It took a (long) while for Tinsley Mortimer to acclimate to the group dynamics during her first season of Real Housewives of New York.
By the end of the season, Tinsley was in a great place (minus that mint green dress she wore during the reunion episodes). She moved out of Sonja Morgan’s infamous townhouse. She was in an immediately serious relationship with Scott Kluth. She even made viewers laugh with her drunken monologue about the differences between West Palm and Palm Beach. Let’s just hope she brings more entertainment next season, aside from talking about her mugshot, fake eyelashes, and her refusal to switch up her hairstyle.
The Real Housewives of Dallas ladies have really come through for Season 2. After a painfully boring first season, the women really delivered during their sophomore year on TV. A big part of that was thanks to Brandi Redmond, who got into it with pretty much everyone in the cast this year- except for maybe D’Andra Simmons, but if that happened, it must not have been a big deal since it doesn’t come to mind. Or it just happened while I was up for a snack break.
Anyway, Brandi has a lot to say about how she got on the show, her up and down relationship with LeeAnne Locken, and more RHOD-related topics during a talk with Kate Casey.
Even though Real Housewives of New Jersey will always be The Teresa Giudice Show, Margaret Josephs and Siggy Flicker are carrying RHONJ Season 8 on their backs. Don’t get me wrong, nothing gets me emotional like a scene with any Giudice family member, but as far as the drama between cast members, Siggy and Margaret feud takes the cake (without throwing it, obviously).
These two have something going on between them every single episode. Not only that, but Margaret’s mother is just TV gold. I have no idea why they didn’t go for some two for one deal and cast Marge Sr. as a Housewife as well. Or at the very least she deserves a web series or something. Aside from talking about her mother’s antics, the newest NJ Housewife has a lot to say about being on the show.
This has definitely been a frustrating charter season for Below Deck Mediterranean star Hannah Ferrier. She had tension with pretty much everyone on the boat except for Lauren Cohen– and then there’s that whole hookup with a charter guest and what I’ve started to call iPad-gate.
The drama sounds like a lot to handle and then on top of that she actually has a job to do which seems like a whole lot of work.
Like most viewers, I wasn’t thrilled when I heard that Real Housewives of Potomac was returning for a second season, but it’s definitely way better than most of us expected. But some of the ladies are trying way too hard to get screen time. Robyn Dixon has opened up about the difference between filming Season 1 and Season 2.
She even calls out costar Ashley Darby for stirring the pot this season in a quest to make the show more interesting. She explains how Karen Huger is acting differently after Season 1 and she reveals some shocking information about Juan Dixon’s family.
I have always wondered what it’s like to be a side character on a reality TV show. Do these people get paid? Do they have any contact with the production company? Do they just show up to casually hang out with their friends in front of a camera crew? I imagine this differs from show to show and from person to person, but I can’t help being curious.
Intermittent Southern Charm cast member Danni Baird shed some light on how things work in regard to her involvement with the show.
As much as the cast tries to make Kathryn Dennis the villain on Southern Charm, at this point the audience has really turned against Landon Clements. From flirting with everyone, to being malicious toward Kathryn, to that weird sexual tension with her and Thomas Ravenel, the list of off-putting behaviors just keeps on growing. When she joined the show, Shep Rose had a thing for her, she didn’t go for it, and eventually she professed her love for him
because she had no story line on her own. Now, there seems to be a lot of tension between Landon and Shep and I’m not talking about the sexual kind.
Shep (just like the rest of the viewers) is not a fan of Landon’s “I’m better than you” attitude. Ever since he called her out for her obnoxious comment about hanging with “billionaires” and “not millionaires” it’s clear that she’s been trying to instigate him.

Whether you love watching Kate Chastain on Below Deck or you can’t stand her, you have to admit that she’s interesting. Kate always has a lot to say on everything…and everyone. She has had her fair share of drama with her fellow cast members, but she actually keeps in touch with most of them- even her former flame Ben Robinson.
Kate had a lot to say about Ben, but she also talked about some other members of the Below Deck and a couple people from Below Deck Mediterranean. She even blamed the success of Vanderpump Rules for Bobby Giancola’s recent off-putting behavior.
