Denise Richards gave Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans some much-needed comic relief this season, but not much else. She told Camille Grammer to back off while she was wearing a fur coat and an Agency hat during the finale, but other than that, Denise had zero conflict this season.
Well, until the reunion. She and Camille randomly went at it. Camille said she didn’t like Denise and that she was boring this past season. Denise asked if Camille was “on something” during the taping. Then, Camille wondered if Denise was “on something” during a recent Watch What Happens Live appearance. In response, Denise took to Twitter to make a shocking claim about the RHOBH OG.
Denise Richards was the only full-time Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member cool with Lisa Vanderpump. Unfortunately for her (and her Twitter mentions), that is not the case nowadays.
It all started with a recent appearance Denise made on Watch What Happens Live. A fan called in and said Denise “sort of turned on” LVP and asked if something happened off-screen. Denise responded with a very
slurred awkward answer. She said, “No, I didn’t turn on her! There was… incidences that happened and I’m….. you know. It happened.” And this led to a firestorm of Twitter drama with Denise, Lisa, Lisa’s henchman John Sessa, and, ultimately a threat of legal action from Denise’s husband Aaron Phypers. Denise caused more drama from answering one question on Watch What Happens Live than she did months filming RHOBH Season 9.
The only person that did not shade Lisa Vanderpump this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was Denise Richards. She was just too busy talking about the size of her husband’s penis! This means that Lisa and Denise are on good terms these days, right? Ehhh. Not so much.
Just like the other RHOBH ladies, Denise felt that LVP should have shown up for reunion to share her side of the story and confront issues head on. Same here, don’t hate me LVP Stans. Now, Lisa is coming for Denise on Twitter, and yes, once again, it’s about a dog. Many dogs, this time though!
Denise Richards may have been a newbie this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but she certainly made her mark. There was that time she went to have drinks with the ladies at their hotel. Of course, the ladies were glammed to the max in cocktail dresses. Our girl, Denise, wore a top and white shorts. The shocked reactions of the Beverly Hills ladies were priceless!
We also watched Denise tie the knot with the apparently well-endowed Aaron Phypers. (I could have done without that information.) Denise wasn’t afraid to be extremely late to her own wedding, and she ditched a traditional gown for a sexy romper. After all, Denise is so chill she planned the whole wedding in just two days.
Brandi Glanville’s cameo on this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was SHOCKING. Brandi last made an appearance at the season 6 reunion. However, Denise Richards‘ arrival made way for her to reenter the fold. She didn’t play a huge role, but she had a lot to say about Lisa Vanderpump. Spoiler alert; none of it was positive.
Everyone was surprised at the reunion when Camille Grammer blamed Brandi for LVP’s reunion absence. Brandi took to Twitter to claim Camille was being told was to say by LVP. It’s difficult to know what to believe her. Why would Camille make that up? Why would Lisa even care if Brandi returned to the show since she quit? Thankfully, Lisa is setting the record straight about her thoughts on Brandi returning.
Oh friends, we have finally, finally said farewell to this interminable season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. And wow can I just say this show is in peril and I don’t like a single one of them! Part 3 of the reunion was largely a waste of time, so I’m going to spend this recap discussing the RHOBH in general.
There’s not much that can be said about this group except that the lack of awareness and (here comes Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave‘s favorite word!) accountability is astounding. Camille Grammer had it right when she hissed, “Hypocrisy at its finest!”
As the woman all all sat up there railing against Lisa Vanderpump for being manipulative and shielding parts of her life from the cameras, not a single one of them admitted to doing the same thing. So when Kyle Richards decided not to confront Dorit Kemsley about what really happened with Lucy, or confront Teddi about the inconsistencies in her stories and involvement, and instead completely deflected everything onto Lisa? Kyle wasn’t ‘manipulating’?
We have finally reached the end of the road with season 9 of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. The reunion concludes with part 3 tonight, and I still find it hilarious that, Camille Grammer, the person who caused the most drama this season isn’t even an official Housewife. What does that say about the status of this show with this cast? (FAIL)
Part 2 of the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills reunion left off with Camille storming off the stage after accusing the women of a set-up. Following a pep talk from Andy Cohen an emotional Camille returns to the stage to confront her issues with Denise Richards. Denise lectures Camille for not thinking before she speaks and causing damage to her relationships with being thoughtless.
It was difficult to have high expectations going into the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. We all knew that Lisa Vanderpump ditched the reunion, so what would the ladies have to talk about? As it turns out, plenty! Who knew that Camille Grammer would be the explosive ghost pepper hot sauce poured over a potentially bland reunion?
Of course, we all know Camille is outspoken and occasionally catty. But she is usually calm, cool and collected, carefully shooting her arrows with marksman-like precision. At the reunion, Camille has been angry, confrontational and unafraid to call it like she sees it. Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, Kyle Richards and Denise Richards have all been on her raging radar. Camille feels she has been unfairly targeted and is ready to defend herself.
