Kim Richards’ year of living Lindsay Lohan continues as she manages to, yet again, avoid jail time!
In August the former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was arrested for shoplifting over $600 dollars worth of goods from Target. Kim pled no contest to one count of petty theft and was able to scrape by with a sentence of 36 months probation, 300 hours of community service, and is required to attend 52 AA meetings (at least one a week). Kim is also permanently banned returning from the scene of the crime.
David and Yolanda are embracing a new chapter with a new place to call home. Is Yolanda taking the fridge with her? Last year the Fosters decided to sell their palace by the sea, so prominently featured on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, because Yolanda’s health issues made living in the massive house challenging.

Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King Edmonds shared, “Fall has arrived on this sunny but brisk day in St. Louis! Cheers to the freaking weekend! I’m celebrating by stepping out of my dress and heels and putting on my comfiest loungewear and shouting #CANCERSUCKS! What are your plans? Pre order this shirt – runs a bit big – by emailing [email protected] Sizes XS-L, $58, hand printed in St. Louis!”
Kim Richards has been flying under the radar lately, focusing on getting well and getting her life back on track. The former (?) Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared some updates on how things are going and revealed her plans to attend this year’s celebrity signing event at Chiller in Jersey.
Kim chatted with her former RHOBH co-star on the Unfiltered podcast, talking about her health, her kids and more. On her foot and knee: “they’re getting better. It’s still a little hard to get around, but you know. It’s okay. I feel good. I’m really happy things are going good.”

On Saturday night, Kim went out to dinner with her estranged sister and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, Kyle Richards, at Ocean Prime in Beverly Hills. Kim shared on Instagram, “Spent some fun quality time with my sister Kyle. Life is good.”
Two of Kim‘s daughters, Brooke and Whitney, also came out to support Kim.
TMZ followed Kim and Kyle out of the restaurant. Because, they are never far behind. When asked if she has a birthday wish, Kim said, “Just that this is the beginning of a wonderful year. And that everybody has a good year.” TMZ went on to ask about Kim’s upcoming community service labor. “She’s got this,” Kyle said. “She’s got this.”
Kim‘s plea bargain included 30 days of community labor, but Kim’s attorney argued that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wasn’t able to do manual labor because of a foot injury. <insert all the eye rolls here> Kim had until today to cough up a note from her doctor. Apparently, Kim failed to provide proof of a foot injury. Not to mention, the judge was probably like, if your foot is well enough to walk all over town in search of Xanax, your foot is well enough to pick up trash on the highway. Suck. It. Up. Buttercup.
Another day, another not so VAVOOMSHABANG update on Kim Richards.
Last week, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to Twitter to declare herself sober, then she reportedly dedicated the next several days to trying to score Xanax from smoke shops in Sherman Oaks. Kim was relentless in her quest, too, going from one shop right to the next and hitting up the same store more than once. That must have caused 100% pain with a foot injury.
