RHONY’s Bethenny Frankel Suing Ex-Husband Jason Hoppy For Custody Of 7-Year Old Daughter, Bryn

The saga of Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy continues. The bitter ex-husband and wife have been embroiled in court battles since their divorce was filed in 2013, most recently escalating into stalking charges against Jason for a verbal confrontation that occurred at their daughter, Bryn’s, school last year. Now, The Real Housewives Of New York star and Skinnygirl mogul is suing Jason for full custody of 7-year old Bryn. The couple currently share custody, but communicate exclusively through third parties.

On December 6th, Bethenny reportedly “reopened her 2013 divorce case” against Jason in order to seek altered custody arrangements, however the parents won’t appear in court until January.

Bethenny Frankel has re-found love again-again. You may think Dennis Shields had gotten his fill of the Skinnygirl and her antics already, but apparently he’s back for a second helping!

Multiple sources confirm that the Real Housewives Of New York star has quietly resumed dating Dennis again. The couple has been cozying-up together in the Hamptons throughout the summer and has been spotted around NYC. Dennis was Bethenny’s date to a recent WWHL appearance, although they kept it on the down-low.

Court Drama Continues For Bethenny Frankel And Jason Hoppy Over Stalking Charges

When you marry for a spinoff, you… um, well the drama never ends! That is certainly the case with Bethenny Frankel and her ex Jason Hoppy who are currently in court battling over stalking and harassment charges!

The drama began after their FOUR-YEAR divorce finally wrapped up. Bethenny reported that Jason was consistently sending her a barrage of nasty texts, FaceTime calls and emails. After Jason publicly confronted her, the Real Housewives Of New York star called the police and had him arrested for stalking and harassment. Further charges followed when he still didn’t stop.

Yesterday Jason was back in court where he decided against accepting a proposed plea deal. Remember when we thought Jason was the normal one? Now it’s more of a case two wrongs don’t make a skinnygirl right!

Luann de Lesseps Says Bethenny Frankel Was Projecting Her Failed Marriage & Divorce Unhappiness By Attacking Her Relationship To Tom D’Agostino.

Hell hath no fury like a Housewife divorced? Last season Bethenny Frankel tearfully exposed Luann de Lesseps‘ fiancé of one minute of cheating, but Luann scoffs that was just Bethenny “projecting her own failed marriage” onto Luann’s perfect, amazing, super blissful, fabulous, happiness! Don’t F–K with A Lu In Love, y’all!

So, like, Luann is projecting her self-described perfect happiness onto Bethenny’s scorn, to cover-up that maybe Tom D’Agostino Jr. is actually a cheater, while Bethenny is simultaneously projecting her belief that marriages fail onto Luann’s insistence that marriages work. Does that make sense to anyone? No – it doesn’t, but I need a side-job writing Housewives-related questions for the SAT Test.

Anyway, of last season’s Real Housewives Of New York Berkshire explosion/Miami cheating-gate, Luann says, “Poor Bethenny… You know what, I felt bad for her because she was crying so hard for herself, really. [The tears] it’s not really meant for me – I think it’s issues she’s having herself.”

You’d think Bethenny Frankel would be completely over dealing with attorneys, courts, and ex-husband Jason Hoppy after her extremely acrimonious 3-year divorce, but not so! Instead Bethenny just filed a $2 million dollar lawsuit against her former property attorney.

The Real Housewives Of New York star claims that Jason with the aid of an attorney screwed her in the purchasing of her $5 million dollar Tribeca condo, the ownership of which was at the center of their super messy divorce.

Bethenny’s Boyfriend Threatens To Sue Jason Hoppy Over Nasty Emails

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy‘s divorce is done and over, but it seems that things are far from civil and settled. It appears that Jason is harboring some hardcore hatred for his former wife and has been seen sending nasty and harassing emails to her and her boyfriend, Dennis Shields. And Dennis has had it up to here.

According to new reports, Dennis is threatening to sue Jason. He has allegedly been sending hateful emails to Bethenny (almost 50 in the last 70 days alone!) and cc’ing Dennis on them.
