Vanderpump Rules fans finally got to see Beau Clark pop the question to Stassi Schroeder. Beau chose the most romantic place that Stassi would love–a cemetery. The couple were discussing investing in a mausoleum built for two.
The duo are set to wed in October in Rome. Understandably, their plans may be impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. Pump Rules co-star Lala Kent and her man, Randall Emmett, had to postpone their April wedding until July for the same reason.
Kristen Doute has had a rough go this season of Vanderpump Rules. We’re watching her toxic relationship with Brian Carter crumble. Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney-Schwartz are also icing her out – because of that crumbling relationship? I don’t even know, still confused. An earlier post about the Witches of WeHo gives additional details, but right now, I’m team Kristen all the way!
In real-time, Kristen has stopped seeing Carter and is now in a relationship with Alex Menache, a grown man with a real job! But unfortunately for Kristen, anything good seems to turn sour rather quickly. With the news of her new man came a nasty rumor that Kristen was pregnant. Spoiler alert – she’s not – and is, rightfully, upset.
Vanderump Rules’ stars Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark have really kicked their relationship up a few notches. While we already knew they were engaged, we finally got to see it play out on the latest episode of VPR. It wasn’t my personal style, but it was cute and seemed to suit the couple and their dynamic well. That sentiment goes for a lot of their unconventional dynamic. This includes the recent dust up over a picture of Stassi and Beau hugging Jax Taylor at their surprise engagement party. It’s the mature thing to do, but I’m not sure how Stassi is friends with Jax after the way he treated her. But I digress.
Aside from all that, the Stassi and Beau have been happily planning their wedding. Unfortunately, those plans may or may not happen due to the coronavirus outbreak. They are scheduled to wed in Italy in October of this year and there is still a good possibility it will be cancelled. Cast mate Lala Kent already had to do the same for her April nuptials to fiance Randall Emmett. Even the VPR reunion has been affected by quarantine, being postponed until further notice. Stassi and Beau found a bright side to quarantine.
Usually, engagements are a joyous occasion, but not on reality TV. There’s always a little bit of drama, especially on Vanderpump Rules. On the most recent episode, Beau Clark popped the question to Stassi Schroeder. She said yes, of course, and they celebrated afterward with a gathering at Lisa Vanderpump’s house.
Everyone was there. Well, pretty much everyone from the main cast was there. None of the newbies were included because, well, duh. There was one empty seat though. There was actually a chair saved for Kristen Doute, just to remind everyone that she wasn’t included. Lala Kent also called her to let her know/make Kristen feel worse. Kristen’s ex [Brian] Carter made things even worse for her when he sent Beau a text trashing him for excluding Kristen when she’s the one who introduced them. Considering that Stassi and Kristen are still trashing each other in the press, on social media, and on podcasts, no one is surprised that Stassi is happy Kristen was absent. However, Beau, being the sweet soul he appears to be, does have some regrets.
Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder is finally engaged to sweet, loveable Beau Clark. Beau popped the question at a cemetery. Who says romance is dead? The only person not invited to celebrate at the engagement party was Kristen Doute.
Viewers of Pump Rules have watched this season as Stassi and Katie Maloney kicked Kristen out of the Witches of WeHo. Katie and Stassi made it clear at the wine launch for their rose Potion No. 2 that they also wanted to end this business arrangement with Kristen.
The kids from Vanderpump Rules have given us a whole different vibe this season. Can I even call them kids anymore? No, I guess I really can’t. We were lured into the show with messy breakups, cheating, flings, and physical violence. Those days are long gone and while there is still some drama, the cast has grown up. I mean, the drama hits a little different when people are arguing about who gets to be in their wedding. Speaking of, as if you didn’t already know (snort), Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright got married. Not only did they talk about it all season but the episode was quite the affair. They all bought houses, most notably Ariana Madix with Tom Sandoval and Katie Maloney with husband, Tom Schwartz. Finally, Stassi Schroeder and her fan fav of a boyfriend, Beau Clark, got engaged.
It’s no surprise that this tight knit crew came together to celebrate the event, like they did the others. But not everyone thinks the cast should be, well, as tight as they appear to be.
You guys we just got through another Vanderpump Rules wedding, and now we’re rushed right into another engagement. I just… don’t… think… I … can… take… it. I am fatigued, y’all. Fatigued! I feel about these weddings the way everyone else on this show feels about their friendships with Kristen Doute. I am wrung out on made-for-TV pseudo-happiness and forever afters.
The latest couple to plod towards the aisle escorted by all the Bravo trappings is Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark. Blah, blah, blah – beautiful proposal, fabulous vintage Tiffany ring (omg – swoon), followed by a fantastic surprise engagement party thrown by Lisa Vanderpump at Villa Rosa which made Brittany Cartwright, former princess bridezilla, jealous. Worth it just for that!
See Brittany is done bride-ing, and is now riding Jax Taylor for the rest of live-long days. She wanted a frog who turned into a prince, but what she got was a frog who turned into an ogre. But at least that ogre can push a lawnmower!
After over a month of Vanderpump Rules episodes leading up to this moment, Beau Clark finally proposes to Stassi Schroeder tonight. The big moment is actually the most Stassi proposal ever, in a graveyard, and filmed by a camera crew, of course.
Most of the cast is invited to celebrate the engagement at Lisa Vanderpump’s house. However, Kristen Doute did not make the cut, yet there’s an empty chair there, for everyone to awkwardly feel her presence. Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright try to comfort Kristen for feeling left out, but something tells me she’s still going to be upset regardless.
