cohen, get Panos his own show stat! There’s no word yet if Lindsay’s show is going to get picked up for a second season. But if it does, it doesn’t seem like the cast of Vanderpump Rules is shaking in their boots. Especially Scheana Marie.
Last season on Southern Charm, Austen Kroll‘s female costars thought he might be turning into the new Shep Rose, otherwise known as “Shep 2.0.” Those are very big shoes to fill. But once Austen seemed to settle into long-term unemployment and mess things up with costar Chelsea Meissner, who often picked up the tab on their dates, it looked like a good fit.
In his defense, Austen was trying to create his own line of beer. At least it seemed like a more viable business than Craig Conover’s pillow line. At the Season 5 reunion, Austen told host Andy Cohen that he was still in “stages” with his beer, which meant trying out names, networking and branding.
Apparently, the Vanderpump Rules reunion for Season 7 was quite a doozy. In the past, we’ve seen Scheana Marie cry about the demise of her marriage to Mike Shay. We’ve been entertained by James Kennedy crawling across the floor whilst imitating Stassi Schroeder’s return to the show. We’ve witnessed Katie Maloney be
a refreshing ray of sunshine Katie Maloney.
Through it all, Lisa Vanderpump has tried to corral the group of
level 10 messes thirtysomethings into people who can somehow provide a lasting impact on humanity. Or at least steer clear of a social disease outbreak worthy of a CDC visit. That said, this reunion is evidently one for the record books. Lots of intensity and maybe some physical contact has appeared on the menu, courtesy of your SUR servers.
Real Housewives Of Atlanta is really milking the everyone vs. NeNe Leakes scenario for all it’s worth – and I am so glad! NeNe has been prancing around like Marie Antoinette with her wigs piled high on her fake haughty head and it’s time for a new queen [hair flip!]. Or no queen, and just a equal well-connected cast of women who have fun, light drama, and interesting lives.
Seriously, though, I’m excited by the insurgency of the rest of the cast with their unwillingness to uphold the narrative that NeNe has immunity. She doesn’t nor should she. It’s more than about time that NeNe’s wig glue melted! NeNe is essentially mad for the sake of being mad (or maybe, benefit of the doubt: there’s some stuff we, the viewers, didn’t see).
After a [low-rated, boring ass] season of making everything about how NeNe is feeling and not upsetting the NeNe cart, NeNe’s now accusing everyone of turning on her. She expects Andy Cohen to support her to get the other women in line. But it’s not going to go that way. Not this time!
Even before the episode actually aired, the clip of Ken Todd declaring “Bye Kyle!” was instantly legendary. That’s how the fans felt at least. For Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards that was a very painful day. They ended a twelve-year friendship. They haven’t even spoken since the day Lisa and Ken kicked Kyle out of Villa Rosa.
They’ve had arguments in the past, but those got resolved a few episodes later. This time, it’s very different. Lisa stopped filming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in the middle of the season. They haven’t seen each other since that day. Now, their fellow RHOBH OG cast member Camille Grammer is weighing in on the fight.
After a season that got off to a super slow fashion-filled start, Real Housewives of Atlanta delivered with the finale episode. Actually, the season redeemed itself as soon as NeNe Leakes stormed into her closet and kicked out Porsha Williams and Kandi Burruss. Oh, and she pulled off a cameraman’s shirt. And (allegedly) pregnant Porsha’s belt.
From that point on, the tension was thick and NeNe had more enemies than friends. There has been a lot of social media messiness and shade thrown ever since the reunion taping. NeNe actually unfollowed everyone from the show except for Marlo Hampton and Shamari DeVoe? What about her “little sis” Porsha and her other “little sis”
that she talks shit about Eva Marcille? Yep, they’re unfollowed. Even Tanya Sam, arguably the nicest person in the cast, got unfollowed. Then again, NeNe was coming for her all season, so it was just a matter of time. So what exactly went down at the reunion?
Season 9 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills certainly has focused on one issue—what happened to Lucy Lucy Apple Juice. We all know that Dorit Kemsley and her husband, PK Kemsley, violated their adoption contract with Vanderpump Dogs by re-homing Lucy rather than returning her to Lisa Vanderpump’s organization. Lucy nipped the children and PK, so it is understandable that Dorit had to make some hard decisions. But Dorit had previously returned a dog to Vanderpump Dogs, so she should have known the rules. Somehow poor Lucy ended up in a kill shelter. If only Dorit had read the contract that she signed, or just given the dog back, all of this would have been avoided. And we would instead be speculating about why Harry Hamlin is spending so much time in the Canadian wilderness without wife Lisa Rinna. (Sorry, Rinna!)
Dorit and PK are under mounting financial pressure, so it isn’t shocking that they didn’t pay Vanderpump Dogs the $5,000 fee for violating the contract. “Puppy gate” has rippled through the entire RHOBH cast. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave says that Lisa instructed employees John Sessa and John Blizzard share information about Dorit’s dastardly deed with Teddi. Kyle Richards believes, along with every other Beverly Hills Housewife, that Lisa leaked the story about Dorit to the press.
