Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4 - Captain Sandy Yawn

The casting team went overboard for season 4 of Below Deck Mediterranean. They combed the globe hoping to find the most incomprehensible accents and ridiculous people possible. I say, they succeeded, because last night the craziest, most outrageous, most shocking thing ever happened when it came to what new chef Mila Kolomeitseva served for dinner!

This season is taking place in the south of France, which is the place both Captain Sandy Yawn and Hannah Ferrier consider the birth of their yachting career. Something tells me the French government only allowed them in with exit visas already issued… Helping Sandy and Hannah terrorize the cobalt blue waters of a country known for its class and culinary sophistication is Joao Franco, newly returned from relationship rehab (I kid) and promoted to boson.

Below Deck Mediterranean Returns For Season 4 Tonight

Finally! Below Deck Mediterranean is back for a new season. It all begins tonight! OG cast member Hannah Ferrier is back as Chief Stew, of course. Will she be super focused on getting her tasks done? She never has been, but she’s always made for some good TV. There’s no doubt she will continue to provide polarizing entertainment in Season 4.

At the helm is Captain Sandy Yawn of course. After his Season 3 love triangle, Joao Franco is back hoping for his shot at a redemption season. And after getting virtually no screen time last year, Colin Macy-O’Toole returns. Maybe we will get to know more about him this time around.

Below Deck Mediterranean Introduces New Cast Members

Ahoy!  Below Deck Mediterranean is finally back on June 3rd, and with it a great mix of cast members.  Captain Sandy Yawn is at the helm of the Sirocco.  Bravo has, of course, realized that fans love seeing her at odds with Chief Stew Hannah FerrierJoao Franco returns as Bosun this season, and Colin Macy O’Toole rounds out the returning cast.

That leaves two positions open in both the interior and the deck crew and that’s a lot of opportunity for new hookups, dysfunction, drama, and authority questioning.

Joan Franco Below Deck Mediterranean

Below Deck Mediterranean, the younger sibling to Below Deck, has been one of the most successful reality show spinoffs. Understandably so, as the opportunity to watch beautiful people in stunning locations exhibiting sometimes ugly behavior is just too good to resist! Too much food, too much alcohol and non-stop drama make for great television. Last season, the yacht crew and guests sailed into the beautiful ports of Italy, which made me want to chuck it all and fudge my resume to apply to be a deckhand.

During Season 3, we were treated to crew hook-ups, unruly guests, alcohol-fueled melt-downs and endless tension between Captain Sandy Yawn and Chief Stewardess Hannah Ferrier. And now, the wait for a new season of merriment on the high seas is just about over!
