Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice is doing everything in his power to avoid deportation to Italy. Joe and his wife, Teresa Giudice, pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges in 2014. Teresa served nearly one year
at camp in jail. Joe received a sentence of 41 months. He was released from prison and taken into ICE custody on March 14, 2019.
Joe, who came to the United States when he was one year old, never became a United States citizen. Since he committed a crime of “moral turpitude” he was ordered to be deported. Joe filed an appeal in November of 2018. In July, Joe submitted a brief that detailed the reasons why he should be allowed to live in the United States. This was met with a 40-page rebuttal from the Attorney General stating why the original order to deport Joe should be upheld. Ouch!
It’s unclear what sort of internet access Joe Giudice had while he was in prison, but there’s no doubt that his family members have been following along with the news stories while he’s been locked up. His wife Teresa Giudice has been photographed holding hands with Blake Schreck, a man in his twenties.
She also said on the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion that she would divorce Joe if he gets deported. Not only that, but her own social media posts aren’t doing the RHONJ star any favors. Of course, she doesn’t post photos of every single thing that she does, but sure seems to be out on the town a lot these days.
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe Giudice, won a small victory while waiting to see if he will be deported to his native Italy. While he is waiting to find out the court’s final decision, he can stay in the United States but will remain in ICE custody. As you may recall, the couple plead guilty to federal fraud charges, and served staggered prison sentences so that one parent could be at home to care for their daughters.
Joe was taken by ICE after completing his prison sentence. Teresa took their four daughters to visit Joe on May 22 for Joe’s birthday. It was their first time visiting him while Juicy Joe was in ICE custody.
In more serious developments, Teresa revealed at the reunion that if her husband, Joe Giudice, is deported to Italy, that they will divorce. Joe finished serving his prison sentence and was transferred to ICE custody on March 14, 2019. He is waiting to hear the results of his appeal. And Teresa has been spending some quality time with a much-younger man, and possible boyfriend, Blake Schreck. Teresa denies that they are dating. Apparently, they just enjoy holding hands in public.
The last Real Housewives of New Jersey was a revival for the show. They didn’t even need to bring in Kim DePaola, aka Kim D, to make things interesting. However, she’s still doing that. It’s just not in front of the Bravo cameras.
She still has a ton of tea to spill on her enemies Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga. She discussed Joe Giudice’s possible deportation to Italy. As expected, she had a lot to say about the Teresa cheating allegations. She even came for Joe Gorga. It was a glorified family affair- with a little Ramona Singer shade thrown in to mix things up.
Real Housewives of New Jersey fans, and some former co-stars, are still buzzing about Teresa Giudice’s decision to
ditch split with husband Joe Giudice if he is, in fact, deported to Italy. Juicy Joe is finishing his 41-month sentence for federal fraud charges. He is due to be released in March of 2019. He moved to the United States when he was one-year-old, but never became a US citizen. Juicy Joe’s destination hasn’t been decided yet because he is awaiting the results of the appeal that he filed in November of 2018.
Teresa confirmed on the Season 9 reunion that she and Juicy would be parting ways if he is deported. She also assured everyone that she has been a faithful wife. Even so, Teresa has been spotted out and about with a much younger man, New Jersey realtor Blake Schreck. Perhaps Teresa and Blake were discussing some real estate opportunities? RHONJ fans knew that alum Jacqueline Laurita would, of course, weigh in on the Giudice situation.
Real Housewives of New Jersey fans finally saw Teresa Giudice spell out what the future holds if her husband, Joe Giudice, is deported to Italy. During the Season 9 reunion, Teresa revealed that she and Juicy Joe will part ways instead of Teresa moving their four daughters to Italy. Her fellow Jersey Housewives, especially Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin, were stunned. What happened to all those traditional, old-school values, Teresa?
In 2014, Teresa and Juicy plead guilty to federal fraud charges. Teresa served nearly a year
in prison at camp. Juicy is scheduled to be deported in March of 2019, after completing his 41-month long prison stint. He came to the United States when he was only one-year-old, but never became a citizen. Juicy filed an appeal in November of 2018, hoping to stay in the U.S. with his family. Teresa also revealed during the reunion that she is not willing to have a long-distance relationship. She also claimed that she has been faithful to Joe and uses a vibrator. There are some things that I wish I didn’t know, and that is one of them. I guess those sightings of Teresa with much younger man Blake Schreck were just some platonic hand-holding sessions. But one person who is firmly in Teresa’s corner is her brother, Joe Gorga.
Revenge is a dish that Kim DePaola likes to serve hot. The recurring guest and chief pot stirrer on the Real Housewives of New Jersey is the queen of gossip. Particularly when the topic is Teresa Giudice. That’s not a one-way street though. During the Season 8 reunion, Tre infamously accused Kim D of being a madam.
Kim D has gleefully chimed in on the heated speculation surrounding the state of Tre’s marriage now that rumors of infidelity are swirling around. What’s the latest? Those photos catching Tre holding hands with a much younger man in Miami, who was definitely not her husband Joe Giudice. That hand belonged to Blake Schreck. Meanwhile, Joe is still cooling his heels in prison until March 2019 when he is expected to be deported to his native Italy.
