Peter Thomas Calls Phaedra Parks A Liar; Takes Credit For Cynthia Bailey’s Business Success And Confirms Filming A SpinOff

Peter Thomas recently spilled all his shade about his divorce from Cynthia Bailey, his feelings towards Phaedra Parks and her divorce from Apollo Nida, how Real Housewives Of Atlanta has affected his life, and the new spinoff he’s filming with RHOA producers! More Money Woes For Cynthia Bailey & Peter Thomas – Bar One Gets An Eviction Notice!

Perennially struggling business owner Peter Thomas has been hit with yet another eviction notice for non-payment. After moving Bar One in the wake of financial issues and delaying the reopening indefinitely, Peter and his business partner/wife Cynthia Bailey are already behind on rent!

Court documents seeking to evict Peter and Cynthia’s Bar One demonstrate that the Real Housewives Of Atlanta couple owed $1869 for back rent and fines on the Auburn Avenue location. Bar One Atlanta moved locations last year and has been promising a reopening since January 2015 – but in fact the bar has never actually opened its doors! Instead Cynthia and Peter have just been renting the space while ostensibly renovating and apparently they’re running out of money.

Peter Thomas Casting For A Spinoff Reality Show! Plus, Real Housewives Of Atlanta Still Filming?

Peter Thomas will never give up his quest for reality television relevance! The man who wishes more than anything on earth to hold his very own Real Housewives Of Atlanta peach is dealing with rejection by going forward to get his own spinoff show!

In the past Peter has expressed a desire to have a spinoff that chronicles his restaurants similar to Lisa Vanderpump‘s spinoff Vanderpump Rules. Unfortunately the difference is, other than Lisa being inherently likable, is that Lisa is able to keep a business OPEN and run it successfully. Peter, on the other hand, is routinely closing failed businesses and opening new ones! Such as the case with his newest venture Sports One, a sports bar and grill in Charlotte, NC which Peter opened with Kordell Stewart.

Peter and Cynthia Bailey recently posted casting notices for a new Sports One centered reality show on instagram.

Photos: Peter Thomas And Cynthia Bailey Celebrate His Birthday And The Closing Of Bar One!

Oh what a momentous occasion – the celebration of Peter Thomas‘s birth. The old ~~bitch~~ man of Real Housewives Of Atlanta and his wife Cynthia Bailey celebrated with a big fete that he dubbed a “celebrity birthday party” ~~Where were the celebs?~~

But that wasn’t the only cause for partying – as we reported yesterday Bar One is temporarily closing and reopening in a few months at a new location. Peter’s birthday party doubled as the final event at Bar One: Original Crispy!

“Come help us celebrate our final days @baroneatl as we are relocating to bring you a bigger more spacious location,” Bar One announced on Instagram.

Cynthia Bailey And Peter Thomas Move Bar One! Cynthia Hosts A Casting Call For Ebony Magazine!

Ahhh… the saga of Peter Thomas and Bar One continues. Thank goodness he has Cynthia Bailey forever by his side as source of continual ~~financial~~ support.

If you recall, Peter was haggling with the landlord in court amid allegations that he owed $100,000 in back rent, fees, taxes, and utilities. The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star countered that he did pay but the landlord, but maintains the landlord wasn’t depositing the money in the bank to pay bills. Peter claims that as a result the building lapsed into foreclosure.

The owners listed the property for sale in March. Peter and Cynthia tried to buy it but someone else outbid them, so Bar One is on the move! While initially distressing given the “success” of the venue, Cynthia acknowledges it was probably for the best. “We had a lot of problems. It’s a residential neighborhood and people didn’t like the music and cars. People were always complaining.”

Peter Thomas’ Bar One Slapped With Massive Tax Lien!

Oh man does Peter Thomas need to pursue another line of work besides business ownership because Bar One is in trouble again!

Bar One has struggled with foreclosure and filed for bankruptcy last year, which necessitated Peter borrowing money from his wife Cynthia Bailey to stay afloat. He also owes back taxes to the State of Georgia!

Peter just opened a Sports One locale in Charlotte, NC with partner Kordell Stewart and is hoping to land a spinoff for the venture. Perhaps Bravo should film a spinoff about Bar One Atlanta’s legal problems instead, because the feds just issued a $43,000 tax lien against it! #PAYYOURBILLSFOOL

Report: Peter Thomas Filed For Bankruptcy; Borrowed Money From Cynthia Bailey To Keep Businesses Afloat!

Peter Thomas‘s financial issues are nothing new – nor are his business failures.

His first season on Real Housewives of Atlanta he was seen losing his bar Uptown, but then Peter opened BarOne and announced he not only plans to expand BarOne, but also to open SportsOne in Charlotte, NC with new business partner Kordell Stewart – and to film a spinoff show about the bar business.

Now comes a report that Peter filed for bankruptcy and was borrowing money, again, from wife Cynthia Bailey to keep his business afloat. A report reveals that in 2013, Peter, via BarOne, filed for bankruptcy owing over $322,000k to various creditors including the IRS and his wife! At that time Peter claimed BarOne’s assets were only $61,000k.

According to documents, Bar One filed for Chapter 11, which would expunge their debts. Listed as creditors are $32,000 owed to the IRS, $118,000 to the State of Georgia for taxes, a slew of other debts, and a whopping $60,000 owed to Peter, himself, for personal monies he investing in the business and was using to cover its operating costs.

Ready For The Real House Husbands Of Atlanta? Plus, Peter Thomas Confirms Apollo Nida Jail Time?

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Peter Thomas was dropping quite a few secrets earlier this week from the red carpet of the Debra Lee PRE dinner, when he spoke to Madame Noire. During his red carpet interview he talked about a RHOA spin-off, the latest on his costar Apollo Nida and his brand new Bar One.

Peter Thomas has made no secret of his dreams of having a RHOA spin-off following the guys from Atlanta — Real House Husbands of Atlanta. Although Bravo — or any other network for that matter — has made no announcement, Peter seems to confirm that the show is a go during his interview.

Could be wishful thinking on his part, but a spin-off may be just what the Dr. ordered if rumors that his wife Cynthia Bailey has been axed. But is that the spin-off he is talking about? Because there have been some other spin-off rumors…
